Sick....
Since last Thursday, I'm was terribly sick. Since got back from trip I got fever, a bit cold, sore throat, body pain, a bit cough (coz of sore throat) and big ulcer on my left cheek. Did went to see doctor, but the don't know what medicine the doctor gave, it is not recovering me. But, it makes me very very tired, no energy to talk also..just the mild fever have gone. I stop taking all the medicine later and it turns better later. At least not that tired.
The sick still not fully over, I began to eat the "yin qiao" from chinese medical hall for catching cold and running nose. It recovering me slow. Before I can fully recover, the next day, my boy turns to have fever. After his evening nap, his body temperature went up to 39.2'C. Immediately, I called hubby who have been dinner till late every night. He advise me to feed him fever med. Instantly my boy looks no energy, not want to drink milk and water and only wants to eat bread.
So, I just let him eat bread with milk. At least he have something to fill the tummy. Till midnight, he still have slightly hot at forehead. Next morning it is better and the whole day he not eating much for milk and porridge. So, my mum boil him some "leong sui" and he wallop a lot and I gave a lot of water too. But my condition still not much getting better.
This morning, I just almost can't get up from bed, feel very dizzy and faint. But still try my best to wake up, mop the floor and cook for my boy. Then, I feel like my body no more energy, the whole body is digging pain and my head is so heavy. Immediately I took shower and lay down on the bed after taking "yin qiao". Sleep while my boy taking his nap. Today, I'm taking 3 times nap, getting better, else I will see another doctor later.
My boy is getting better, recover and have appetite to eat. But, I still half dead.

First place to visit in Hong Kong - The Peak, also known as Victoria Peak.
Early morning started to discover how to go there by MRT. Really confuse, many route you can go under the big subway. Many different exits and people there walking in fast pace, look straight on their way and many are plug with their ear-piece. There are stores, kiosk and bakery along the subway.

While we wait for Madame Tussauds open, we walked around inside the mall and view the metropolitan of HK through the window. It is all tall tall building and very near to each other.

Later, we also went to EA Experience to play a while. It is a virtual world where gamers and non-gamers can play and purchase the latest editions of EA games in an innovative and inspiring environment.

Around 2pm, we went down from The Peak. From Central MRT we proceed Mong Kok (HK$10.50 per trip) to shop and eat. We tried out the hawker stall which selling curry fish ball, siew mai, fried kuih (don't know what to call that) and etc. All the food are string together using a stick (like those satay stick). Just pick which you want and they will fried on the spot for you. HK$5 above for each stick.
Mong Kok station
Along the way, I found that food stalls are famous with beef noodle and wantan mee. We choose one of the shop to have our late lunch. Able to shop something from ladies street. All my loots will summary in a post later.
One thing I like about their MRT is the signboard clearly show the route they are going with arrows, which side of the door is opening in next station and lots of alert being told like door closed, hold on bar while taking escalator and etc.
Inside MRT
Route map inside MRT showing the direction
This is our late lunch, I try their famous beef noodle (kueh tiaw) with mixture of beef parts while hubby having beef ball mee soup. It is tasty (very original taste with not much of MSG and other quicky ingredient) and portion is big with adequate ingredients. The mee is smooth and soft and the beef do not have those kind of beefy smell. Although is a bit pricey (convert to RM) but I can say it is worth for the price. Overall living in HK, food and daily use product comes expensive than clothing.
Beef mixture noodle HK$26
Beef ball noodle soup HK$22
Back to hotel drop our things, then continue to walk by pass subway to New World Centre and reach Avenue of Star.
At night, again very very cold. It is by the river side and can view across the Central, where all the financial and bank building located. Here is the famous place for night view of Hong Kong. The mist is thick due to cold weather and not much nice view can shoot from my camera. This is the best out of so many.
The long walkway of Avenue of Star
Bruce Lee
There are many hand palm chop sign on the floor by famous celebrity and some photo shooting point along the path of Avenue of Star. The Star Walk is long, stretching from New World Center till the Hong Kong Cultural Center.
Tony Leung
Maggie Cheung
Shooting point
Since we not manage to take good shoot for the night view, we pay HK$10 for those photographer there to shoot one for us with their DSLR. It is only a 2R size photo. Around 8pm, there are laser lighting show at the Cultural Center hub. Lighting played across the river with those financial building in Central. Buildings are keep on changing colour follow by the music played. It is very very nice.
Thats the end of day 2.

