I realized that it has been a while since I have posted anything on our blog so I decided to do a quick update. Over the last little while we haven't done anything out of the ordinary. We have spent most of our spare time skiing and spending time with family and friends.
Jess started Valentines day early this year by leaving flowers on the table on Friday with a cute little note. On Valentines day we spent the evening at home. We had a nice steak dinner and just relaxed. Jess also got me a charm for my Pandora bracelet. I really do have the best husband ever.
Last weekend Jess and I drove to Elko Nevada with my mom and dad to spend time with my sister and her family. It was a fun weekend just relaxing and spending time with family. Here are a few pictures I took in Elko.
David and Jess were working hard, blowing up our air mattresses while the rest of us hung out one the couch and encouraged them
Roman and his girls hanging out on the couch.
I love this picture. Outside of Hily's apartment are some motorcycle trails and the boys were watching them ride out the window.
We are outside of the museum in Elko. I wish she lived in a warmer city in Nevada!

A New Year already?
This year to celebrate the new year Jess and I got together with some of our friend to hang out for the night. We went out to dinner at Chili's and then we came back to our house for the rest of the night. The boys started out the party by having a Nerf gun war.
The girls tried to stay out of the line of fire and play a game.
Next Jake and Bre introduced us to a new Wii game, Just Dance. Here are the boys showing their dancing skills. These pictures don't even begin to capture how funny this game is to do and to watch! When our next door neighbors came home they could see us through the window. They said we look so funny dancing in the living room.
The girls showing up our skills. This was a workout. This was the first dance of the night and nobody kept their jackets on after this dance.
We had some much fun playing Just Dance on New Years Eve that we decided to do it again on New Years Day. We invited out neighbors Carson and Chelsie and my family over to play.

Christmas 2010
Christmas is always such a fun time of the year. We started off the Christmas festivities by going to a party a Jess' parents on Dec 22. The whole family was their and it was fun to get to spend time with all of them. On Christmas Eve we went to my parents house. We ate Prime Rib and decorated pillow cases. Here are how they turned out.
For Christmas Jess and I were spolied as usual. We woke up early and opened presents at our house before we went out to my parents to see what Santa had brought them. Max got a bone of course.
This year Jess got some clothes, shoes, and season 1 of Modern Family.
Jess always seem to spoil me. He gave me a beautiful bracelet, Real Salt Lake tickets, and some new tennis shoes. He is the best husband ever!
We were able to be at my parent house on Christmas morning to see Roman open all of his presents. He was so fun this year. When you asked him what he wanted for Christmas he would say Elmo.
My Grandma is so funny on Christmas. She always gets so excited.
This year Jess and I gave Roman a trike. It was so much fun shopping for Roman. He looked so big on his bike.
Here are some more picture of Christmas morning!
That afternoon we went to Jess' parents so another party and more good food. Yet another reason why I like Christmas.
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!
