first things first.
HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY!
yea. teachers' day this year is so fun even though i didnt go back pri sch!
we had a "party" meant for teachers. in the end only the students ate -.- it came to my notice that i was one of the few who gave teachers presents. how weird.
my class certainly has a bad reputation now. they were gambling in class. there was wine. worse of all things..the teacher didnt care. -.- "theres gambling..theres wine..but wheres the women" quoted sumthing lidat frm mr ho -.-" retarded la. the wine was meant for mr khoo but he didnt come so dey wanted to open it n drink. RIGHT...they forgot to bring a corkscrew..
if u thought my class was harvoc. wait till you hear about the lower sec. it was war waged between the sec1s and the sec2s. the sec2s had the upper hand on the 3rd storey. i cudnt believe my eyes wen i saw how retarded/imatured they were. pouring water n throwing water bombs down from 3rd storey trying to hit the sec1s. many were wet. thankfully none injured. 1 poor guy even had to use his umbrella to shield himself. now i know why dey wan vs to be co-ed. =
soon came the concert. it comprised of many bands formed by students. most were a letdown or rather not up to standard. the teachers left one by one. haha! the first band was a band hu were ex-victorians. hardcore sia dey all. throw mike-stand -.- scream here n dere. i cudnt make anything out of their screaming.
after school we had mini 3F outing to......bedok sports hall -.-. yea we organised badminton and booked 3 courts. junliang is the best la. he factured his foot or leg thingy n still can play la. he was practically hopping around the court on one foot. the thing is...he still won ppl.. =\ had loads of fun. wat a fun day. stella's gg back canada. byeee and see u in errr...2years?

today was okkayyyy.
tuition was cancelled. YAY! perfect timing.
cos of that could go for stella's farewell movie.
we watched valiant.

gosh im very sad. i should have worked harder. i didnt work hard enough this term even though i did well.
thankfully my physics still is 2nd in class wif 78.5 lidat. i could have won changyang if i put in more effort =( just 2 more marks..
currently fighting with thiru for 1st position in express for my class. all depends on english which i tink i wun get an A :( owell. im really thankful at how high results God gave me although i didnt work hard. i hope it can be a good testimony to others. not mentioning my chinese.

it was certainly surprising that i actually watched part of the 2005 national day rally speech. i have to admit that it was rather entertaining and captivating. it referred much to ITEs and polytechnics. i guess the government wants to focus more on these two insitudes and shift it's focus away from junior colleges. maybe im wrong, maybe im right.
another issue PM brought up was on service quality. he emphaisized on both views. from both the seller's view and the customer's view. it was clearly brought up in two seperate videos set in a similar context in a typical hawker centre. in short we customers must give gd service in order to get gd service or something lidat.
one thing the PM said that tickled everyone. "One thing we can do that China cant do but i can do is making the law on chewing gum stick...blah blah"
he also showed how they will redevelop Singapore in the years to come. how they will redevelop housing estates. and how they will link downtown areas to city areas. seriously, this also brings me to one conclusion. singapore is on her way to becoming a las vegas. on a much smaller scale i would say. whatever it is i dunno la.
the PM's a very good and fluent speaker i can say. the speech ended early this year. it was followed by a video which my dad coined as ________ material to encourage singaporeans to have kids. as usual. followed by the national day song mtv reach out for the skies -.-
in conclusion, i wish singapore all the best in her future aims and goals and hopefully do not follow in the path of the west. thank you.

The vs turning co-ed issue has created quite a big hoo-ha in school. as i strolled into the school i noticed a certainly large group of pupils gathered in the canteen. apparently, vs prefectorial board has set up this peition thingy against the co-ed sch thingy. there's dis three large manjong sheets placed on the wall with the victorian spirit mural. some of the comments i remember i shall post below-

