Going to see a p-doc this morning after a 3 year hiatus. I will let you know how it went.

4 Weeks from Baby Girl Freeman

Alison and I are expecting our 1st child (my 5th). What a joyous event it shall be. My health has progressively improved. Rare are the days that I have anxiety that debilitates.

If a doctor were to look at my resume. They would have to ask if i had the challenge of bipolar in my life (chuckle). Laughing is almost always better than crying.

I had 3.5 hours of sleep. Not good but I think it was more due to trying to sleep with a very pregnant hence uncomfortable sweet wife.
