Never Home!

So I have not been home for more than 2 days at a time since well before Christmas. Between working and Josh's school interviews this past month has been CRAZY! I feel like I just skipped the holidays and can't wait till next month.... next month I will know where we will be moving in July. I just don't want to erase the past 2 months from my life, so I thought I'd document it a least a little (since journaling has never really been my thing!).

I worked like crazy the entire month of November, but it was well worth it during December when I was able spread my trips out and spend time with family in-between. Josh and I spent a week in the Seattle area right before Christmas with my sister, then went to Idaho for Christmas to be with his family. After Christmas we headed straight to New Orleans for New Year's and the Sugar Bowl- which was AMAZING!! To tell the truth I was a little intimidated by the Alabama fans in all their well dressed hounds tooth originals, but our Utes shut them up fast! The old timer Bama fans sitting behind us actually moved! What a great game and a great day for college football!

Since then I have been living in a pattern of work then meet Josh for his interviews then back to work. Cleveland, Pomona (east of LA) and North Chicago have all been great! He has his last interview in San Francisco next week, and then we will hopefully be able to take our pick! It is going to be a huge relief to have this process over with! It has been a HUGE blessing to have the flight benefits to be able to afford to go to all the interviews that Josh was interested in.

All this traveling has left both Josh and I a little on the sick side. I am convinced that my ears will never pop! At least Josh gets time between trips, but I haven't had more than 48 hours without a flight!

Maybe next month things will slow down and my hearing will get back to normal, but for now- if you call my name and I don't look- don't take it personal!
