Christmas Week

I went to midvalley with Hen today, he wants to get some weights for his new weight lifting machine his dad bought. I was like yah what the heck, let's go have a look.

We didn't get the weights though, stocks were out, so we went to MPH so I can get some books for my bedtime readings. Was trying to get some business readings all this while but was too tired of the rich dad poor dad book cause everyone from young punks to old aunties were talking about it. Saw Jack Welch's book and I bought it instantly without giving a second thought.

I was showing off the book to hen....

me: hey this guy is the greatest manager of all time. after reading this will earn me millions definitely.

hen: shaddup, you think this guy read this kind of books before he became the manager?

me: hmmm....

hen: rich man doesn't read books, they write them.

me: you got a fucking point.

Ahh... what the heck, I'm reading it for my interest in knowing him, you can write your own book later.

Last week were our KL north substation commissioning, spent three whole days overthere and I meant three whole days from 9 till 4, 6 in the morning. Totally dead on the third day, didn't bother to get up for work then, boss was happy after passing the commission and threated us buffet in Hyatt Saujana on christmas eve. After a bottle of Chivas, continued boozing in KL Plaza after the countdown.

Celebrated christmas day in Rum Jungle last night, booze were enough. At least I had enough for me to get a little tipsy. But the best thing was everyone was there and had fun.

Anybody bother to send me some pictures?

Who are you - A bucket carrier?

I ran out of reading materials for the past weeks. Grabbed my old Crayon Shin Chan comics for a try but the jokes were expected and I finished two volumes in half an hour. I got this book from my colleague which I borrowed it for the sake of him asking me to have a look. Didn't plan to read it though. Anyway, started reading it last night entitled The Parable of the Pipeline. Another Rich Dad Poor Dad kinda millionaire thingy. It's based on a story about 2 men who were hired to supply water to a village from the lake. One guy started carrying buckets of water earning him 1 dollar a day. He is hardworking, carried through the nights and weekends. The other guy carried water with buckets too, but also building pipelines to the village at nights and on weekends. He earn lesser than the bucket carrier at first, but after the pipeline is finished, he didn't have to work anymore, the cash kept coming in from the water his pipeline supplied to the village.

The moral behind is, you can work hard, but you only got so much time to work, if you stopped working, your income halts. Wherelse if you build a pipeline, the more the better of course, the income kept coming even when you stop.

So, are you a bucket carrier?

We have to build some pipelines eh?

Final: Barcelona 3-0 Real Madrid

Sorry I didn't continue to post the final score here, cause I was too freaking tired after the game which ended at about 7. The guys in the picture, Ronaldinho and Eto'o both grabbed a piece each and another one was scored by Van Bronkhorst. You have to look at the faces of the Madrid players which well demonstrated the feelings they were having when they were 3-0 down.

Just like the picture below showing Beckham bending over.

By the way, Barcelona rules.

Half Time: Barcelona 2-0 Real Madrid

Muahahahahahaha....!!

News this week

Nothing to blog nowadays, nothing interesting to be exact, except for a few rants about work and tiredness, which is not even a thing to blog about, I don't want this site to be my punchbag.

I got some sticks from other bloggers for not blogging any, I still surf to this page though cause I hope you guys will help me blog some but results were poor.

Anyway, it's a boring weekend after the last week's wild nights out. 6 of us went for a karaoke sessions in red box for some songs and ended up with an empty bottle of chivas and a drunken me. Not enough, 2 days afterwards, we were in Rum Jungle for some drinking again, also ended up with an empty bottle of chivas but I was not drunk though, maybe my liver needed some warming up before taking in some serious alcohol, or maybe the chicks in Rum made me stayed up and not be my real self of getting drunk. Spent a fortune on those nights out and only left some dollars and an empty bank account. Have to save up some in order to survive until pay day.

Went out with kf and some othe guys on Thursday night afterwork to celebrate his belated birthday. Treated us with some hawkers food in little Penang and we went on to watch The Incredibles after the dinner. I must say, heck of a show.

Okok, I know it sounds more like summary of my week's happening than a blog, but who cares. At least I don't.

2 M's for the topic tonight

First M will be Manchester United. Kept attacking and can't find a goal behind the net, how dissapointing for Sir Alex and the players after just 24 hours Arsenal had let go 2 points and now even let Chelsea to lead the gap to 11 points! Nevertheless M.City showed a dicipline yet lucky defensive play that MU players should feel the absent of RV. Second M will be Malaysia Boleh!!! 2 weeks ago, two young yet talented singers that borned from the ASTRO Talent Quest 2004 had been crowned champion and first runner up in the World Chinese Singing Contest 2004 held in Hong Kong. 2 days ago, Li Shi Qi from Malaysia, 19, had been crowned the Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant 2004 in Hong Kong. Oh God I'm falling in love with her liao. :D You can view the other girls here. Well done Malaysia!

George W. Bush vs John Kerry

Since I'm very free the whole day, I decide to follow the online voting scorecard for the US Election 2004 and wonder who's gonna win the presidency? I personally fancy Bush to win the election. No matter who's gonna win it I hope HE can help stablilizes the world's economy and brings PEACE to the nations worldwide, other than that I don't give a damn. Why can't we have a World Presidency Election so that everyone won't listen to the Americans for god sake?! If Bush vs Hu Jintao(Chinese President) for the "World Presidency Election" then I think Hu will win it hahaha, it's time for us to show the "ngor dei zhong guok yan mm hai dong nga bing fu" spirit liao :D

What is wrong with all the handsfree?

Felt like drinking beer on sunday night but couldn't find any kakis at first, Hen was quite keen though. I missed peng's birthday party at the forest rum (if the spelling is correct) the night before and was quite crave for beer after 3 straight weeks of working nonstop. Called up Waiming nevertheless and ended up with 5 of us sitting in halo cafe in OUG with some beer going on.

Place was a little cramp, was raining outside so we had to settle on the walkway. Freaking humid in there. Music was nice, with the voice of 2 chicks and a bloke on a guitar. One of the chick had a peek over the poster stuck on the glass door on me when we settled down at the table. Anyway, I thought the beer had somethingelse in it cause after 4 jugs of them, we were like a bunch of punks who had just smoked some serious pots. Jeez, was laughing on every words and sentences uttered by any of us.

Got myself a wallet and a cheap shirt this morning in KLCC. Was trying to get a wallet since I found out that my fingers could reach the notes inside from both sides of the wallet. Anyway, got myself a new and bigger one so I can stick my 50 dollar notes in it which I couldn't do it with the old one.

I was showing off the new wallet to Ming in ABC at night when I notice a guy sitting 2 table next to us was sipping a cup of tea with the wireless handsfree stuck to his ear. I was like wtf? How busy can a person be sitting in a mamak stall haven't got time to reach for the handphone in the pocket? Handsfree are meant for drivers cause your hands arent free to grab your handphone but sitting in mamak with an earpiece looks stupid, shows the person is brainless. Unless you enjoy the hotrod sticking in your ear hole.

And if you have 1000 over dollar phone, make sure you have credit to make calls, cause no matter how expensive your handphone is, it means nothing if you can't make a call. Or if you know you are not capable to pay your bills, get a cheap phone, and save up to pay your bills or don't bother having one.

Psychological tests

I was looking for something about human abdomen the other day, and end up trying these things at bbc.uk til late at night. So thought it might be interesting in some way ("o,)

Forget about all the IQ and EQ tests. Give a shot for BBC's Brain Sex Quiz to determine which side of sex does your brain lies on.

Also, what about your personality like?

Also, can you spot the fake smiles?

What kind of thinker are you?

Cheers!

The Land of the Rising Sun

Right, Japan trip in short.

Touched down, took a train straight to Shinjuku, was tempted by a taxi driver who speaks chinese offering us a ride, but refused the trade and went a head to buy tickets. Full of people, reached shinjuku at midnight, changed train to Fuchu, 15 minutes ride. Reached our final train station in Fuchu city at about 12:30 midnight. Drizzling. Walked around looking for our hotel. Took us 30 minutes to find out that the hotel is just next to the train station. Checked in, unpacked, manager came knocking on my front door, went out for some serious ramen. Ichiban stuff. Went back home (temporary one), fag, sleep.

