Firsts!

My baby is growing up!!

This is how Zoee and I found Jazmyn when we went to get her from her nap! Standing!!!

Then later that day she had her first time in tub with big sis sitting by herself having a blast!

So Jaz hasn't giggled a lot but last night we saw how funny sisters can be!

I'm really not sure what was going on. She wanted to go outside with her bike, so I put it out back she climbed on and sat there. Then she came in got the witch hat and went back out and sat some more. I wonder sometimes what is going on inside that little head. She's so funny!

Quilt I've been working on forever. I add to it every once in awhile when inspiration for the next part come.

Front view. Pattern called for longer and lace. I shortened it, added the black belt and bow instead of lace and the second sheer layer of skirt.

Boppy cover I made from pieces of left over material stores have. It turned out pretty good and was a great deal cheaper than the the boppy covers you buy premade in stores!

I didn't want to believe it when people told me that my petite little girl would look so big when the baby was born but it's true! My little Zoee is a big sister! I picked up Zoee today and for the first time she felt heavy!

Jazmyn 6lbs 12oz. 1 lb less than Zoee!

Look at my pretty girls! I would have to say that the the age difference between these two is a blessing! Zoee understands and is excited to have a little sister! She helps me out big time by holding Jaz, retrieving things I need and forgot to get before I sat down to nurse and she does a multitude of other things that helps relieve my burden!
