Now look here young man. Your parents are going out tonight (for our 13th Anniversary!). You behave for Rashida....or just look cute. Either way.....
Reading is fundamental. :)
Snuggle with our Auntie.
The dogs are extremely tolerant of the baby, but sometimes Fozzie just has to have a bit of attention.
What to do when you've finished your book? Taste it, of course.
He's turned the page. The spider on this page is made of fuzzy material and is attached by a string and velcro such that it comes off the page and can be played with. He hasn't figured that part out yet.
Here he is reading his book. The butterfly on the page is made of crinkly material that makes a lot of noise when handled.
This is a snail toy with a built-in book. Josh figured out just today how to open the book all by himself.
Josh is very ticklish, and unfortunately for him, Daddy loves to tickle.
Hello Sammy!

Ack! I didn't see how close he was to actually getting the leaf in his mouth until I was posting the photos.
Here are Rashida and Josh on the back deck getting ready to plant the flowers and Josh is still REALLY interested in the flowers. Rashida is trying to let him explore without destroying the flowers.
Auntie snuggle.
Josh was fascinated by all the flowers.
More plant shopping.
Shopping for plants for the back deck.
Doesn't look comfortable does it? No need to call child protective services. Curt is actually sitting down. It's the same as the previous photo, but from a different angle.
Here he is after the doctor's exam, waiting for the nurse to come back and give him his shots. He loves being dangled upside down. He giggles and squeals. He'll even throw himself into that position if Daddy doesn't comply fast enough.
Waiting for the doctor. He's wrapped in a blanket to keep warm until she gets here.
Here's the nurse measuring his head. He has a big head. :)
Here's Josh at his 6 month check up. He's 26 inches long and weighs 16.5 pounds.

Is this too sweet? He fell asleep as we were enjoying a family snuggle. We left him in bed when Curt and I tip-toed away to finish getting ready for the day.
Angie and Curt have been happily married for 20 years and together for 25 years. Our family includes our 5 year old daughter, 8 year old son, 25 year old niece, 2 dogs and a cat.