and many more lah. also quite a few sick ones. i mean it's ridiculous lah. it's like none of the students knew until it was published in the newpaper. i mean such a big issue how can the principal not discuss and ask for the student's opinion.
Let's talk about demoracy. Singapore is a country which promotes demoracy. Even the Singapore pledge says so as quoted "to build a DEMOCRATIC nation..." If students are exposed to such lack of democracy in secondary school wouldnt they do the same in future?
I mean victoria has been well-known for being a BOYS school not a MIXED school. quotes from dennis's msn nick "Sia that VS girl chio man...(holy shit...imagine that)" exactly i totally agree with him. IMAGINE THAT HAPPENING. dont you feel odd?
Imagine how much allowing girls into vs would spoil the school spirit? i mean how on earth will girls ever be included in cheers like the famous vs spelling cheer when everybody rushes to the vs flag pushing each other etc. i mean im not sexist or anything but it would be rather disturbing to see girls actually doing that.
Improving the school's standard by allowing girls in certainly is not a good excuse. Are they trying to say that guys are academically inferior to girls? are they trying to create a sexist revolution whereby girls would be the superior sex in terms of academics? i mean both sexes deserve equal chances academically. vs pulled through so many hard years being a BOYS school. i dont see any reason why it cannot do so now.
whatever it is, i have come to my conclusion that i DO NOT support the principal's view on changing vs to a co-ed school. seriously i hope he thinks through his descision. i hope he comes back from china soon enough and clear everyone's doubts and questions.

today hasnt been a good day. i would have never forseen this day coming.
never have i ever gotten back two class tests both of which i have FAILED.
WAHLIEW EH.
yup. i failed amaths trigo by ONE mark. i expected that. now i failed 2 out of 3 amaths class tests this term. what happend to the times when i received full marks scripts =( hai.
had emaths trigo test. yes i know im gonna fail i.
finally came the climax. i received back physics class test. GUESS WAT?
I FAILED!!
wonderful. i failed my best subject. i took me ten minutes to close my mouth after i received my shocking script. i knew i wouldnt do well but not fail right -.- thankfully only 6 people passed. what a nightmare it was. not being one of the highest few. oh well. not everyday is a sunday. now i dont even know if can get A1. hopefully i can get full marks for tml's test -.-
moral of story: never study the wrong parts of a chapter and DC circuits sux =D

today has been the most terrible day i ever had for a long time. i had a terrible 12hour sleep of which was interupted at least four times to go toilet. i really dunno wat am i suffering from! i think it's either food poisoning or stomach flu. i woke up hoping to be alright to my dismay. my arms were aching till the extent i couldnt hold anything. even carry my shirt hurt alot. my stomach was pain. and furthermore i had to tahan my parents nagging. =\ unfortunately i couldnt go do followup wif jiawei =( my parents didnt allow me to go church at first. however i insisted. things changed for the better when i starting sweating during service. however this stupid problematic stomach of mine still hurt. i really felt like vommiting although i had nothing to vomit! i mean it's a nightmare to get to only get to eat a puny sum of plain porridge in a time frame of 24hours. altogether i consumed 8 panadol tablets soon to be 10. cool eh. thankfully im much better now. thanks to all those who were concerned. hopefully i get completely well cos CA's on monday. =
cell finally split. hooray =x im with elgin again. im the only one from asap. and it's a 180degree change from being the youngest in cell to the oldest in cell now -.- wow. really hope everyone's happy with their cell. i think the luckiest cell is aunt lillian and ps ben's cell. what great leaders have they.

no words can sum up the graditude i have for this special somebody. everytime when im all alone and sad and lonely, you never left my side. you were always there for me through thick and thin. thou there isnt anyone to hear my problems or share my sorrow, you were there for me. many times i longed for someone else, forgetting that you were always there for me. this somebody is none other than God :) i may sound religious or holy. but i am not ashamed of my Lord Jesus Christ who gave up so much for such lyk me and YOU! i've always felt lonely. i've always wanted a younger sibling i could dote on. i've always wanted this love i could never get. somehow it led me to YOU :) the emptiness within me you filled it. there'd be no meaning in life without you. if i didnt know you i tink i might haf commited suicide sooner or later like many other teens. but thankfully i knew YOU! :) you turned my sorrow into joy. you filled my days with happiness and joy. even though im sad you help me put on a joyous front.
if you feel the same way as i do he can help you too! :) it's simple! it wont hurt knowing him :) theres all to gain and nothing to lose :) you can ask me more. i would be more than happy to share this joy and love i've found.
in return i wrote a simple song. one he inspired me to. it's been 2weeks since i wrote it. And it will still remain as it will be in my heart. thank you God. :)

finally got my limited edition strike freedom gundam! n lyk in 10min from e launch everything was gone =\ power. had a great n filling lunch wif dad after tt.

