I’ve recently been called to serve as the Primary President. We have a small primary, but the kids are amazing. I never met anybody who had such a strong and simple testimony. It brings tears to me. I am so grateful for being able to serve and for my amazing counselors and teachers.

Blast to the Past

Last night we were stunned with nothing to do. Our friends A&E did not pick up their phone and we were lost kittens. :( I wanted to watch a movie, but we were both too tried to jump in our car and get a FREE redbox. Josh took out some cards and we started playing War and ended the night with California Speed!! I have the worst memory and Josh reminded me how we used to play California Speed all the time when we were dating. My mind went blank and then Josh said that I cheated all the time and showed me how I did. All of a sudden I remembered and we both couldn’t stop laughing!! I love you Josh!!

Celebrity in Utah

Our encounter with Hollywood was at the corner of 1300 South and West Temple; also know as the Franklin Covey Field. It all started with a phone call that Josh picked up at his office. Nick Lachey’s “people” called and wanted to know if there was a suite available, but the Bees were sold out. It was time to go home and Josh walks to his car parked in the player’s parking lot. (He has been parking in the player’s parking lot, because last time he parked his car at the main parking lot, there was a homeless-man peeing on his tire.) On his way back to his car, there was Nick Lachey walking on West Temple with his “people.” Josh came home and told me the story. I am not a fan of Nick Lachey, but I don’t usually see a celebrity walking around our neighborhood. We called Adam and Emily to see what they were doing. They invited us over for a FREE redbox movie. We told them about our encounter with Hollywood and the goose chase began. We couldn’t find him at the game, but we heard he was able to get a suite. The chase ended pretty fast and we were on our way back to their place to watch a FREE redbox. Thank goodness for redbox!!

Redbox Every Night

It’s the cheapest movie rental ever. Not a dollar, but FREE!! Nothing is ever free, but this is. From a long day at work and school, we both enjoy coming home and relaxing on our couch to a FREE movie. We can’t say it enough, because we always used to pay for a rental, but not anymore.
