Had team lunch today @Swensens~! 21 of us~ big group of us yet not all of us. Missing out JH and SL. Next lunch will be Lao Da's birthday lunch... Subway? haha

Japanese curry chicken pasta yesterday
The curry chicken is nice and pasta too. But just that when they are put into one dish, it just tasted not right. Well it's still better to match with rice and pasta should go with cream or tomato based sauce. ;-)

New year's day one~
Caught a movie with mummy this afternoon and went to new house site.
Watched "The tourist", starring Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie @ AMK Cathay. Main shoots are in Venice and the architecture is very nice. Houses on water and water transport kinda gives us a tourist sight of its beauty. Plot is quite predictable and you would have guessed who's "Alexander Pierce" near the end scene. Gotta love the way both of them speak and looked at each other.
Went to new house at CS today. Haven got the keys so we could only go up till the doorstep. Haha a clutter of dark clouds came by and it poured down while we were "finding" our way out of the compound area near the void deck. The covered shelter way leading to the bus stop was broken at the other end. So it was dead end. We had to turn back and go by the way we went in, uncovered. Thank God that the rain toned down to a mere drizzle and we could walk to the bus stop.
Returned to AMK by bus and had dinner at nihon mura. Think I was pretty hungry and had many plates. It came to a $30 bill for 2 persons. We had 3 pattern plates and 7 color plates, and one mentai hotate ala carte dish. We also had green tea for drinks. It is more worthy of the $30 because it includes 10% service charge and gave a variety of choices, as compared to the bento and pasta we had in the afternoon at MOF Cafe, Sweets and Desserts, which had no service charge (Self-service order, payment and water pouring), that totaled a $30 bill too.
Rounded up the day with some toiletries shopping. Started Day 1 of the year with the most common routine stuffs. Just pray everything is going to be calm and peaceful this year. Amen.