haha. had a pathetic 3hrs of sleep last night. somehow i had to finish my maths and that's wat im doing at home at dis hour -.- somehow rather i had to blog abt how vs celebrated national day. had e livewire thingy n e students set up stalls. given alot of free time. n yes guess wat! i went to find a quiet spot n slept =D soccer stars lyk fandi ahmad n blah blah came juz to take pictures -.- n can u believe it dey were auctioning ndp tix during e celebration in e hall?!!! e 2 tickets went for $20.05 and $20.10 each..wonderful..i tink selling on ebay wud earn dem more money. it was amusing seeing senior citizens dancing on stage. followed by sum cute lil kids tt dance so cutely. lol!
mom's gone till wednesday xD!!!!
i haf to admit e ndp dance is lame. wave here n dere.
patriotic spirit is in the air however i dun care! =x jkjk. we are one singaporeeeeeeeeeeeeeee one nation strong n freeeee....(didnt noe singapore so cheap)

just came back from school cross country. i seriously have no idea why on earth i still have so much energy now?! lol!! it was fun cos kapor got 2nd!! meaning i finally got a medal! -.-" wonderful. i cudnt be bothered to run fast i guess. only managed to get 25min+ for 4.8km n 55th position -.- everybody whacked me la. but nvm cos it was fun! but not as fun as last year thou. i seriously have no stamina! mabbe i should stop slacking and at least go traing. oh wells. play comes before traing xD congrats to dearest ex-partner jonathan de cruz who came in first. jnr minghui seriously crazy. he did 4.8km in 16min 40sec..which is lyk err 8min20sec per 2.4km provided he kept at a constant pace..crazy man..
i shall continue doing my reamining 15+++ maths exercises before anna n dudley comes later on. wonder how will festival of praise tonight be..unfortunately..____________________..haha..for me to know for u to find out..

today was such a comical day. my day started well wen i got my physics test! 22/25! yay! but i wanted full marks! so argh can?!!! it seems tt every single test paper i lose marks on units -.-
we had china students in chi class! three in fact. a guy n two girls. they seriously must be disgusted. they certainly stepped into the wrong classroom. as usual the ringing sounds of f words could be heard. ppl strolling in dunno how late not bothering abt e teacher. so lol la! den chi claz ppl were lyk shouting f here f dere n the china ppl still dunno a single thing!! LOL!! i guess the way the class behaved tickled them abit. then came the fun part. nearing the end of the lesson timothy n charles got into a fight and tim kicked charles onto the ohp n it dropped can?!!! the whole ohp juz toppled over juz lidat. n yea im not sure if it got damaged. but lyk how often go u get to see an ohp falling?! lol!!! wad a great experience those china ppl had man. wonder wat bad impression will they get. rocks la.
den later on had chem lab. as usual chem lab is a time to destress and haf fun. as usual ppl were spraying each other wif e distilled water container thingy. den came the most stupid part. i was fiddling wif the tap. at first i got curious n turned it facing upwards. den i turned on the tap n water shot up a few cm n fell down lyk a fountian. it was amusing for a few seconds. den i decided to turn the tap off. UNKNOWNINGLY i turned it to full blast n the thing literally shot up right into the fan n onto the ceiling!! i was lyk "oh crap" water flew in all directions. furthermore i was on e table closest to the teacher's table. thankfully miss lyana was scolding sum1 n she was in a veri bad mood. dunno wat will happen if she saw it. apparently quite a number of ppl saw it n was lyk.."jt...wad did u do dis time?! how did u do it?!" -.-" wow. but i had to admit it was pretty cool. even after the lesson i cud see water dropletes dripping down frm the ceiling =\ moral of story- nvr play wif chem lab taps!!
and that's all for a really fun n amusing day! haha! tml's sch cross country! argh! but it's e start of my "6day holiday" :D
