The time used to face computer seems never ever decrease, the pain of my hand is getting more and more serious. Sometimes my hand keep shaking like used too much of energy, but in fact I just keep "shaking" my mouse.
Have been caught up with some articles since I realised the problem, and I think is Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI). Those symptoms mentioned, is same like my situation, and I'm afraid. I afraid it will become more severe as time goes by. Reducing computer usage time will be a good way to prevent, but as an IT student, it seems to be impossible, because of the need to coding, and read other related articles.
At last I would like to say is, please try to google some article regrading RSI, and start preventing it. Trust me, it will affect your daily life when it starts to get serious.
