11 Months

My baby is not a baby anymore!!!! AHHHHHHHH

I cant not belive she will be one so soon This first year flew by in a blink of an eye!
She is walking well more like running everywhere.

Her new thing is saying ooo whats that , in a whisper voice SO funny

And she says hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

She has had some crazy sleeping patterns latley and it is wearing me out!!

She is a dancing fool and a piggy, she eats and eats and eats

She is such a daddys girl annd forgets I am even around when he is home

We went swimming at her little friend Zoey's birthday and she wouldnt get out of the water her and daddy just floated around for a long time. I think she will be swimming before she is two!

We celebrated the 4th of July and watched fireworks and she loved them.

She is sucha girly girl!

10 Months Old

10 MONTHS

Really where has my baby gone??? This month Khloe went to the beach, Sea World and The Zoo. She LOVED the beach. The sand was so neat to her she ate a coupole handfuls and she even got in the water.. Well i stuck her toes in it was FREEZING. Joeys family came to visit and she loved them all so much. We had a nice time with them all. She now has 6 teeth through. She sings all the time and is a dancing fool. The biggest milestone we got to this month is WALKING. My baby is now walking everywhere!!!!! She is no longer interested in tv or movies. She just plays and plays. We have music on all the time and she just loves it. The girls got some moves!! She loves to play peek a boo and get chased. She give lots of hugs and will only give me kisses. Her daddy goes in for one and she teases him and turns away. She is getting so big!!! And we are loving every second of it.

9 Months Old!!

Khloe now weighs 15lbs 13 oz. and is 26 inches long!!! 

She is cruising like a mad woman. We got her a little dinosaur and she just runs around with it!

Teeth are getting big!

She is so lovey she gives big wet kisses and sweet hugs we both eat it up!

I think by my next post my little bug will be walking! she stands on her own for seconds but each day it gets longer and longer!

 We love this little monkey sooo much and just love watching all she does! 

DADDY IS HOME

I cant really explain how happy I am to have Joey home. He is already back to work and I miss him like crazy through the days but am so happy to have him home with us at night! Khloe is in love with him and already has cast me to the side for her daddy.. ;)

The night before I did not sleep at all and Joey got back into the states at around 3 am he had called me so there was no way I was going back to sleep! So I just started getting stuff ready to go. After what felt like days we were ready to head to the airport. We left way too early but I couldn't stay in the house any longer. I was meeting a few of the other girls there and thank goodness if my friend Amy wouldnt have been there I probably would have went crazy. I was so anxious and ready for him. I was about to burst into tears at any moment. At one point I really thought I was going to pass out HA. Then we started to see more families showing up and cameras?! I wasnt sure what was going on then a reporter came over and told us the news was going to film it and that there would be a welcoming line as we left the building. O GEEZ talk about making things worse ... now while im about to break down I have to worry about the camera! About and and hour and 1/2 or so after I go to the airport the flight people were announcing that the plane had just landed and told EVERYONE with ear shot what was going on. I am actually tearing up just remembering the feeling of him being so close after all this time. the door came open and the guys started running to there familes . There was one guy who was seeing his baby girl for the first time and it was so awesome to see that. I t was all kind of a blur at this point because it was just a lot of chaos. I kept watching and watching for him but he still hadnt come out. All around us people were cheering for the guys and at one point I was thinking he wasnt on the plane.. BUT THEN I saw him coming and I couldnt just stand there so we ran to him. The words to explain how I was feeling at that time are really just not there. I was in shock and overwhelmed. we kissed and hugged and kissed again. Khloe just stared at him then he scooped her up and she was all smiles. Seeing him hold her again was amazing. My family was back together and it was really one of the best days of my life. We started walking out and he had ordered roses for me that some of his squadron were there with signs and handing them out and I thought that was it.. NOPE! We are walking down and there are Veterans with flags and families with signs. All cheering.. I never realized how proud I am of Joey for sacrificed so much for our country. Khloe was enjoying the ride bouncing around while Joey held her. I dont think she is used to being so high up:). We finally made it to the car and after a scary ride (since Joey hadn't drove in so long hehe) we were finally home as a family again!

This is the video that was on the news and of course they got me crying but o well. It gives you the feeling of how it was!

Whats helping pass the time

I have been busy with wedding stuff for the past six months here are some of the projects ive been working on

These were my save the dates , I also made the envelopes for them out of a brown paper bag , these were so stressful and time consuming!

 These will be our invitations but the wording is going to be different we have a wedding website that has all the information for our guests. Lauren did these for me she does all kinds of awesome stuff with blogs and such!

I got these awesome dresses for my girls at modcloth

 And these adorable brooches will be for the girls instead of bouquets.I got them from Etsy from Sugar Owl Designs 

These are coffee filter garlands they are all folded up so its hard to see how cute they really are. They will hang from the trees to add a little something 

This is just some of our stuff. Our theme is more of an outside picnic. Casual but still romantic. The utensils  are wood! Then we have craft paper plates and boats for our s'more bar that we will be doing for dessert. 

 I am not sure how I will be doing the set up for this yet but you get the idea 

This is how my house has looked for a while now! AHH driving me insane...

 My bouquet I am making. It will have more yellow and some grey in it as well so it will be bigger! I wet felted all the balls for it. 

 O the burlap... It is such a pain!!!! I am doing table runners out of it and then covering some hay bails for seating around the grass.

These platters I made will be for the dessert table ( favors) . I have 4 of the yellow and two of the wood. We will have cookies and some other of our favorite treats to fill their bag as a thank you 

 And these are the bags for the treats the saying is 

" We don't remember days, we remember moments"

 We found these cute drink pails they will go perfect with everything! we have two of them and a 3 gallon clear that will have water with lemons!

 This was just a rough pratice of my chalk board I will be making. I just need a couple they will obviously look better but I just wanted to see if it would even work!

This is similar to the cake my sister will be making 

 Instead of a traditional book we will be doing advice/wishes on these scraps of paper and hanging them on a clothes line that I will later put in a book! 

The hard part with all this is I am doing TWO receptions so its double the work and its not easy to get stuff done with a baby crawling all over it all! Its slowly coming together and there are a million more projects that are started so hopefully I an get going! Its not a traditional decor but it fits us and thats all that matters!!
