i think china is amazing.
its huge.
i mean, yea, in terms of size and population.
and i can't imagine how it has remained a country,
from ancient times till now.
it has deep roots, and complex history.
with culture so magnificent and beautiful.

why my sudden interest in history?
OBVIOUSLY- im bored.
haha.
anyway.
i spent my first two days of official holiday at home.
i brought my dog out for a walk on monday.
and he refused to budge when he was supposed to climb up staircases.
he'll just plonk himself comfortably beside me and give me that puppy look.
OMG. and my sister carries him up.
hahah.
but he's really fat, for a miniature schnauzer.
oh wells, with me at home, i'll make sure he slims down.

then i worked on my first meal for my family.
i managed a delectable soup and two dishes.
same for today.
hahah.
i bathed my dog too.
he stinks to high heavens.
but fortunately,
i used a quarter of the bottle of his TAR-IFIC shampoo.
to totally get rid of that smell.

i've watched hairspray for almost the billionth time today,
since my sis is totally mad over zac effron.
oh wells.
holidays. holidays.
i guess i should start work soon.

i got so much blood removed till my arms felt weak.

but the results are out.
and my liver is functioning, my cholesterol and blood sugar levels are normal.

i've been MIA lately.
was down with influenza..
and still am.
i've swallowed the whole tube of redoxon.
ate a few dozens of trachisan lozenges.
gargled a litre of listerine.
and perhaps had a couple of 500mg parcetemol pills.
BUT.
i'm still having fever off and on.
a dry throat.
and a dripping nose.
brrrrrr-
i think im getting sick with all that western medicine.
i'd rather do an Ivor Lewis and have my entire oesophagus removed.
oh wells.
i've been rather bored.
lazing around on the sofa cause i've no energy to mobilise my head.
my eyelids are exceptionally heavy.
and my appetite isnt really good.
so i think.
i almost decomposed.
but i did manage to scribble letters.
to vent my boredom on paper is indeed wise.
because the next thing i knew,
i was fast asleep.

im still in the midst of printing itineraries, maps and train timetables for my upcoming trip to hokkaido.
