It was a lovely weekends for us :)
An impromptu meet up for breakfast together! I love meeting him for breakfast!
A very relaxing weekend, nua at home & this boy had been pestering me to bake him Blueberry Crumble Tart ever since the first time I baked for him!
We used Apple & Blueberry for this tart.
Somehow, we both know we loved spending time together in the kitchen. Bonding while teasing each other HAHA!
It's so funny how we can argue in the kitchen as we sometimes have our own opinion.
Disagree to Agree.
And then, went to catch "THOR" at night after dinner.

3rd November 2013
On the very next day, woke up early for a day trip to JB!
Coincidentally, his uncle intend to travel in too so we conveniently hopped onto his ride together with Bee's mom :)
Bee's little cousin, Eunice.
So glad we went in together, save our time travelling with public transport & stamping passport time!
Tried the Coconut Drink that doesn't come in the shell Haha! Interesting & very convenience for us to eat the meat:)
And then, we had lunch together before going separate ways..

His uncle was very kind to drive us to our massage place! Booked an appointment with Spa Manja few days before the trip. Located near KSL Mall. This is our usual place for massage whenever we make a trip to JB. However, the price was slightly ex then other places but we really like the location & we managed to get discount :)
One last photo before we head in to our couple room.
After 1 hr 30 min of full body massage, walked down for dinner! Also our usual dinner place for Zichar!
Food ordered for two of us! Hahahaha always over-ordered but we managed to clear them all!
His uncle told us if we wanted to take his free ride back to Singapore, we have to be at KSL around 7plus, if they don't see us, they will go back Sg themselves.
By the time we finished our dinner it was already 8plus so we decided to take the Public Bus back to Checkpoint. Traffic was very smooth probably becuz it was Sunday night. Reached Woodland and Bee called his mom, just nice they got their passport chopped from Woodland checkpoint, we waited for them at the Taxi Stand to pick us home :)
Back to his place....... stayed at his place coz it's gonna be our 10th Year Anniversary the very next day!!! In fact, in the next few hours!
Both of us was on bed at 11.30pm, waiting for the time to pass 12 o'clock so that we could wish each other before heading to bed hahahaha!!! When the clock hits 12am, I hugged him tightly becuz I'm very happy we made it to our 10th :) He told me some words that is from the bottom of his heart, I could feel his sincere, tears just kept rolling down :') I'm so fortunated to have him!

4th November 2013 - Our 10th Years Anniversary
It's a pity this year we could only celebrate this special day over dinner as he got to work and I took leave to stay home to prepare the "surprise" cake. He told me he felt bad for not being able to spend the whole day with me but I told him it's okay, we've been spending alot more quality time together than usual so I'm very contented already as long as we're happy together :)

Went back home in the morning and started baking the cake!!
Decided to bake him Red Velvet cake on our Anniversary :)
Ingredients needed for this recipe!
I went shopping for the ingredients a week before the actual day just in case I couldn't find the ingredients I need Hahaha! Very Kiasu but better be safe than sorry. I want everything to go smoothly! Just realised that not all places sells BUTTER MILK which is one of the main ingredient you need to bake Red Velvet! I managed to get mine from Hougang NTUC.
What's next has really drained my whole afternoon!
I baked a 3 layers cake.............
Spent quite sometime baking the batter coz my oven is quite small so I could only bake one at a time. Each batter needs to bake for about 20 - 25 minutes.
And finally, done with the Cheese Frosting and spreading it over the batter.
What's next is so frustrating!! When I was almost done spreading the last layer of the cake, the frosting kept dripping down coz it's too watery & runny! And when I was trying to take out the white paper below, the whole cake spilt into two!!!! >:(
OMG!!! Seriously I tried saving it but it just got worst!!!
Totally created a BIG MESS!!! I got so angry, threw the whole 3 layer cake into the rubbish bin and got so frustrated for wasting so much time and then now it has all GONE into the bin! >:(
There isn't much time left for me. I have 2 choices:- Is either I bake a new one or else I do without.
So I decided to re-bake a new one since I have enough ingredients but the cheese wasn't enough to make the frosting. Ran over to Compass Point just to buy the cheese and ran back home. Ran under the rain like a mad woman!!!
For the 2nd cake - I decided to only bake 2 layers coz I don't have much time to spare. Bee is coming over to pick me up at 6.30pm!! Left 2 more hrs to go!! MAD GAN CHIONG!!
Thought there's enough time to dress up and blow my hair nicely one! :(
Everything is so rush!
Washed the baking equipment like countless time man!!!
Luckily managed to get everything done on time! Bath/dress up/make up/blow hair within 40min!

The boy came to pick me up at 6.30pm sharp. I was holding onto his gift and also the ultimate big card I did, requested him to stay in the car while I opened the car boot to "hide" the gifts but who knows he actually wanted to surprise me with his gift to me in the car boot as well hahaha!
When I opened the boot, I was surprised to see his gift to me inside, he asked me to take it out...
I was surprised.......
He got the same gift as me!
He wanted me to open his gift to me and I was surprised he got the design I wanted!
OMG damn happy!!!! He told me he got spy in my office! Must be he contacted my colleague who knew which design I like coz I did mentioned to her before HAHA! Smart move I must said!
He didn't want to tell me where he is bringing me to, wanted to give me a surprise....
The location is eventually at Dempsey Hill :)
I can't wait any longer so I gave him my gift to him!
Asked him to open on the spot! Happily opening!!!
The secret place that he booked was at "Barracks @ House".
Don't want to make ourselves uncomfortable in a posh restaurant so this is the place for us, more casual & relax :)

They have different variety of fries to choose from but we immediately chose Truffle Fries over anything. Our all time favourite!
Dinner was not too bad.. Most importantly is the company you're with :)
My new dress that I especially reserved to wear it on that night :)
After our dinner, I went back to the car and presented him the card I did :)
It's a card pasted using movie tickets collected over the past 10 years of our relationship!
He said this is the Best card he ever received so far! :D
I gave him a task to find the OLDEST movie ticket pasted inside! Hahahahaha!
Searching hard for it!! He took quite awhile to find it!

He didn't know there is Part 2 after he sent me home! LOL!
I called him saying that I forgot to pass him something and he waited for me downstair.
Quickly went back home to take out the cake and surprise him with it!
The "2nd" Red Velvet Cake I baked on that day! Better taste good after spending the whole afternoon baking!!
I also brought along "10" candles to blow and he said it was lame -.-
Cut the cake!
Verdict: He said IT WAS SO GOOD!!

Details of the card.
The oldest movie ticket collected was on 26 March 2004. Probably the first movie date together hahaha! We were only 15 years old at that point of time. It's a leisure to be being to pay for the movie tickets though! Last time where got money! *pocket-money-from-parents*
All tickets are still in very good condition coz I kept them well in a box. Don't know why I got the habit of keeping every single tickets that we caught, probably becuz every date is special to me which now comes in handy when I made this card! :) These tickets are my inspiration of making this card!

Got a hard time organizing the tickets to make sure all tickets are in making good use!
I managed to paste all the individual tickets into this card. All ticket are individual, no repeated tickets!
I forgotten to count how many tickets I had collected though hahaha! The latest ticket was the one we watched recently, "THOR" on 2nd Nov 2013!

He passed me some slices to bring it back to my parents & colleagues to try and all said Nice too!
A decent years together.... Sounds so long but still feels so surreal...
Can't imagine we had been together for 10 years already and everyday was a blessed to me having you by my side.

Thank you for making me smile & laugh everyday with your silliest jokes..
No one understands me better than you do.... I really can't imagine life without you...
You had became a part of my life many years back if you haven't know....
