Cookies For Santa

Tradition at our house is to invite our favorite friends over and make cookies for Santa. Stephanie and I have been doing this for probably close to 10 years now. Then, when Becky and Julie had kids, we let them join in on our fun! It is really cute to see how the kids improve each year in their cookie decorating skills. I accidentally gave Scarlett a cookie so she could join in on the fun! Our cookies are ready for Santa, are yours?

Gingerbread Houses and Elf

It was really hard to fit all of the fun stuff we wanted to do this year with Thanksgiving being so late. So, sometimes we had to double up on the fun! We made our gingerbread house and then we watched our favorite family Christmas movie...Elf! Tradition!

B.E.A.T.

Dance recital time again, but with the addition of Sofia and Reed! Can you believe they are in a hip hop class together? It was classic, let me tell you! Olivia is dancing in a team technique class now...advanced hip hop. She got to do two shows this year and thinks she's hot stuff for it! She really is getting good between her classes at STAR and the extra hip hop she has been taking through ESCSAPE. She has a passion for dance and it shows! Great job everyone!

Visiting Santa

Hard to believe it is time to go visit Santa again already! Bella asked for duct tape and Barbies. Olivia asked for American Girl doll clothes and accessories. Sure is fun celebrating Scarlett's first Christmas!

Thanksgiving 2013

It has been a couple of years since I have spent actual Thanksgiving with my parents. Instead, we have been celebrating on Friday together. However, this year the whole family was going to get together on actual Thanksgiving so, we had a big party at my mom's house! Both of my mom's sisters came down, our cousins from Washington came, and Julie and Joann too! There was tons of food, a football game, and fun with all of our cousins ranging in age from 9 months to 11 years! Even though it was a lot of work for my mom, I do love having the kids all together!

Wizard of Oz

We had a family party for the girls as well. We kept it simple, but with a Wizard of Oz theme. The girls wanted to have a scavenger hunt around the neighborhood, photo booth props, and fun Oz themed treats. That was easy enough. Turned out to be quite a cute party!

Disney 365 and Goofy's Kitchen

I wanted to combine the girl's birthdays this year trying to make it as easy as possible. They wanted to go to Downtown Disney and try out the Disney 365 store. This is like the Bippity Boppity Boutique, but for tweens. I let them each invite a friend to join in the festivities, and of course, Sofia had to come! After the girls got their "Rock Star" Experience, they shopped every. single. store. in Downtown Disney. For dinner, we headed to Goofy's Kitchen. My girls love a buffet! It was fun to let them eat whatever they wanted, plus they were entertained by the characters throughout dinner. They said it was the best birthday ever! ;)
