Bitter End Tourney Champs U8

Bitter End Tourney Champs on Jace's BDay!!  What an awesome present.  This boy loves baseball.  He would have it no other way but to play baseball on his birthday.  They played up an age group and went undefeated and took first place in metro division (the highest baseball level) in KC.

Baseball Runner Ups

Another weekend and another round of sports games in the books.  I didn't take many pictures because Jordan is cutting teeth and was a grump. 

Jace's baseball team faught their hearts and came up a little short.  They took 2nd in the tournament.  It was fun to have a weekend all about Jace.  We did have a few other games for the other kids but mostly all Jace baseball games.

Soccer Champs!!

Jaxon's team took 1st place in the Heartland Soccer Tourney this weekend.  He played teams as far away as Columbia, MO.  So proud of his team.  

Love his coaches... they truly love the game.

1st Grade and 3rd Grade -Where did time go!

 AS always I am sad to see summer go.  WE love summer and the pool around this house but it must end.  School is back in session and I am trying to catch up.  I am president of the PTA this year for school so I have be unbelievably busy kicking off this school year.  I think in the next week that will slow down and I can catch my breath.  I am also running the kids Sunday school program for preK and K so that is kicking off too.  I am not one to just relax lol.

The boys were not too happy about school starting.  I think now that a full week has passed they are back loving school and seeing their friends.

Jordan 18 months

A little late but better than never!  Actually about everything in my life is a little late right now!  I always feel like I am doing great to just have the next week planned out.

Jordan 18 months-

• starting to talk more- has speech class 1/ week to work on talking
• loves to eat- favorites are mac and cheese and hotdogs, apples, cheese, yogurt
• crazy busy all the time
• very determined
• loves baseball
• loves to climb
• always wants to be with his brothers
• loves his crib and blanket
• bye bye binky at 18 months- after 3 nights of crying for multiple hours before bed 
• loves to play kitchen

Enjoying a little go cart fun down at the lake.  I wish my grandparents were still alive because these boys would love their house and riding go carts.  One of my best childhood memories was riding them at their house.

 Fall sports have started.  Jace decided he wanted to play baseball this fall instead of soccer.  He is loving his new team and coach.  I was very proud of him trying out and making this club baseball team.  The kid loves baseball!  I am excited to watch him grow over the fall and next summer.

Yes boys you will complete your homework before you go run around and play!

A few more lake and baseball

 Our life is crazy busy but these boys love playing ball!  This post is pure business of sports to the relazation family time at the lake.  The lake is perfect for unplugging from life.  I love the long talks Jon and I have at the lake while the kids are sleeping.  It is wonderful to just talk!