Woke up, breakfast at hotel, had rice, fish, miso soup and some vege. Went for the training, welcomed by the GM, the deputy and some other guys. Talked cock a little. Trained. Got home (temporary one), took a rest, was very sleepy during the training, slept, manager came knocking again. Went out to have a walk. Ate some tako yaki, octopus in corn balls topped with some mayonaise and some black sauce. Ichiban stuff. Went back home, wait for the other guys, went out to have rice and seafood (there were muslims among us). Went back home, rest, manager came knocking again, went out for a walk. Drizzling again, went for some pachinko, lost 35 ringgit in 2 minutes. Went home, fag, sleep.

Woke up, breakfast at hotel, had rice, fish, miso soup and some vege. Went for the training, this time at the factory, walked around the place, well organized and neat and tidy, everybody was working seriously, no talkings no laughing, lesson learned. Went home, rest, manager came knocking again, went down to the lobby, waited. Been invited to have dinner with the trainers. Walked to a nearby Italian restaurant, had pizza, spaghetti, tuna and stuff. Red wine was good. Talk cock whole night, went home, fag, sleep.

Woke up, breakfast at hotel, had rice, fish, miso soup and some vege. Went training alone, the rest were going for a tour. Trained alone with 2 managers and a technician, bored. Talked cock during lunch, they changed the lunch to a lunch box instead cause they were quite tired with seafood. Went home, and came out again, took a train to Shinjuku to meet up with the others. Had Tempura udon. Ichiban. Saw some chun chicks. Did some shopping. Saw a pen, 2+1, with red pen, black pen and mechanical pencil. Good workmanship, smooth and nice, bought 4 of them for colleagues and boss. Went home, manager came knocking again, went out to have some beer at the Italian restaurant. Chatted a little with the waitress who served us the other night. Took picture, went home, fag, sleep.

Woke up, breakfast at hotel, had rice, fish, miso soup and some vege. Starting to get yucky. Went training with one of the manager this time, he was coming with me cause he woke up late and took the cab with me from the hotel to the office, the rest were going for a tour. Trained alone with 2 managers and a technician, bored. Technician was stunned at my quickness in understanding, kept saying that I'm brilliant and smart. Felt proud. But it was nothing actually. Had lunch with the 2 again, talked about sports. Trained again, last day of training, said goodbye and thankyou. Went back, came out again, took a train to Akihabara, the electric town, full of people and buildings with lights. Saw some chun chick. Took some time to look for them cause my manager's description was they were in a duty free shop. Looked around, everyshop is a duty free one. Tempted to get a camera, changed mind. Tempted to get an MD player, changed mind. Tempted to get a USB mp3 player, changed mind. Got nothing finally. Went back to Shinjuku, felt very very tired, had dinner at a place called Hokkaido, great seafood. Had beer, sake and a couple of huge crabs. Ichiban, but starting to get tired of seafood also. Went back hotel, smoke, manager came knocking again, walked around looking for some massage parlour, met a chinese whore down the street offering massage, didn't like the face, manager went in, I went home, fag, sleep.

Woke up, breakfast at hotel, had rice, fish, miso soup and some vege. Very yucky. Packed everything, checked out, took train to Shinagawa, checked in, talked with a chun chick at the travel counter. Came out, went to a Pakistani restaurant to have some halal food. Had curry kambing and chicken with naan and rice. Ichiban stuff. Walked to Roppongi Hills. High class shopping place, saw Hard Rock cafe, went in, bought some stuff. Walked around Roppongi street. Did some shopping, took at train to Shibuya, the shopping heaven, loads of chun chicks. Filled with lights and TV's on buildings. Full of people, drizzling also. Did some shopping, got left out from the rest of the group, walked alone, had some Gyu Don at a small restaurant. Ichiban stuff. Walked around again, strong wind, decided to go home alone, took train, felt lonely. Reached Shinagawa, was walking back to the hotel, wind was very strong, stopped by at Sony Wings, looked around, didn buy anything. Went home, fag. Called manager to tell them I am back at the hotel. Manager came back, went down to the jazz bar, had some teppanyaki and beer and cocktails, threated the jazz band a round of beer. Talked cock with them a little. Fag, drank, went home and sleep.

Woke up, board the bus, went to the airport, missed the typhoon, flew home.

Dilemma

Ohayo Jinhan, hope u enjoy your company trip in Japan. Sorry for not posting since helping out at my dad's office a month ago. Just came back office from lunch to find out that only the Indo-maid is here looking after the whole office while the others still not yet back, so I took this opportunity to blog. Days by days, weeks by weeks, another month flew and I'm still the same person waiting and searching for jobs. No doubt today's another ordinary day for me to spend in the office.

I'm trying hard to force myself in order to understand and learn the business they manage here. I'm not sure how long since this mannequin business appeared in Malaysia but one thing for sure is that I would like to turn this old-style-type of business into much more challenging and competitive in the market. At the moment there are only 2 staffs working in the office, one of them is my aunty and another is my stepmother, while there are 5 workers working in the factory. My dad doesn't concern about the business anymore and he leaves it for my stepmother to handle the mannequin business while he is doing another business on his own, which is Standby Letter of Credit(SBLC). I understand that my dad would like me to take over this business in future although I'm not interested in it, but what should I do? I've already tried my best in the past one month to propose to them my ideas and strategies but they said it's not suitable for this kind of old business to have any improvement in the future because all the customers are loyal customer, they will come to us in future.

I know they are wrong, but on the other hand I also feel that they scare of changes. They would rather go on with the business while still earning profits, but who on earth in this world doesn't like money? Eventhough you earn fewty Ks per year, I'm sure most of you are not satisfied with it and would like to earn extra more in order to save it and spend for vacation, investment and many more in future. On the other hand, may be I'm wrong, I shouldn't put myself in this situation where I should respect myself more than respecting others. I'm that kinda person who put others first in my heart, if they feel happy, I'm happy with it. I know my dad wants me to handle the business, so I come over to help him. He feels happy about it, but not me. Again I ask the question, what should I do? I'm in a dilemma in choosing time leverage and money leverage. Time leverage is that I'm still young(excuse me 23 oredi still consider young?), I can give it a try first if I feel I'm totally not interested then I will give up. Money leverage is that at the moment I still don't have enough cash to open my own business, but I've already have a plan so money is still not the problem for me.

Sigh, in the end I also don't know what should I do....they're back....another ordinary day to continue with....live life to the maxxxxxxxxxxxxx!!!!

Yo WaiMing, it's your birthday

We gonna party like it's your birthday, except that we don't party anymore. Another day, another birthday. And tomorrow will be my bro's day, what a month.

Today I had a farewell dinner with my colleagues cause one of the staff is leaving the company to marry a guy in Sarawak. Jeez. How sad. She's the woman I bitched about a few months ago for not paying the toll when I fetched her back. Anyway we got better after then. It's my old habit of hating people when we first meet. Like how I hate Hen when I first saw him in a Volvo hugging a dog home while I walked under the sun after school. And we went on and become good friends. This happen to me also with a friend from Singapore, Eugene. I was bitching about him in front of another friend of mine who knew him a little but not so close. When me and Eugene really know each other, we became good friends, our friendship was even better than the friendship between Eugene and the guy who I bitched infront of.

So, to those who don't know me at first, please forgive me if I stepped on your tail or poked at your back at first, it's my habit or style you might say. And to those I still haven't got a chance to meet yet, you'll know we'll become good friends later on when I stared at you or showed my lansi face to you when we first meet.

Anyway, though you might not get my message, I still have to celebrate it with you in this blog since I've been celebrating everyonelses, Happy Birthday Waiming.

Skipping Footie

So I skipped football today to blog.

Not a chance. I skipped football today because I had brought some work back home to do. I was stucked with loads of drawings and problems to solve. And it really bites into my ass. Can't wait to drop off everything and fly to Japan for some serious recharging.

