Girls Only Weekend!!!

Me and a few other girls spent the weekend hanging out down in Newport. We had fun going to the new Cafe Rio, walking around Irvine Spectrum, staying up talking until the wee hours of the morning (5:30am to be exact), getting pedicures, playing on the beach, and having fun in Hollywood! Our awesome husbands so kindly watched the children for the weekend while we played! I had so much fun and I am so grateful for these fun girls!

My Little Dancer...

Today Zoie had her first dance class! Yesterday we went to the store and I let her pick out a leotard...she picked pink and was so excited to wear it today. That was yesterday, today she was a little bit of a grouch and not sure she wanted to go to dance class. In fact, she told me that she would rather take a nap than go to dance. I eventually got her dressed and once she saw her friends she was so excited! She looked so cute and I can't believe my little girl is old enough to take a dance class! Lets just hope that she has more rhythm than her mama.....

This is how Zoie WANTED to leave the house looking like this morning.....

And this is how Zoie ACTUALLY left the house this morning.....

I know its not much better, but at least I got that hair combed! We only went to the gym and walmart.... but we got some pretty funny looks! Those little shoes she is wearing are so loud when she walks! People could probably hear her from a mile away. I think it is so cute. I love how girly she is! And do you love that she insisted on standing on the couch when I said that I was going to take her picture?

New Year's Day 2010

This year for New Years we decided to go to the Rose Bowl Parade! We only live a few miles from the parade route so we figured that we should take advantage of living so close. We had such a fun time! We had to wake up early and ride the metro up to Colorado Street where we got our front row seats and waited for the parade to start! The floats are pretty amazing. I can't believe how many flowers they use! The parade was pretty long so by the end Zoie was done! It didn't help that she went to bed late and we had to wake her up early. At one point I heard her tell one of the bands to "go away!" We spent the rest of the day taking naps and hanging out! It was a great New Years and we are excited about all of the fun and exciting things that 2010 will bring...especially the birth of our baby boy (i'm probably more excited than anyone, I forgot how much I hate being pregnant)!

Christmas 2009!

I can't believe Christmas is already over! We were able to spend the holiday in Arizona with family. We started our trip off in Gilbert with my family where we went to Christmas parties, had an amazing Christmas dinner (on Sunday), played with cousins, went to a movie, had a baby shower for my sister, and got spoiled by grandma and grandpa! Zoie is in heaven when she goes to my parents house. They have a fun play room and a backyard that she can play in! She loves it!

Christmas Sunday! My parents have 8am church so we all look a little tired:)

At the annual Adair Christmas party!

Opening our gifts from grandma and papa! Zoie loves her new doll!

Zoie is really into dress up clothes. She loves looking like a princess. She was so excited to open this gift from her cousin Tanner!

After we opened gifts with my parents on Christmas Eve morning we drove about 3 hours up to Josh's parents house to spend Christmas.

Christmas morning.....

Santa brought Zoie a box full of dress up clothes and she loved it!

Zoie and dad!

Zoie and mom!

We were taking some family pictures so I made Zoie change out of her dress up clothes. She wasn't very happy so I compromised and let her keep the shoes on!

Family Christmas picture!

We had such a great Christmas! I love this time of year and I am sad that it is over!

Pre Christmas fun!

Josh got out of school pretty early in December, but instead of going home for 3 weeks we decided to stay here and have some fun for a week! We were able to go to Disneyland and spend a lot of time as a family! I am going to be so sad when he has to go back to school!
