does a convenient "im okay" just slip out when someone asks if u are although u are clearly not?
how many times do u actually say "im not okay"?
bet u can count the number of times if any.
we put up a front just so people wont dig into the depths of your heart and think they know u when they actually dont.its also partly because u are innately defensive and prefers to have a shield guarding the innest U so noone can know your flaws well enough to manipulate u to their own advantage.
therefore my chemical romance did sing it out.okay that the girl he loved was with another guy but deep inside he dreaded to tell her that he's not o-fucking-kay.(its in the lyrics im not being vulgar here)
so did peyton when she told nathan they were ok.although she clearly wasnt and that uncertainty was channeled through her sketches where she drew "im not okay" in bold.
ok,before anyone thinks im like troubled or anything,(im not gonna say im ok just in case people think otherwise).but right now im just writing it down because i felt the song and i felt for peyton when i watched that episode.im okay for now thats all i can say.
haha.2 concerned souls msged me at the same time on msn yesterday to ask the same thing.sorry if i was like random or wierd.its just the song and the show.thanks though.:)appreciate the concern.
do people relate to sad depressing music more than happy songs?
i thought of something yesterday that i thought i'd share.
if we listen to sad angst ridden songs and feel for it,does it mean we only relate to depressing music and therefore we lead a sad life?
no.
if u think about it,
it just goes to show that there are more things to feel happy about in this world.so everyone gets cheered up by different things.
therefore we might not relate to the things that make a lyricist or a character in a tv show happy.only because we all have our own ways or things to feel happy about.
on the other hand, only a number of common things can make us feel sad.
THAT is why we relate to sad songs more and naturally think we only go through rough patches and those songs help us get through it.
thats not true.because u dont listen to happy songs and relate to them when u're happy.
when u feel happy u just feel happy!
so its a comforting thought for me that there are more happy things in this world than the sad ones.
am i making any sense here?
ummmm.its ok if u dont get it.
sometimes i dont get myelf too.