Anyway, sorry for not blogging lately. This few weeks have been waking up, drive to work, come back, dinner and sleep. Ok maybe sometimes I went out for a drink but I'd rather be having a fag than blogging at home anyway. Speaking of smokes, Hen was so desperate to quit smoking and drinking that he was asking for advise in my blog which is frequently visited by a bunch of, well, smokers and drinkers. Not only that, I saw him started off his vows by literally fagging and drinking beer with me last nite at Cafe Happy. I must say, well done dude! Keep fagging!

Ahh! Guess I already ran out of steam to write on anything now and I know this is really short. I have alot to tell but I can't be anyonelse other than me, the lazy one. So let's stop here.

The first time I met him was at my place....

The first time I met him was at my place when we were celebrating hong yong's birthday. My parents and my bro were out for a trip and the whole house was mine. He wasn't invited and I didn't know him then but they were kf's friend at that time and he asked them to drop by. I remember when he arrived at my place, he came up and offer a handshake. I duely shook his hand and went on with my business, and hong yong came up to me and said, "who the hell is this?" I held up my hand and shrugged my shoulders. After the party, hell broke loose and they transformed my place into a bread factory and I was to endure the hardship of cleaning up the whole house.

The second time was abit bitter. The chinese says you won't know each other until you had a fight. Well we didn't exactly fight. I said something to him through the net which stucked up to him and he came down to the snooker centre to look for me after that, asking me if I want to have a piece of him. I said no and apologized for my behaviour and he cooled down and walked away.

We would become good friends during college and university -you know, party time- until now when we were just starting our career and hardly find time to have a night out for a drink. Well we met in a birthday party, and today is his own birthday and I hope he's happy as ever.

Happy Birthday Hen...

For those of you who had joined and left this company should have tasted the everyday's life of working experience here. I'm trying to find my way out of this company ASAP by trying reluctantly to attend my third interview this afternoon at Section 51A PJ. After driving in the car for 2 hours searching for the place, yesh baby !!!! I know 2 hours I can drive down to Gemas or even go Genting to try my luck on Baccarat but because of my stupidity I just couldn't find the place. Haha, well I'm not familiar with PJ's area so bear with me lor don't laugh at me okay!!! :D God blessed me in the end I found the company but the place is god damn ulu, and with 19 out of 20 persons I saw surrounding the area are Malays(I don't really like them) without further thinking I straight left the place and went back yam cha with my friend. Chun Chick

Went to the bank just now to update my passbook. Saw a chun chick just finish using the automatic passbook update machine. Went up to the machine, first time using the machine, blur, didn't bother to understand the instructions, took up the opportunity to stop the chun chick instead.

"excuse me, how do I get this in?"

Chun chick grabbed my passbook with a smile, opened up to the first page, 20 ringgit left. I immediately looked somewhere trying to hide my pai-sehness. She stucked the book into the machine and left with another smile. I said thank you and bid my farewell, admiring her figure as she walked out the door.

As she disappeared into her car, I turned my head back onto the screen.

"invalid passbook, please contact the service counter"

Fuck, left bank immediately.

I am seriously out of reach from the internet.........

I am seriously out of reach from the internet access this 2 weeks. Previously my computer just crashes and burns as often as you like, I can hardly bare with that already, scarcely knowing it has another trick up it's sleeves, this time, it's the monitor playing it's trick of not showing me anything at all, maybe it's because of the constant pounding on the monitor when I miss a 3 pointer in a game of NBA live, and it decided that I was too much. Well, I guess overdone it this time. Sorry my mate, I have to throw you out the window this time.

So, alot of things happen this 2 weeks which I have recorded it somewhere in my mind, I will try to remember them and type it out. I can actually blog in the office but alot of people are walking up and down my place and that really put me out of any form of inspiration to write. Anyway, here it goes. Bare with me, the events happen might not be in order.

Praba has an unofficial opening of his modest pub down at kuchai's corner named "Wicked". It's a dodgy little place, the place didn't convince me alot but as a friend and an ex schoolmate, I must give some sort of support. So, all of the guys -you know who- went down to have a drink. Met alot of old school mates. Everybody was catching up with each other except us who went down to really get our souls drunk. Modest little place to hangout there, at least we had fun. I wish Praba - or Aaron according to his name card - well, and his business to prosper.

We continued to beat the astrodome champions by a couple of goals that week. And managed to lose it the week after that. It sulks into my confidence of playing football. It's nothing when we beat them on one occasion, a winner wins matches every other day. Guys, we must put it up and show 'em what we are capable of, may we win tomorrow's crunching match.

My job has been going on really well. Slowly, I am getting the hang out of it. Now I am capable of going to meetings alone and answering questions from clients. And I didn't realise that I have so much to work on that my schedule is already full for the next year and a half. Boss called for a meeting the other day to reassigned all the projects. I think my boss is either stupid or has alot of trust in me. Now I am in charge of four projects which might take me to places like Bangladesh. Exotic eh? Well, as least it didn't give me regrets of rejecting Motorola. *wink*

Chow Hai Loong just got on a plane this morning, Perth bound. Hailoong, I know you wouldn't be missed by anybody here, cause everybody is working already, including the heir to the throne, kf the yum cha king. Just fetched him to his new office this morning, the place is hulu, even more hulu than Subang 2. lol. Hope he'll have a good start on his career. And hailoong, take good care of your lazy ass. Good luck to both of you.

I haven been deprieved from sleep these few days, and I think it's because that I ran out of books to read, I seriously need some readings to put me off to sleep, well, temporary sleep I mean but I couldn't find any books, tried going to MPH to get some but after looking at the price, and my thin wallet, I decided not to. Borrowed "the lord of the rings" from Kf but didn't try to start it, re-read Pablo Escobar instead. Gave me some nightmare though instead of putting me to sleep, temporarily. I need some books!

That's all for now, will keep updating next weekend, in my Grandma's place. haha. ciao guys

Tired

Just came back from a game with a bunch of sissies which is not even worth to blog it out here. The guys who came for the game will know. It's just so laughable.

Anyway, been very tired this week, did lots of travelling to Bangi and PJ discussing solutions with other engineers involved. The discussions just never end, dragging on and on and on and on, suggesting bright ideas which is not even relevant to the problem at hand, and in my mind is just going home and have a good sleep. Tough luck.

Hailoong booked tickets for King Arthur on saturday's midnight, yay! and he has got a dozen of them. Anyone interested? Just give him a call, remember, ticket sales are in a first come first serve basis.

Hitting the bed now, see you all tomorrow at the footie place. Ciao

8 chai hen 16 - 6 Astrodome Champion

It must have been the beer we drank the night before, or maybe it's because of hailoong masturbated on the day of the game, we had beaten the champions of astrodome by the scoreline of 16-6, it was a triumph for the six of us who played football together since high school plus a member of the second team of ours.

Remembering the days when we walk all the way to the field in happy garden to play football with barefeet. And after a good run around, we had to endure the longwalk home with cuts and bruises all over the legs from the small rocks in the playing field. We even had to face a parang wielding mad man because Kf's shot had put a hole on his car. And some of the time, we sneaked out of our house at 2-3am to play football in yaohan's car park, it was the most extreme thing we had done.

Well today, it was our day, we had never played this type of football before. The style of ours is the style of football we always wanted to play since high school but never had any success in putting it into our game.

It was for the day we played football with our barefeet and the 'sneaking out house midnight carpark game'. Well done guys.

Fedex Wins

Federer, after capturing his second straight Wimbledon title.

Too many sporting events happen last night which I had trouble finding time to watch each of them. First came the rugby which was shown here in the afternoon, a match between Australia and The Pacific Islanders - the best players chosen between Tonga, Samoa and Fiji. Didn't enjoy much of the match where the Aussies overan the islanders easily.

Next came the F1 -which was won by you know who- and then the exciting match between Andy Roddick and Roger Federer, it was a totally awesome match. Didn't manage to catch the second half of the match when rain delayed the game yet again during the third set. Went straight to sleep in order to wake up to catch the European Championship final between Greece and Portugal. Nothing much to say except for the Greek style of playing to their own strength of defending with 10 men. And leave one guy alone upfield getting freekicks and corners so that they can have a chance at the goal. Conventional but effective, not fun to watch though, but a win is nevertheless a win, albeit an ugly one, we still have to give credit to them. Well done.

