Ok, it's time for my quarterly update! Really, did anyone think I would get any better at this blog thing? So to update everyone from the last time- Claire and Jack got rsv and poor little Jack was in primary childrens for 7 days when he was just 7 weeks old. It was not a fun experience and don't recommend it to anyone! Needless to say I put Claire and Jack on house arrest, except for our many doctor visits with one kid or the other, until just a few weeks ago! We are free! Now it's official that both kids have asthma, and Jack is following his cousin Treyson's lead with head to toe exzema. And he is allergic to milk and soy protein and so far has pretty good seasonal allergies. I am afraid to find out what's next! I know a lot of you want to see pictures of Jack. He is changing so much! He is such a happy baby, except when he is hungry! He is smiling all the time. He loves kisses and his feet. I think he could watch them all day! And exciting news, Jack is cutting his first tooth today! He loves Claire. He literally tries to turn his head backwards to watch her every move. And Claire just thinks he is the cutest thing. Every time he smiles she says "oh, look at him, cute smiles." Who knew Claire would learn to share her mom. She even has started sharing her beloved blankets with Jack! Wow that is huge for her! Claire still loves to dance, make cupcakes, play with letters, build things and make huge messes just like curious george. She sometimes tells me she makes messes because she is curious like george. She is always saying funny things to make us laugh. Yesterday, we were bribing her with m&m's to use her inhaler. And with her eyes full of tears, in between sobs, she picks up a yellow m&m and says look this matches sleeping beauties hair! Nothing gets past this girl. Everyday she tells me "In two weeks daddy will bring home easter eggs and we will paint them with green paint and the easter bunny will hide them. In two weeks." Everything is in two weeks, it's really cute. Jon is teaching her the alphabet in sign language and she teaches me. She makes my fingers the right shapes and encourages me as I do it. She also uses a very patient voice when she does it. I could go on and on with cute stories she is full of them. Jon and I are so lucky to have such fantastic kids!

I can't get enough of their smiles. I am one lucky mom!

Jack in the hospital

I literally slept in the bathroom! The hospital was so full there were people sleeping in the hallways of the ER, so I was pretty thankful to share a room and have such confined spaces.

She made them mostly be herself. They were the best pinkalicious cupcakes ever!

Just a little bit of her personality to share. She did both of these while I wasn't paying attention. If you look close the shoes are all in the same order on both sides of the purple pair. Little smarty pants!
