event: my grandad's demise.

i slept really late ytd. say about 1am. so, was planning to sleep until quite late this morning. I was awoken by my mum at about 8am, saying that she and dad had to rush out for something, and she instructed me to stay home to take care of my sisters. i said okay. at first, i thought they went out for some reason. went back to sleep. at about 9am, sharol nudged me. then i woke up. Her phone was with her and she asked me to read her message. it was from mum: "yeye just passed away. stay home and take care of meimei. papa and i will be back as soon as i can." adrenaline gushed into my bloodstream and i became very awake. i read the message carefully again to make sure that i didnt read wrongly but no its still the same. I looked at my phone and mum sent me the same message. 我整个人都愣住。I was like hurr? erhh? that kind of reaction. a tear ran down my cheek. but i told myself. dont cry.stay strong. Natasha woke up soon after and after she heard the news, she like no reaction. she on the computer and played audition. I wanted to just ROAR at her. but remained calm. remmeber mum told me that natasha likes to keep things to herself. maybe playing audition is her way to relieve that stress. Dion is still sleeping. so, dad and mum came home at about say 4pm. in btw, i tidied the house, used computer, stoned, and thought a lot. dad and mum came home, with us watching tv. Dad seemed really stressed up and so did mum. But i can see that both of them are really trying their best to stay calm. I went to my room and stone. so, i like walked into my parents room and dad was in there, i saw him crying, turned around went back to my room. I didnt know what to do, it was my first time seeing dad cry. you know, this year, i actually thought to myself that i am really a very lucky kid. Very really duper fortunate kid. Some of my friends didnt even get to meet their grandparents. Some of my friend's grandparents died when they were little, some during primary school. my grandad had seen me through my younger years. and he was really close to me. now, the starting line in "a series of unfortunate events" movie made sense. I really was trying to stay brave. dad was stressed up so was mum. i just kept quiet. Dad asked us whether we wanted to go to grandmas. i was the first to say yes. then, we headed to grandma's house. in the car, heard lots of sniffing from both parents. I couldnt contain myself any longer either, and did silent crying, as in crying, but trying not to make any noise. In the car, i thought about grandad. millions of thoughts were racing across my mind. my family always visit both my mum and dad's parents(nai nai, yeye, ah gong and ah ma) every Saturday and Sunday. I havent visited yeye and nai nai for weeks due to band, concerts, etc etc. so i was actually hoping that i would actually get to see them today. then, ayee, when i heard the news, i was like hur. my yeye teng(loved) me a lot, he showered me with loads of love and you get the picture. so me and my yeye can say quite close. he gave me the nickname pipi when i was young. cos, when i was young i stayed with them. whatever i wanted he always gave it to me. well, i dun really wanna rant on my thoughts, cos it will be never ending. we reached our grandparents place. at the doorstep, i saw loads and loads of shoes. I went into the house, and all my uncles and aunties were there. well almost. As i strode in the house, i called the uncles and aunties. "dai pak, sam sok, sei sok, kooma, ..." so on so forth. when i reached the last aunty, sei sam. i couldnt speak any longer. I felt like crying. i went to the toilet, calmed myself down, and went out again. my kooma was really close to me as well. so she called me to sit with her. she put her hands around me and pat my back. while she was talking, she talked in the crying kindda voice. i couldnt contain myself anylonger and started crying too. and, crying today was really contagious. one by one, my aunties and uncles broke down as well. my kooma asked me to go and hug my grandmother and tel her that everything was all right. i went to my grandma, and hugged her. I tried my best to muster the best cantonese accent i can. i hugged her and said, "nainai, mm moi ham."(nainai, dont cry), tears went down my cheek too. i went back to my kooma and really had not much appitite eating. kooma was asking me to go eat. i went to eat. although i really didnt want to eat. but yups. everyone was crying too. but thereafter stayed calm. my uncles and aunties were also trying to calm me down. sam sok asked me not to cry, stay strong. sei sam, tell me dont think so much and gave a pat on my shoulder. gu chiong patted me on the shoulder. yups. tomorrow i am going bright and early to my grandmas house to help out with the funeral ceromony. so, i think i will be staying at grandma's for a couple of days. and, for those who worry about me out there, its okay, but if you see me acting guai guai the next few days, do forgive me and dont ask why yups. and somehow, i heard my dad/kooma narrating how my grandad passed on. I was too wondering how can the healthy grandad of mine suddenly pass on. grandad was getting chicken wings out from the fridge today to defrost, then i think he didnt feel well so wanted to go sit down. then he slip and fell( to his death i think). nai nai called the ambulance(and my parents of which why they went out this morning). dad said that when yeye was on the ambulance, the ppl already said that he wasnt breathing and there was no pulse. somehow, i wish that i was transported to the ambulance and can use CPR on my grandad. i miss my grandad. i really do miss him.=/. and as taoists, it is said that no matter how, after we die, we will go to hell to get judged. if you're good, you get to cross the gold or silver bridge to a place, if not you will get puninshed and get recarnated. i pray, please let my grandad to go to heaven/(For those who watch bleach) soul society, or just let him cross the gold bridge. please. and, you know, i was somehow hoping that i can share my results with my grandparents when the results are released if they were good. i also thought that when i graduate from university, they will be there to take a photo with me. or when i get married. i really miss my grandad. please yuan shi tai zi, please qian shou qian yan guan si ying pu sa, please to pe kong, please si da tian wang and please zu xian. please please give my grandma(nai nai) to stay strong, she seemed to be really sad and i think it has been a hard blow. please let my uncles and aunties to have the strength to sleep tonight so that we will have the energy to do the funeral stuff tomorrow. and please, gimme the strength to stay strong. am going to get yeye;s body from the SGH tmr. please lemme stay strong and dont let me break down. yeye. ngoh oi lei. ngoh oi lei.(i love you) please be happy okay. and visit me in my dreams some time, i still have so much to talk to you about. i learnt how to play the harmonica too hoping to play duets with you. you play the harmonica so beautifully that i learnt so that i can play with you. espeicially your xiao bai chuan. yeye, wherever you are, miss us okay? :'(. and i havent got any call from tj to tell me my orientation group, etc. oh gosh. this is worrying me too adding on to the burden of my granddad.=(

i was like digging up my scores for cladys and xinyun when i found a book of cool flute excercises that i goked from hsc band room left behind by the seniors. its like everything suddenly starts to make sense. whatever ke jian and xinyun is all trying to get me to do its all inside! oh man. i dont care how tough/boring this is gonna get, i cant wait to start! teehee. oh man oh man. hahaha. cant wait cant wait. haha. now. if only i have a flute...man. i still cant fix my sis's yamaha flute. her lower octave cannot reach laa. as in not i cannot reach. as in the flute keys guai guai der. I want a flutee. mann. i wanna get started on the book. oh man. looks like i have to wait 8 more days. mann. ):. school faster reopennn. /:.

oh yeah. and whatever i typed in the morning, just ignore okay? for those who read. just very angry, cant contain the anger no more. thanks yup.