Celebrating a TV Replay

So we (me hailoong and kf) were in ABC last night watching Portugal vs Holland, while we were enjoying the match, two ahbengs arrived at the table next to us. I knew they were betting on the match cause they were making calls all along asking for odds.

Half way through the second half, Alex Maniche scored a superb goal, receiving a short corner from the left and blasting it to the opposite corner of the goal, Portugal were up 2-0 before they scored again, this time an own goal. And the match was on again at 2-1.

Then we overheard the two ahbengs betting on Portugal to score the next one, and they were waiting desperately for it to happen and the most bizarre thing happen next which made me blog this out.

The game was stopped due to an injury to the portuguese keeper, it was clearly playacting and on came the medics. Then suddenly, the programme showed the replay of the 2nd goal of the game which started from the corner on the left of the goal, which I must admit that I at first thought the game was restarted after the injury of the keeper but I realised it was a replay the moment the ball was played to Maniche. And the replay continued to show Maniche releasing the nice shot to the opposite corner of the goal. Then....

The two ahbeng's fucking jumped up and celebrated.

Everybody in ABC was dumbstrucked, looking at those two ahbengs celebrating the TV replay and praising themselves for placing the bet. Laughing themselves out.

Man, I just wanted to let out a big fucking laugh and roll on the floor. It was the most bizarre thing to happen which I just didn't know what to do. Should I tell them that they were celebrating a TV replay? or should I point my fingers at their face and laugh my ass out? I just didn't know, all I did was looking at hailoong and let out a small grin.

And on the way home after the match, we rolled and laughed in the car.

Holland Out.

The face of Cocu says it all, Holland is out of the competition. It was a good match, Portugal deserved it to go to the final, but Holland put up a good fight.

Well done Holland.

Flaming Shit

So I puked like a sick fuck the other night, just because 23 years ago on that particular day, my mom gave birth to a genius, me. And don't mention about the flaming lamboghini and sambuca, it was all fire in my mouth. The two bottles of black label and a couple of shots of tequilla was already enough to take away my legs. I couldn't even sit properly. Anyway, thanks guys for celebrating that particular night with me, though all I need was just a getogether at some place or something, but a night out made it even sweeter.

Happy Birthday to me.

Missing the Spot

Yes, and for the third time, they did it again. Scoring early and try to camp in front of the goal for the rest of the game, where's the football in there? You don't have to blame on the tiny part of the ground where Beckham missed the penalty, you don't have to blame on Vassell for shooting poorly. What they did for the rest of the game was to be blamed. They did it against Brazil and France. And they did it again here. They didn't deserve to win at all. Another lesson learned.

But I wonder will they ever learn.

Euro Fever, and a few sleepy days

Guys,

Sorry for not blogging as much as I should, but I really couldn't find time in doing anything, for the past month I've been in the office till late evening cause my sales manager just couldn't stop accepting unmeetable demands. He'll tell the customer that designs will be submitted for approval the following week when in fact I haven't started a scratch on it. What can I do? Spending time on designings over the weekend at home. Pressure.

I managed to watch a few matches of Euro2004 for the first few games. I even spent the whole night awake watching England vs France the other night, couldn't get myself to sleep after that and gone straight to work. That day was like living in between life and death. I was so sleepy that I think I could have fallen asleep while peeing in the toilet, any idle or reading I made could result in a sleep. I was even more terrified on my way home when I tried as hard as I could to keep my eyes opened while driving. That was it, I didn't spend another weeknight watching football. It was crazy.

But there's a big match going on later tonight, my favourite team Holland will be facing Latvia and wether Holland is going through to the second round very much depends on the result of the match between Germany and Czech.

Anyway, going to sleep now. Hope I can wake up for the match. Ciaoz

Shutting their Own Mouth

So, we (me and kf of course, who else?) were in ABC watching the match between England and France one night. There were a bunch of guys too, stuffing up their fat mouth with some lamb chops and plates of maggi gorengs. Me and Kf were just there, quietly sipping our cup of drinks while enjoying the match.

Few minutes in, England scored, the bunch of ahbengs celebrated loudly with some fist shakings. Me and Kf were just enjoying the scene, sulking up the atmosphere, footie fans eh. When England got a penalty few minutes in to the second half, they celebrated again, only to frown when Beckham missed from the spot. Then, the funniest thing happen.

While we were paying for the drinks during injury time, hoping to get out as quick as we could to get a good night sleep after the match, out of sudden zidane scored with a freekick, kf celebrated, I certainly jumped abit. The bunch of guys were still ok, but as expected, some diu and sohai were heard from them. 2 minutes from then on, France got a penalty from gerard's bad pass. Those guys were stunned, me and kf gave out a loud 'yes' and laughing like no tomorrow when zidane scored from the spot. And only two of us were heard, the rest of the guys especially that bunch of ahbengs were speechless. It was so quiet that me and kf have to refrain ourselves from celebrating too much.

It certainly did us proud, England fans eh? or just a mere premier league fans who just happen to know only players playing in the premier league. Anyway, me and kf were laughing our ass out all the way home.

Faint

I was in my car, on my way home after a long day at the office. As I was pulling up into a busy junction, I reached for my pack of ciggies. I switched off the air cond, wound down the window, and lit up a nice stick of strong smooth dunhill. Watching the cars flowing in front of me, I tuned up the beats of Linkin Park's Faint. After 30 seconds or so, I began to feel impatient when I'm still stuck at the junction, finally when I found a small gap, I put my foot down, the sound of my old hag's exhaust pipe shooked up the small neighbourhood near my office, with the bass of Faint blaring at the back of the car and my hand hanging over the window with a piece of ciggie at the end of it, I suddenly got hold of the beats of the song and headbanged to the tune while I accelerated down the drive way.

No doubt I thought that I was cool.

And suddenly, I felt like an AhBeng.

"What? Are you offering me a job?"

Today, while I was on my way to the front office to collect my prints, the boss was nearby, within earshot. My phone rang, and a conversation started....

(note: I only recorded my side of the conversation, the other person's reply is taken off to make things interesting)

"Hello? Morning, whois this?

Ohh xxx company ahh, what? are you offering me a job?

Oh I see, but I'm sorry to say that I already have a job.

Why so late? I mean you had already interviewed me like months ago, now only reply?

HR freeze? icic...

So if you don't mind me asking? What kind of salary you offering?

2500? Shit!

yah mine is lower lahh, damn low sammore.

but it's oklah, I mean I'm working in a small company with great potential

and my boss is very good to me

I see I see...

Switch jobs?

hmm...no I don't think so, yes, yes, I mean I'm happy here, workload is heavy but I am happy to do it.

What? No I can't, I'm very loyal to my boss if you know what I mean...

Yes, yes, yes I agreed

Okok, Thanks for calling

Byebye"

Of course this is fictional, but the call is true, only that the boss is not around. Got the idea of negotiating a job offer in front of the boss after that. And I think I might do it in front of him some time. haha

Rasheed Wallace, getting a pat on the face by a spectator. Pistons grabbed game 1 of the finals. Cammon baby!

"You want to go to Japan?"

This morning in the office when I came back to my department after collecting some prints.

manager: "do you want to go to Japan?"

me: *dumbstrucked* "yea sure"

manager: "do you want to go to Japan?" (He's like this, always repeating his questions)

me: "yes, why not?"

manager: "okok, maybe I can't go, you will have to replace me then"

me: "ok" *praying he won't be able to make it*

Bill Gates I Have A Problem

No, Houston don't have a problem for now, but I have. My old hag PC has gone really nuts this time. No, I still can start my PC this time, and  I still can run some softwares like MS office and MSN. I still can shoot some hoops in NBA Live 2004. But I couldn't surf the freaking net! This is killing me, the explorer just hangs whenever I start it up, and I didn't do anything before that, must be some genius who wrote some god knows what virus for some unpatient bastard like me, well if you're reading this, you got me, congratulations, you've got a job offer from Microsoft.

