Our baby girl is now 2! Nooooo! It seems like only yesterday when she was a little preemie in the NICU. Thank you to everybody who came to Jazzy's party! It was a nice day! xoxoxo

Signing our lives away to Adam....

We FINALLY signed adoption papers for Adam today! Yay! We go to court next week to finalize everything, and then Adam will officially be a Tran!!!

Mimi, trying to keep them occupied...Thank you mom for all your help today! They were both acting really special today lol...Us, signing away...
