We were lucky enough to go to our friend Matt Tillotson's cabin up in Oakley for New Year's Eve! We ate, went snowmobiling, explored the huge cabins, had a dance party, and watched the most amazing display of fireworks! It was a very fun filled night with our friends! We love you all so much! It's crazy that 2008 is over and it's fun to reflect back on all the fun memories throughout the year. Here's to a happy, healthy, succesful year in 2009! Love Jeff and Linz

My cute sister in-law Megan Goodfellow is having a baby boy on February 20th. John and Meg came up for Christmas so we thought it would be the perfect time to throw a family/friend shower for her. We had so much fun planning it! We can't wait to see this handsome little guy! Kristin thanks for all your help! I'm so glad I was able to see you and that I'll ALWAYS get to see you!

I love my hubby!

This year was mine and Jeff's third Christmas together........how fast time goes by! Ever since I can remember we have had a large dinner party at my parent's home on Christmas Eve. My dad makes his famous spaghetti and meatballs and invisible shrimp scampi. It's always a crowd favorite, we pretty much eat till we're sick! For the past three years Jeff and I have slept over at my parent's on Christmas Eve and then have woken up and opened presents with them on Christmas morning. After presents we headed out to the Hancock's/Hawkins' home (my sister's in-laws) for our ten year tradition where we have a gourmet breakfast in our jammies. So YUMMY! Christmas day is spent with the Snow family. We usually meet up around 1:00 or so and open up presents together. Christmas day is filled with movies, food, and games till the wee hours of the night. We had a fabulous Christmas with our families!

We had a little dinner at Chili's then headed out to make our gingerbread houses. After the decorating we played a very INTENSE game of Catch Phrase. Honestly it was a heated game of boys against girls. The girls killed the boys 7-0 the first game! But in the end the boys won, thank heavens cause husbands, boyfriends, and fiance's are so mean when they aren't winning! ha ha ha! Thanks for such a fun night friends and all the trivia about Rocky, I really learned way too much!

I am very late on this post, but since this is my journal I needed to add it. The day before Thanksgiving Matt (Jeff's little brother) proposed to his high school sweetheart Brittany Johnson. Jeff and I were lucky enough to help out with the proposal setting. We are so excited for them and can't wait for the big day which is coming super fast! Britt and Matt we love you both more then you'll ever know! We always have the BEST time with you guys. You are a darling couple and compliment each other so well. It's been so fun watching you guys fall more in love! We are so grateful to have you in our lives!