Fetched a lady colleague to work and her house today. She stays in OUG, so I have to use the NPE highway to get to the office, no point fetching her and come all the way back to Kuchai Lama to get into Federal. For you guys who left for overseas this year, the NPE now collects 1.60 per way and the bitch that I fetched didn't offer to pay it. I mean I was busy pulling my seat belt and stumbling for my wallet and she didn't even try to offer to pay for the sake of saving some trouble for me to look for it in my wallet. Thick skin bitch.

There's another guy colleague of mine which I would really like to talk about, but I'm saving it for later when I really have the time.

Minesweeping

I have been playing minesweeper alot lately, mainly because I come to the office about half an hour earlier, or I'd stayed back after office hours to avoid the traffic. If you play minesweeper alot, you'll know that often you'll come to a stage where you have to take a pick, meaning you're not sure where the bomb is. When I come to this stage, and the smily face at the top is like giving you support "common take a pick, it's just a bomb" funny that I always fucking pick the bomb spot. Maybe I'm not good at making choices. Lucky Malaysia is not attacked by the US, if they do, they'll drop bombs and food on alternate days wrapped in the same kind of yellow plastics. What now? Survival the Real Game. Either it's food or a bomb, you make the call baby. If you pick the food, you won't have to get in the sea and spear fishes. If you pick the bomb, the tribe has spoken, you're out of the game, BUT you won't have to walk into the desert alone cause you''ll be dead by now.

Internet is out at my home, fucking streamyx. Now I have to endure the most gruelling thing since I started using broadband, the speed of the 56k modem shared between 15 users in the office. Maybe it's faster than when you're using the 56k alone, because you don't have to wait for the pictures to load, it won't.

Alan Smith signed for Man Utd yesterday, glad he did, he might have been signed from a rival club, but the English just likes transform one wee thing to a frontpage news. What's so hardcore between Leeds and Man Utd? It's not that Leeds is challenging Man Utd all the time, Jeez. Last year I complained that Man Utd lacks strike power upfront, but now they have 6 of them, 6 big guys, lots of height, great heading ability, NO CROSSER! Fuck

Anyway, people will start coming in soon, I'm writing this to an email draft, will send it later when the office gets on the net, yes, you have to dial to 1515 remember

Driving

Woke up, felt great after a good sleep, was in a good mood for the long drive to the office.

Approached toll in a TAG lane, turned on signal to the left, toll on the further left was empty, driver at the side didn't want to use that toll, didn't want to let me pass, horned me instead, cursed the driver's mother.

Approached a 2 to 1 lane to the road on the left side, was on the right lane, turned on signal, driver didn't want to let me pass, horned me instead, cursed the driver's mother.

Approached office, slowed down to park the car, driver right behind horned me instead, cursed the driver's mother.

Late Blog

Sorry for not blogging these few days but I've been busy. Anyway, not much to write about for the last few days or maybe I'm just plain lazy to write anything. Sometimes I really do have stories in my mind which I would like to blog about, but transferring them into words is really hard sometimes when you're not in the mood. Nevermind, you guys just have to bare with me.

I attended a seminar organized by one of the suppliers yesterday at Hyatt. The real purpose for us (me and another engineer) is actually to go there and eat the buffet lunch. But thinking of we had already made an appearance and our faces are not thick enough, we decided to attend the second session of the seminar. Anyway, learned a few things from the seminar, not bad at all, there was also a lucky draw with prizes of a dvd player, a cordless phone and a trip to langkawi but too bad I didn't get any of it. Also they gave us some freebies, one of them is a metal card holder which I really like. Met a few engineers during the lunch and tea break. It's a nice trip after all, and of course, mussels, turkey and lamb chops for lunch made it even better.

www.bananashiet.blogspot.com

Just found out that Umeng still blogs. Though it's been 3 months already since he started it, and he just blogged for a few days, it's enough for me to acknowledge his existance and take out the line I stroke across his name on the side bar. Enjoy.

"Boss, can you help me out?"

Today, during a rest in between badminton games....

me: boss, can you help me out?

boss: yea what is it?

me: you know undergrad engineers have to do a 60 days professional practice? Well I haven't finished it yet, still 17 days short.

boss: wtf? hahahaha

me: yea dont mention about it, so can you sign the working certificate for me?

boss: hahaha yea can.

me: fuhh, thank you very much, I'll bring it to you later

boss: okok

boss: so strictly speaking you are not a graduate engineer yet lah?

me: urm... yea

boss: hahahaha

Yes! I will be officially a graduate soon.

Sleepy Day

Today was a disaster at work. I felt so sleepy, don't know why. I managed to sleep at 1am last night but I had lesser sleeps before, watching the Barcelona vs Madrid match until 4am, but I didn't feel so sleepy as this. I was trying so hard to keep my head up but I couldn't. I think I fell into lapses of sleep a few times the whole day. Just a second or two. Don't know wether the other 2 guys noticed. What's more, I didn't have much work to do. I think that contributed to my sleepiness.

My manager came back to work today, out of a sudden. It was earlier than expected, since my other colleague told me that he disappeared for a month back then. Good to see him back, at least he can assess my performance working in the department. And to sign my employer evaluation form, so that he can get me confirmed into the company quicker, and get a raise probably.

Met this guy again in the coffee shop during my breakfast. He is a regular to the coffee shop near my office. I only been there sometimes, I go to different places for breakfast anyway. What's so special about him? Well he wears the same shirt everytime I see him. Grey silky shirt. If I'm there, I'll see him with his grey shirt sitting there puffing on his marlboro. I don't know wether he changes his clothes or not. Maybe he likes the shirt so much that he bought a truck load of it. I myself felt wierd alternating between three shirts in a week. Wierd.

I'm gonna hit the bed now, want to feel fresh for tomorrow. Before this, want to bring on the good news to you Milan fans out there. Stam has been added to the defense lineup for Milan. Welcome.

阿勇阿隆加油呀!!!! 坚持到底

Seems like my avid readers across the sea are having their exams soon. What more can I say, you guys better get some good grades so that you can get a high pay job and treat us shark fin's soup.

To hyong,

It's the last phase of your degree, nearly there, don't give up.

To hailoong,

You've tasted defeat, and you know how bitter it is, so make sure you nail it down this time, and the smell of victory will never be better. All the way.

Guys, good luck.

Testing

Ok I'm trying to post a blog via email. Hope this will work cause I just couldn't blog in the office which is using a 56k dial up service with 20 over users. With this email blogging, I can type up some shit in my outlook express and send it, instead of opening www.blogger.com. I could save those loading time to surf on some nba scores though. My department is desserted from the rest of the engineers. And only my department's draughtman knows what I'm doing because my monitor is facing him too. But I couldn't care less about him, his position is lower than me anyway.

My manager disappeared recently, nobody in the office knows exactly where he is. One of the colleague told me he did it a few years back, but the boss did nothing. I wonder why, maybe he has too much experience to be fired. Or maybe the company needed him more then he needed the job..

Anyway, if this works, I hope I can blog more.

Neighbours

Drove home on friday night after a game of basketball with the colleagues. About to park my car infront of the house because I have loads of stuff to carry in. And the neighbour's car has blocked half of my house's pavement. The fucker has parked his car sideways infront of his to avoid passing cars knocking on his car's tailend. How considerate he is.

I hate my neighbour, which consists of an old couple, a couple of lazy bitch daughters and a lazy slut son. Oh, and a couple of real bitches which barks at anyone, including the owner themselves. They have been owning the dog for a couple of years though, and they don't even know how to shut their dogs up for fuck's sakes. They used to have 3 dogs a few years back which couldn't stop barking whole day long. I couldn't even watch a nice movie peacefully cause I couldn't even listen to the dialogues. They died, and they brought back a couple, who did the same. Just couldn't shut the fuck up. Sometimes, I wished I could chop their heads off then they poked their heads across the fence to my house. But I thought that the aftermath of cleaning bloods and heads won't be a nice thing to do. They'll get new ones anyway, so I resisted.

