↓ Ingredient list ↓
Ingredient A:
250g butter
100g icing sugar
Ingredient B:
280g of plain flour
half tablespoon of baking powder
60g of crushed almonds
1 tablespoon of coffee powder
*(the recipe book wrote 1 tablespoon, but i personally recommend 2 tablespoon. Im not sure if its because the taste of Nescafe is not strong enough or hmm..so try to put it on your own preference lah. )
Ingredient C:
1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
Ingredient D:
a few almond flakes
↓ Procedure ↓
Yay! It's the most fun and tiring part. Let's start and get messy!! :)
Before mixing anything, remember to preheat oven for at least 5 minutes at 180℃.
① Mix Ingredient A in low speed for 1 minute, then high speed for 5 minutes.
② Add in the lemon juice then beat with medium speed for 2 minutes.
③ Add in ingredient B, beat with low speed till it's well mixed.
It's kinda sticky and hard to mix, don't worry. it's meant to be like this. =)
*i had my bro to do this, because it's really tiring and requires a lot of strength to mix this.
Oh ya, we done the cookies, double the amount of the original recipe.
The first time we done the dough was perfect but the second time there's too much butter,
so the dough turned out to be TOO SOFT and we cant make any shape out of it.
We tried to rescue it by adding lots and lots of flour.
it became abit hardened, but still not enough to shape anything.
(thats why in the last few pictures there are only random shape cookies.haha)
Finally i kept the dough into the freezer and it worked!
haha. GENIUS~ xD
but if you taste the difference between the first and second's dough,
the first one is very crunchy but lacks the taste of coffee.
so we added 3 tablespoons on the second dough and then only we taste the coffee!
The second dough's cookie are very soft but it tastes much better.

④ Okay so we're done with the dough, so now just make it to desired shapes and add the almond flakes on the cookies. I used the heart and flower shape mold to make the shapes for my cookies.
Bake it and you are done ! =)
