Kung Fu Panda 2
Was expecting quite alot from Kung Fu Panda 2 firstly because of the hype around the sequel since the beginning of the year and secondly because the first movie was such a funny and enjoyable one (in fact, i watched the first movie twice in cinemas!). Good news, Kung Fu Panda 2 does not disappoint!! I was not as surprised by the movie as the first because there was no expectations when i caught the first movie. But i think this movie was a worthy follow up even though it broke no new grounds.
Kids would LOVE this movie, but adults might find everything within their expectation. Everything is just like what everyone would have pictured it to be. The story was good but totally predictable and appeared many times over in animation pictures and movies alike. But with cute and adorable animation (baby panda!!!), Panda 2 is able to make movie goers go "awwwww".
One disappointment has got to be the humour level of this film. Most of the funny parts have already appeared in the trailer so it was not as funny as i have hoped this would be. But nonetheless, it was an entertaining animation with heart that would definitely please most audiences.