Not only they own dogs, they own a whole lot of cars even. I just don't know why they need so many of them. Not that they have a lot of butts to carry around. Not only that, they kept changing them that till now I have given up finding out which cars are theirs. They park their cars to my pavement, to my side parking, their side parking and their own pavement, sidewaysly! And that lazy fat bitch daughter who was married a couple of years ago just couldn't get her fat ass down from her car to open up the gates. All she does is using her big fat palm to press her fucking car horn and wait for someone in the house to come out and open the gates for her. For god's sakes if she knows she's fat, come out and take a walk. Get your own gates or something bitch, lift up your handphone and give the house a miss call cammon! Not that you couldn't use your finger to press a few buttons. It could even shred some fat from your fingers! Fuck!

Can not stand.

Bloody Nose

I have to cut short my footie session last night cause one of the guys decided that I can pass the ball too good that he used his finger to give me a whack on my nose. My fucking nose just poured. The second time my nose bled while playing football. And I have blood all over my hand and jersey. Shit. I've got a bit of problem with my nose since I was small. The fucker just bleed whenever it likes. Anytime, anywhere. It gave me alot of problems. Sometimes it just bled while I was still sleeping and it will stain my pillow case. But now I'm quite alert to it, I just wake up when I felt some fluid flowing out from my nose automatically, and don't ask me how, I can differentiate between blood and nose fluid (or whatever you call those, just couldnt remember what is it called). Come to think of it, I've encoutered a few situations when my nose bleed that it's interesting to take note of:

1. During high school, my nose just poured while I was talking with my friend during the school assembley at noon. My friend was traumatised by the blood. Lol. and I was quickly taken to the classroom to be rested. And from that day on, assembly was cut short. If you guys still remember the shorted assembley, thank me now.

2. Doing a last minute read through of the notes before going into the exam hall. I was still concentrating on the paper when my nose bleed. Didn't notice until it was too late (it's just a short time actually, but it's enough to stain half the papers) and the papers were full of blood stain when I take it into the exam hall. Made a few heads turned.

3. Still washing my hair half way through when I open my eyes and see a bath tub like a sea of blood. Have to half tilt my head upwards to stop the bleeding while I bathe the rest of the body. I almost took an hour to clean them cause the blood was still pouring while I wash them off my body. Have to clean the bath tub after that as well.

4. Was reading David Beckham's My Side was so into it and read continously for a few days. Until my nose is convinced that I read too much and decided to spill some blood onto it. Didn't stop me from finishing it though, albeit covering my nose with some tissue while reading it.

I think I need a doctor.

Good boss

Just got back from badminton and dinner with my boss and a few other colleagues. The boss and his brother, which is also working in the company are so sporty enough that tomorrow we are going to have a game of basketball. fuhh, that suits me real fine. I'm gonna show them how good I am shooting hoops, too bad they don't play footie, if not I can show them how I play my football like Raul. Anyway, basketball is fine, I just have to get a triple double tomorrow. hahaha!

I only had 10 bucks to work today, thinking that will not be enough to last me through dinner, I stopped by at the ATM to withdraw my remaining 40 bucks from my savings. Boss treated lunch again, good, after badminton, treated dinner also! yes, didn't use a single cent the whole day. Good boss good boss, I'll pay him back by using my genius mind into my work and help better the company.

Felt like my hand is going to tear off just like that. Everytime I play badminton or tennis, my shoulder just hurts, the bone to my arm connecting to the shoulder became loose and the bone is like sliding in between the bones holding it. And today, everytime I smash the cock felt like my arm is going to fell off anytime. Wonder what can I do to heal it. Maybe I could use some advise from the doctor. But still, I have to wait for my pay (yes! the accountant had gone for a holiday and I'm still waiting for it) before I can do anything.

The Passion of a Horror Film

After four days of laziness, waking and sleeping all day long, I couldn't get myself to sleep now. To be honest, working life is kinda hard for a fresh graduate to adapt to. But I find it even harder to adapt to holidays in between when you're in it already. To me, 2 days of rest in a week is more than enough. Couldn't stand another day doing nothing. Maybe it's different for someone who can afford expensive entertainment. But to lead a normal, peaceful life, there's nothing much to do outside the office. Moreover, the footie season is going to end. It's nearly a month before Euro 2004 starts. What can we do over the weekend nights? Reading some footie news and waiting for some big shot to transfer to the club you support isn't the most entertaining thing to do. I wonder how.

Caught a movie on Monday night, Secret Window, the story is about a psycho writer who lock himself out in a villa in the woods of a small town. Kinda have a double identity of a killer - who kills his wife in a story he wrote - who ended up killing his ex wife in real life. Wierd horror movie, I always hate to watch horror movie. Doesn't interest me at all, sometimes, the movie have some kind of twist which you only know about it until the very end, that's interesting. But the scaring, grotesque, psycho part doesn't seems to have a point to me at all. Conclusion? Not my cup of tea.

After the movie, had mamak session down at Steven's. Kiang bought a couple of vcd's and a few of us (kiang, bbb, and me) proceeded to kf's place to watch "The Passion of Christ". I was expecting to know something about the story of Jesus from the movie. Cause it interests me but I just find the bible abit boring to read. But the movie was disappointing. Seems to me it's some kind of SM film. Not abit of story about Jesus, just loads of torturing stuff. For a guy who doesn't read the bible like me, haven't got a clue of what are they talking about. Again, not my cup of tea.

3am already, now I'm going to hit the bed one more time. I hope I can make it. Night all.

Its a holiday

After I started my career for 3 weeks, I realised that it's impossible to find time to blog everyday. First, I couldn't blog in the office cause I don't have a cubicle, I only have a desk with lots of ppl walking behind me through and flow. Then when I come home, if I'm tired, by 10pm, I'll be snoring away. If I'm not, I'll be out sipping my cup of teh o ais with the king. Or I'll be busy reading up footie news and reading up someonelse's blog.

Well, it's a long weekend, 4 days of holiday this week. It's football watching and ping pong playing all day long. I was suppose to be working on friday night but I was excused from it without being given any reasons, and postponed to Monday, which is this morning. The boss said he'll call me in the morning but till now my phone didn't ring. Anyway, I'm feeling really tired. Guess today will be sleeping day. No money to spend, no where to go, what can I do? Sleep. Just hope I'll get my pay end of this week.

Lim teh with sohai, waiming and the king the other night. It was fun, its been a while since I last seen sohai. Glad he's back to himself after the terrible accident. Both of them got intoxicated with alcohol abit and all of us talked cock and laughed like no tomorrow. It was fun, having back these friends from high school. The night before that, everyone was in Kuchai foodcourt after the footie and we had fun talking cock also. Think it's long since we came out together just for one reason, to talk cock. And I enjoyed every bit of it. Hope we'll have alot more of those sessions next time.

Lunch with Boss

Had lunch with the boss and a bunch of colleagues today. I must say, the boss is a real funny guy. The first time I met him in the interview, I already know he's a good man, I signed for him straight without a single doubt. Today, I got to know that he's not only good, but with a sense of humour, I have no regrets of joining the company.

We talked about my job and he asked for my opinion working in the company. Didn't know how to react to the question, just told him the stuff they are doing is really interesting to me. Then came the question of the company trip.

boss: you coming to redang with us?

me: nop, 50% subsidy only, where got money?

boss: hahahahha, icic. What if it's free now?

me: if free of course go lahh

boss: okla okla everybody can go

me: since you insist, I don't want to disappoint you. hahahahahaha

boss: ishh....

Yay, I'm going to Redang again, only this time it's free. Glad to be joining the my colleagues for a trip, so that I can improve our relationship. When I was still celebrating, in my heart of course, the conversation continued...

boss: hey, have you been to a substation before?

me: nop

boss: this friday we are having a shut down at KL North, you must come.

me: errr wat time?

boss: 9pm to 7am

me: that's great I'm glad that I can come along (fuck!)

boss: yah come and learn something, got boots?

me: yah a pair of football boots

boss: nolah, safety boots, 100 bucks a pair one

me: yalah mine costs a 100 bucks

boss: ishh

colleague: why should he go along? he has nothing to do with it also?

boss: nevermind lah can let him learn what

colleague: what will he be doing there?

boss: he'll watchout those guys, if anything happens, he can come to the control room and call me.

colleague: muahahahahahahahahah

me: muahahahahaha hah hah haihhhhhhhhhhhh

(note: we talked with alot more respect than this, I just forgot the words.)

