My 23rd Birthday SURPRISES!

8th December 2012

It was one of the best day of the year! Everything was well-planned all behind my back, just to surprise me! When you grow older, you just want a simple & small celebration with your close ones :)

Bee booked a table for "2" person at TODAI @ MBS. This was our second time visiting this place! Been craving for their huge crabs & their spreads!

Earlier on, we went Vetica Salon as he wanted a haircut. When we were making payment, Bianca suddenly gave me a bottle of Scalp Shampoo. I asked her why are you giving me when Bee is the one cutting hair? Should you be giving him instead of me? But anyway, I thought it was so nice of her :)

Headed down to town for some shopping but we left empty handed. At around 5pm+, we slowly took our time to MBS and since there're still time left (our reservation is at 7pm), we walked around and went to the rooftop. We didn't know there's a rooftop with beautiful scenery! 

P.S He had been holding onto his blackberry and seems very busy throughout!

It was near Christmas. Check out the X'mas tree! Hehe.. I love December!!

Finally, it was about time! We made our way to TODAI and got seated.

This time, they served Macaron!! They didn't have them when we first visited in early-2012.

When I was taking a photo of what I had for a starter, I suddenly felt a "Yellow" object standing beside me for quite sometime, as when I lifted up my head, I saw Cheryll, Fiona & Cherie!

OMG!!!

They shouted, "SURPRISE!!!!"

I got a shocked of my life! Was surprised to see them here! HAHAHA!! Thank you girls!! <3 p="p">

I was brought to their table. They told me they were here even before Bee & I reached. They went to hide inside the toilet in case I saw them! HAHAHAHA!!! So poor thing!

They gave me my Birthday present from them. Argh! Love it so much, thank you!! <3 p="p">

Was asked to open it!

Hehehe! Thank you for being so thoughtful! I loved all of them! 

All of us were starving!! So let's eat!

They told me they're meeting their friends else where after dinner so we part after the bill. 

After that, Bee & I walked past this shop called TITUS selling watches and I saw a few designs that caught my eyes. Spent about 25 minute there and I finally got the design I wanted. There're discount going on so we got it get quite a steal :) U.P around $600++, we managed to get it at $400+. Thank you bee!! I LOVE IT!!! So happy hehehe =D

After that, he told me the musician is starting soon so we made our way there!

He offers to take photo of me and asked me not to turn back as my backview very nice =.=

I still believed him! (He is up to something!)

When I was enjoying the view, suddenly I heard a familiar voice called me. The moment I turned round,

"JOYCE! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!"

WAH I stunned! I will never expect Bianca here and holding a birthday cake!!! OMG!

I never expect such surprises from you guys and I'm really happy to be being to spent my 23rd birthday with you all and it's so heartwarming we could stay so close to each other over the years. 

6 years of friendship and I knew we were last forever, BFF <3 p="p">

We managed to finish the whole cake among us and this didn't stop here..............

They told me this time round, they're really going off so don't expect anymore surprises from us. I so too, thought there isn't anymore surprises since they already given me 2 surprises earlier on right?

So we parted from there, left only Bee, Bianca & myself. So we decided to take a cab down to Beer Market to chill. When we were walking towards to take a cab, Bianca suddenly said it's hard to get a cab here so changed of place, she suggested going AVALON. I was like, "Are you serious?! Just the 3 of us will fun meh?". Anyway, we did! HAHA.

While queuing at AVALON queue, for don't know what reason I suddenly turned my head, and at one glare, I saw Cherie! Then I turned back again, I saw the rest of the gang all standing behind me!

WTF?! AGAIN!? ARE YOU SERIOUS AGAIN?! How many surprises are they planning to give me? HAHAHA.. Seriously, I really thought they had left!

SUCH A HAPPENING NIGHT AHEAD!!!! 

Denise had made V.I.P reservation at AVALON through her friend whose working there. So we're on the Guest List! HAHAHA!! Everything just happened like that....

Because of me, they're all prepared to go party! Coz I had been whining that I haven't been to club for so long, I WANT TO GO! No wonder, all wear until so nice la.. Only me wear no link, so ladylike. HAHA!

We went in less than 30 minute, we decided to left. Sucha boring place!

When we were heading out, the Queue was crazy!!!!

I guess we were still early that's why the music SUCK.

After much consideration, we headed down to GALAXY, it's a Thai pub in Orchard.

It's our first time there, so crowded! But we managed to get a table after Denise spoke to the Manager :)

Bianca ordered a tower of Beer as we girls don't really drink much. Thank you Bianca for the treat!

We called it a night around 3am+. We have to admit we're getting OLD!!! So tired already haha!

He's sucha sweet boy, came over to my place to surprise me with Twelve Cupcakes!

This is one of the best birthday celebration I ever had! So grateful to have you girls by my side whenever I needed your and spending for much time planning those surprises for me <3 p="p">
And also, my another half in my life. Without you, I guess my life will be very bored and colourless. Thank you for putting so much effort in making me feel happy and I can never stop saying "Thank you" to you.