We bought the Combo ticket without Sky Terrace. The tram took 7 minutes to reach the peak. It is very very cold up there with strong wind, can't stay long outside the building. I was wearing 3 tops include jacket.

There are many hand palm chop sign on the floor by famous celebrity and some photo shooting point along the path of Avenue of Star. The Star Walk is long, stretching from New World Center till the Hong Kong Cultural Center.

Macau & Hong Kong trip (18/1-22/1)
A long waited self-arrange trip is finally over 2 days ago. It is fully an own discover trip from flight ticket, transport, accommodation, food and places to visit. I'm going to blog in details my finding and research on this trip. So, pls bear with me it is going to be long for each post. I will share each places we visit under each post later.
We have been booking the free seat with Air Asia from KL to Macau since April 2007. Since it is a free seat, we only pay RM510 (taxes) for 2 persons.
We fly to Macau on 18/1 at 3.35pm, flight no. AK 52. As I was said the flight time is not an ideal one. The first day is basically fly there to sleep (waste a day). The take off time has been delay for 10 minutes due to passengers having problem with boarding pass and luggage check-in. It was a 3 hours and 45 mins flight, glad that we can arrived Macau airport 15 minutes earlier as schedule. Throughout the flight, I couldn't sleep much, so bought some snacks and watch cloud.
Sunset
About to reach Macau airport, the famous and newly open The Venetian Macau first to greet us. It can be seen clearly above the sky. It is a very very big and luxury hotel. Also known as the Little Las Vegas. I will talk about it later, as I only visit this hotel the night before we back.
After getting our luggage quickly we went outside the arrival hall take a bus AP1 to Hong Kong-Macau ferry terminal. Realized we need small coins to pay bus fare, so hubby quickly ran inside to airport again and get change for notes. The bus fare is MOP$3.3 per person with luggage each charge for MOP$3.
Bus route passing by Venetian and other big big hotels and some other under construction hotels. Right after crossing the Macau-Taipa bridge, we reach the ferry terminal. Went to 2nd floor ticket counter and bought ticket from New World First Ferry counter going to Kowloon (CFT), which arrive at China Ferry Terminal - 中港城 in Tsim Sha Tsui. Ferry fare for night sailing is MOP$175 per person include tax.
Broad on ferry at 8.30pm, sitting at front row, 1 hour sailing time to Hong Kong. After filling up the HK arrival slip. I started to feel dizzy and not wanted to talk. The wave is strong while sailing and causing the ferry to go up and down. I began to hold on the vomit bag and vomit like mad, I can feel my hand and feet is numb and cold too. It is terrible than pregnant nausea. After 4-5 rounds vomit, we reach terminal. The weather is around 14°C. I just having an extra sweater outside, very cold. With strong wind blow, I even shivering while walking towards the custom after a bad vomit.
We called the budget hotel manager Mr. Chan at China Hong Kong City Mall (中港城) and he lead us back to the hotel. 10 minutes walking from the mall crossing lots of shop, mall, roads and people. I started to get the feel of packing and squeezing. Thats the special of Hong Kong, small places with lots of things.
We stay at Tsim Sha Tsui Nathan Road, Mirador Mansion - Man Hing Lung Hotel. The building just next to the the Tsim Sha Tsui MRT station at Exit D2. A budget stay in town area which convenient for shopping, food and transport. HKD250 per night for 2 person (twin sharing or double bed) with HKD20 refundable key deposit. We pay cash as he will charge 2.5 for card transaction. Also, he is selling Disneyland ticket and Hong Kong Ocean Park ticket with lower rate.
Corridor view towards room
This is the toilet inside the room. It is very small, just right to fit in those toilet stuff and the space you stand are not allow you to twist and turn around. In the room, bed size a bit smaller than queen size bed, 2 feet walk way, small TV, a shaking chair will roller and a small table for a person use. We need to place one of our luggage on the bed end. So it is very small. I don't mind, just for sleep and shower. Save to shop more.
Dilly-delly, it is 11.30pm. Here, is my late supper.
Mc.D Prosperity burger set HKD 38.50
It is really bad, my mobile keypad for the side with 3,6,9 and # is jam after I send sms-ed back home. I force to off it and try to repair myself. It couldn't on anymore after that as my PIN no. is having a number 6. Actually it is already half spoil a month ago, but I'm not expect that it totally block me from using it while I'm there. Before my phone goes ku-ku, calling from my mobile is bar, although it connect to the network. Only able to send SMS. That's all for day 1.
Post continue with places I visit: The Peak, Hong Kong Disneyland and Macau.