What does this mean? It means no footie for me this friday, aihhhhh

Real Madrid 1-2 Barcelona

Yerterday's and today's traffic were the best, I arrived in the office in record time 30 minutes. Real Madrid vs Barcelona, I am speechless, you'll have to watch it yourself to believe in the kind of football they are playing right now. But I must say this, well done Barcelona.

Went to the bank to open an account today, if not, I won't receive my salary for this month, which I would die if I hadn't. Passed my driving license to the banker for him to make a copy only to realise that it has already expired 2 days ago. Fuck! I am one lucky bitch. Lucky a banker notice it before a white uniform does. and what's more, after spending 50 bucks in opening the account which I thought was 10 bucks, I have to spend another 30 bucks to renew my license, totally bleeding my wallet. haihhhh.

A new guy checked into the company today, this means I'm not the newest pork around. Guess that'll make my chest pumped up abit, at least I have one guy junior than me in terms of employment period. And I can show off my CAD and design skills to him eventhough what I'm doing is just ammending drawings. haha.

Anyway, just want to update abit since I have lesser time to do it these days. Will call up the king to have a drink now, cheers everyone.

Falling in Love

I spent the weekend watching football and DVD's. Mom brought back two romantic movies, Two Weeks Notice and How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days. It's funny that I fell in love with the lead actress everytime I watch a romance story. I fell in love with Claire Forlani in Meet Joe Black, with Michelle Pfeiffer in One Fine Day and now, I fell in love with Sandra Bullock and Kate Hudson starring in Two Weeks Notice and How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days. They just look gorgeous in the movie and I was quick to shake myself into the story. Although I felt kinda redundant at the end of it, but it's still a good feeling to have.

Well for tonight, Real Madrid vs Barcelona. Needless to say, it's gonna be a good match to watch, the last time was Real Madrid beat Barcelona at Nou Camp 2-1, I watched bits of it in Changi Airport when I was on my way home from Brissy. Though it means lesser sleep for me to watch the game, I'm not gonna miss it this time.

May 8th

I had a chat with my Dad that day while we were waiting for our dinner. He said he's gonna buy a plotter to put at home so that I can help him draw some CAD for his company. Then I told him about my old hag PC which won't support the AutoCAD a little exaggarately so that he will get me a new one. He didn't take note of that. ishh. Then I suggested that I will get a new PC after a few months of salary. After I got an ear blast from him about my getting a new pc, he listed me a few things that I will have to support on my own. Including my car (fuck I thought he paid it all), my insurance which my mom is paying and my internet bills.

I was dumbstrucked, 1.8k only wei, give me a chance cammon.

May 8th will be my first pay day. How am I gonna survive the loans, the footie, the first pay dinner, the Hotlink, the Lunhill, the movies and my new BMW with my first pay? Well, I haven't got any idea yet.

Smooth

It's monday today, the most Jam packed of the week. That's why I woke up early at 6:40. Got off the house at 7, and reached the office at 8. That was quick, maybe I'm too early, spent 30 minutes eating a plate of loh mai kai, drinking a small cup of tea and a couple of fags. That was as hard as trying to get my shit out before leaving the house in the morning. Went in the office front gate, only to find out the the entrance was locked, the person in charge of unlocking the office has not unlock the entrance maybe because it's still early. I have to creep up the office through the unlid factory, and knocked myself on a couple of panels and stairs before finally finding the switch to on the lights and climbed up the backstairs to the backdoor of my office. So I'm too early to work today.

Got off at 6:20, no jam, smooth as a silk (when I say this, there's still a couple of stoppages along the way, but compare to a really jam federal highway, it's a way lot better). Reached home at 7. Didn't get the idea why it was not jam. Didn't bother to find out, just want to jot this down so next time I know what time is it that the federal highway is not jam.

Monday 6:20pm-7:00pm no jam.

Who's your money on??

I hate kids

I hate kids, especially those who are in primary who thinks that they know a thing or two. I have this family friend who always come to my place mahjong on weekends. His son is a big fucking nuisance to me, he doesn't seems to listen properly, a stubborn ass. It never seems to get into his ears when I talk properly to him. I asked him not to change my settings, he added some links in my favourites bar, he installed yahoo messenger and registered his name in, he installed Fifa into C drive without a folder, stuff that makes me mad. I remember I don't do these kinda things. I was (and still am) well mannered, when my mom took me along to visit some friends, I sit still on the couch, I don't go around other people's room and touch on their things. But this little guy here treated my room as his, and he totally fucked up my place.

Once I brought him to my grandma's place because he is in the same class with my nephew. We started playing ping pong and he was watching until he decided he wants to join us. And he immediately picked up the ping pong and whacking it all over the place. I was telling him to play properly but he won't listen. I had to stop playing because of his actions. Then we started a kick about in the garden, and he came over and start kicking the football into trees, knocking off flower pots, throwing it onto the ping pong table. I had to bring him home before he causes any serious injuries.

Today he is here again, I had to lock him out from my room, I banned him from touching my PC, I didn't even talk to him. I didn't make a point to him about the reasons behind them. Am I too harsh? I just don't know. Well at least I have a peaceful sunday to get over with. I just hate kids (those in primary who especially think that they know a thing or two)

Cursed Too Much

After two cups of teh o ais, me and Kf were in the car getting ready to go home, until I discovered that my engine won't start. So the 2 of us got down and pushed my car up the road opposite ABC, to no avail, took a U-turn, and pushed again, won't start. Called up my dad to come over, pushed once more, still won't start. So my dad took out the jumper to try to charged up my battery, sparks came out when he tried to clam the live side. Battery still strong, only to realise that the wire came loose. Fuck! Nowonder pushed whole night also won't start. I think I cursed too much. Maybe I'm wrong to cursed the queue jumper's sons and daughters. Ok sorry guys, just you, the queue jumpers, you're all fucked up.

I hope my car won't fuck me up when I'm on my way to work. Fuck!

One and A Half

That's right, see the number above? That's how long it takes me to drive a 30km to work. Because of what? Because of uncivilised stupid motherfucking drivers who cut queues, who created a different rough route from shell to old klang road so that you can cut the long queue! you motherfuckers are causing the whole jam fuckers! Hope you die young and leave your sons or daughters to die because of you being dead. Cause they will grow up just like you and cause my sons or daughters to stuck in the road too! Fuck all queue jumpers! Fuck them all!

-end curse-

Design Engineer - Han

I couldn't sleep the night before my first day of working, got up in the middle of the night to wipe off my sweat, and don't mention about the jam in old klang road that took me an hour and a half to get myself to the office. What a bad day to start on my job.

I was handed a tower of books to study at to get myself familiar with the job, and soon I am flipping all over the books, and that continued the whole day, until I was called to attend a meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to inform us about a new big project, and assigning tasks to everybody. And soon I was sweating, the executive just assigned me as the design engineer for the project. I was dumbstrucked, so fast? I've only been here for 6 fucking hours? What a good way to start my job. But I feel like I'm ready for it, I'll take up a project sooner or later, why not now? and it's a good for learning anyway, now I'm really up for it.

Just a day ago I'm still aimless and carefree, when we finished the meeting, and I got up from the chair preparing to leave the room, I glanced back at the white board in the meeting room, and I saw the words "Design Enginner - Han" I feel like I already had the biggest responsibility in my life.

Rainy Week

It rained cats and dogs this afternoon, it's been raining heavily this whole week anyway. I was still sleeping with my fever on when mom yelled at me to unplugged my computers and modems. Didn't border to wake up to do it cause the thunder was still light. Fell asleep again. Only to get awaken by the loud thundering outside, I dashed to my computer, only to realised that the computer and modem has been unplugged. I think bro did it for me, he's the guy I can very much depend on, thanks bro.

