Christmas 2008
Only 2 weeks after moving in we put up a Christmas Tree! Thanks to Mom Gardner we have a myriad of decortations to choose from!!
We did the Snowman tree :)
This year we spent Christmas Morning with the Gardners.

The Kids are the best part of Christmas to me!
I love how real and exciting it is for them!!!

This was my sister Shauna's gift to Travis and I!! It was so cute and thoughtful that I had to capture it for all of you!!

The actual gift cards, including her homemade one! It's the most valuable :)

7 months and counting :)
Some people have asked to see a belly picture, and here she is! Our little girl is a bit shy, but she is trying to show herself a little more these days!! The second angle shows a bit more!

Heritage Wall
This was the most exciting thing for me to put up in our new house. My mom and I worked on it months before we moved so that I wouldn't be worn out when we moved in! GOOD CHOICE!!!

It is a collection of old pictures going back 3 and 4 generations on each side. The idea came on the day that our piano was delivered about 2 years ago! Our piano was a GIFT, given as a "Legacy of Love" hoping that our children will be given the opportunity to develop a talent for music. Even though I married into this sweet gift, I immediately felt the Love and wanted to some how honor and recognize the legacy. The Heritage wall not only helps us remember why we have this awesome gift, but will help my children know and recognize the faces of these special people, their ancestors. They have amazing stories, that I hope to share with our children. I am proud of our heritage and I am grateful for the way that both sides of our family lived their lives. We are shaped by their past, and blessed by their decisions!

We Moved In!!!

With a lot of "on the spot" help--we officially moved! With TONS of family support along with Travis and I going 24/7 we got settled fast. It took a little while to get over the "house sitting" feeling, and now it feels like home!!!