Kf called me a minute after that, asked me to come over to check on his modem. Brought my modem over to look at his PC. After a few testings and diagnost, realised that his LAN card is at fault. Guess I'll be losing a frequent site visitor for the next few days before he can get his LAN fixed. Went to ABC for a drink after that, met Lin and Chuan. Talk cock a little and saw Sami Hyppia opened the scoring for Liverpool before going home for dinner in a happy mood thinking Arsenal might lose this match.

After having dinner while watching Henry did his miracle thing again for Arsenal, I called up Kf to tell him I won't be joining them for footie, after some beggings from Kf, managed to deny him. Went to sleep again, before waking up at 12 to join those footie guys for a supper of pork porridge. Really slurped up those stuff before coming back to blog this thing out.

Kiang is starting on his new job on Monday, so am I. Though I'm getting a little bored in blogging, but my life is starting to get interesting afterall.

Down With the Sickness

I woke up feeling pretty tired today, I didn't know why, just felt abit of nausea and pains in the bones, I went back to sleep again and woke up at 10 for the NBA match. Still I felt nausea and tired, and my bones are really aching, then only I felt abit of heaty and I think I'm down with fever. Went down, poped a couple of Panadols and watched the match between Minnesota and Sacramento. It was an exciting match but my body was not up to it. Fell asleep in the third quater but enjoyed the 4th quarter as match went on. Wolves won with a great come back during the 4th.

So, I'm gonna start my job next Monday, but I'm financially in trouble. Dad has already left for Ipoh for a week. There goes my bread and water, I think I won't be able to play my footie tonight.

My hair is kinda messy but I don't have enough money to get it done, guess I'll have to get on with it. And I can't wait to get started with the job. Wish me luck

Yet Another Upset

Upset this week, my dream matches shattered, and the only team I supported left in the Champion's League has been kicked out. The team known for his water tight defense (though now they are more of an attacking side) leaked 4 goals and lost the series to Deportivo La Coruna, I didn't manage to stay up to watch the match, I was snoring in my bed when Kf called on half time to tell me about the score. I was amazaed, but not shocked, didn't put much thoughts in it, just got back to my sleep within a second after putting down the phone. It is a sad week. Guess I have to give my support to Chelsea now. sob

Kudos to Depor.

Arsenal: From Treble to Single

Wow, so much had happen in Champions League just now that I don't know what to start with, but whatever it is, Arsenal has dropped out of the Champions League muahahahahahahahahaahahaha! Nothing to say, it was a really good match between the top two of the premier league, absolutely brilliant play from Chelsea, I think Ranieri has already got his message out there, and shoved the ball into Abrahimovich's ass for giving him shits even for his winning records.

Sadly though, Real Madrid lost to an away goal to Monaco, ironically, Morientes scored two crucial goals for his loaned club, serves Madrid right for snubbing their old guards, and Raul, who scored the first goal of the night, missed two open chances, there goes my hero. Maybe he missed those chances because I didn't wear his shirt to footbal last weekend.

So, I wont be able to watch my dream matches now, hope Milan will bring back the epics of the true champions of Europe.

Oh yah, to Beckham, you thought you were going to play in London didn't you? Well, it was really unfortunate. hahaha

Come on Mclaren

Here is a picture of Mclaren F1 model of mine, just to show some support to the Mclaren F1 team so that Ferrari won't win it like a one horse race. Please finish a race for me Kimi, I'm tired of watching you blowing up your engine again. haha!

Draw Draw WIN! Glory Glory Man Utd

I was walking in chee cheong kai when my cousin called me, I half agreed on a bet with him on the Man Utd vs Arsenal FA Cup semifinal match with me wanting Man Utd to win the tie. He told me Dennis Bergkemp has opened the scoring for Arsenal and asked me to get ready to tah bao hokkien mee. I promptly ignored the agreement we had and told him I will bet with him next time.

So I took Ben (the singaporean guy) and two of his friends who came together with him to a pub at Jalan P Ramlee to watch the second half of the match, to my amazement, Man Utd was leading. Fucked! It was a good call, he made the blough and I took it. There goes my hokkien mee supper.

Well, the series between Arsenal and Man Utd (there were three of them) ended with 2 draws and a win by Man Utd. Even if the FA cup tie is ignored, the season series ended with 0-0 at Old Trafford and 1-1 in Highbury, so Man Utd literally won the series with an away goal. haha!

Nevermind the premier league, Man Utd beat Arsenal this season.

Annoying phone call

Have you ever answered a phone call from someone who doesnt contact you often and ask you to guess who is him/her? I get very annoyed with that, I couldn't treat it as a joke, especially when I'm doing something or worse, when I'm sleeping. I am very particular with phone manners, I hate when people call up and start talking, without asking wether he's the person they are looking for, well I do that sometimes but not when I'm hundred percent sure who the person is, and very less often I get it wrong, and I certainly hate those callers who refuse to reveal their identity, and they start to give you hints so that you will be able to guess who the caller is, hints like where the person stays, what they do often, what did they do to you that day. I just get annoyed everytime I'm at the end of it, and often I just got so angry that I scolded the caller, I even slammed the phone on one of my dad's annoying friend who were trying to pick on me. So today, when I answered a call..

caller: hey you free tomorrow?

me: who is this?

caller: asking you wether you're free tomorrow

me: what? who's this?

caller: your friend lahh, asking you wether you're free on saturday and sunday

me: I am free, so who's this? (my heart is getting beat up and I started to raise my voice abit)

caller: you forget already meh? your friend lah.

me: fuck who the hell are you?

caller: I stay in indooropilly one lahh, ben.

me: jeez hi dude, how's it going?

It was Ben, a good friend of mine from Singapore which I know him from the University. A really nice bloke, a down to earth person which I think he is every girl's dream guy. Soft spoken with good manners, except for the phone call thing which I couldn't take it. I owe him alot though, he has a car in Brisbane and he drove me around all the time. To footie, to LDV, movies, dinner, goldcoast, I really shouldn't get angry on him, haha.

Anyway, he'll be here for the weekend, guess I'll have to take him around town.

"Sorry I've already gotten a job"

This morning I called up the secretary of the company which is hiring me and told her that I'm accepting the job offer. I was happily watching the NBA knowing that I won't be able to watch it on friday mornings anymore. At half time, my phone rang, a respectible semiconductor company called me to ask me wether I've already gotten a job yet.

me: Just wondering are you asking me for a second interview or you were going to offer me the job?

girl: We were going to offer you the job

me: *aweee man* icic, can I ask you what is the salary the company is offering?

girl: two one...

me: *ARGHHH!!!!!!!!!!* ohh ic, but then it's ok lah, I have already gotten a job

girl: tsk tsk, we are offering higher is it?

me: yah

girl: it's ok then, thank you

me: thanks for calling bye!

ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Early sleep, Early wake

Woke up early this morning to callup Motorola to reject their invitation for a second interview, I wonder what will happen after that, have I made a wrong decision in choosing a smaller company against the might of Motorola? Well, guess I have to trust on my instincts. And the good of working in a small company, I'll get to learn more, I'm nearer and be able to see the boss, lesser engineers, more opportunities. Right that's it, I'm choosing the right path for my future career.

Waited for Kf to wake up, yesterday I think he wasnt happy with me waking him up early in the morning at 11. So, I gave him time until 12:30 before I called him for jue yok fun in OUG. It's been long since I had a bowl of those fat enriched noodles. I just love fat food don't you think? haha don't care, eating is a prosperity to me.

Dad told me he has found a car for me, he just has to look for some money, I didn't ask him what car is it, just don't want to show that I'm craving for a car to drive. I tried to tell him that I would pay for a cheap car with my new income. Lol I guess he doesn't seem to trust me that I can support myself with my first income.

Feeling tired now, think I'm hitting the bed after this, I've been sleeping at 10+ nowadays and wake up at 7am. Guess my body just automatically suits the timing itself because of the job. hahaha, sorry for the brag, I'm just too excited about the job.

Sorry Kf for snubbing you, I'm just too tired.
