Yah!! Bryan and Crystal finally tied the knot! We are so happy for them and to officially have Crystal apart of our family. She has fit in right in the beginning and we couldn't ask for a better wife for my brother. These two are going to have a lot of fun together. They got sealed in the Spokane, WA Temple, and it was a beautiful day. Then they had a ring ceremony, dinner and reception right after at the Davenport Hotel. It was beautiful. We were so lucky to stay at the Klain Hotel for the time we were there, got to catch up and let the kids play for a little bit. We look forward to spending more time with them next time! Thank you Klains!! And congrat's to Bryan and Crystal!!

But we are so grateful and happy that he is healthy and everything looks great. Can't wait to meet this little guy and one day pick out a name for him.. Our top two are:
1. Oliver, aka Ollie, David Jensen

Making a Human is not easy..
We have some exciting news! We are pregnant and expecting baby # 3 on Nov. 14th, and when I say ON, I mean it... Madi was due on her due date and Alex was a day before, so we are pretty sure it will be pretty right on! I am so grateful for a Heavenly Father who knows ME, and hears and answers my prayers. We have been talking about another baby for a few years, but if you know me, you know that I am a planner and like to have control. Well that doesn't always work out. Heavenly Father knew that I could not plan for another baby, but wanted one. So he made it happen on his watch. And we are so grateful! Life is full of unexpected events, and you just have to roll with it. There are days that I am freaking out, not sure how it will all work, but I know that somehow it will ALL work! It seems like with this pregnancy, I have been sick since day one, where as the other 2 I didn't feel sick until about week 8-13. I am feeling a lot better and not as sick as I was 2 weeks ago. Although, nights are still difficult, but I will take just a little portion of the day instead of the whole day. And come on, we have to admit, ladies, it sucks to be sick, but SO worth the results! Making a human is not an easy thing! It is hard on our bodies, but we are so lucky that some of us get to experience this. I am aware that there are women who can't, so I really try to count my blessings and not complain too much. If you see me, no, I am not just gaining weight because I am eating too much, it's because there is a human growing inside of me. :)

Wow, where have I been?
No where, just lazy and not blogging. I have been looking at other blogs like crazy, but I have been slacking on my own. I think I figured that facebook was good enough, but it's not. I know this, because I still look on blogs for updates from my family and friends. This year is going to be a great year. I have already set a few of resolutions that I want to work on...
1. Read the BOM
2. Remember/recognize family/friends birthdays
3. Be more patient with my children
4. Show more appreciation/love to my husband
5. Be happy with what/where I am at in my life
6. Try new hair styles (yes, this is a resolution!)
7. Craft more often
8. Spend more one on one with my children
9. More date nights
10.Decorate our room and my kids room (1 year later, after moving in, but whose counting?)
11. Make my own laundry soap (yah, because I am cool like that)
12. Make my own dishwashing soap
These aren't in any particular order.. but you get the point. I just feel like 2012 is going to be great! Other's may feel like the world is going to end, but I say bring it on! Bring on 2012. I am going to kick it in the butt!! :)
Oooh, check out this blog entry I found for those who have CURLY hair.. amazing! I am going to start it now! I washed my hair this morning, and I am not going to wash it for a month and see how I like it. And using a T-shirt instead of a towel to dry my hair! BRILLIANT!! Check it out..

DIY Barbie House
Madi has really been into Barbie's this last year. Which, I do have to admit, got me a little excited. I was so excited to show her how I played with Barbie's and built rooms out of books (by opening them up and make walls from the books into different rooms).. I think I was more excited than she was to play with them! Then I came across this blog.. http://kimboscrafts.blogspot.com/2010/02/diy-barbie-house.html. Which is one of my favorites. She gave me a lot of good ideas. We had this old dresser that we were going to donate because the drawers were broken. I am so glad that I saw this blog! It was a ton of fun doing. It took me a good week and loooooong nights. I might have a black and blue toe, and cuts all over my fingers, but every minute was worth seeing her look on her face when she saw it. I wish I would've video taped it, but I was too tired to think about it (4 nights staying up until 3am and getting up at 7am). Thanks to my friend from my ward, Rachel, for her mad skills from workshop in High School. And for my hubby helping me brain storm how to build it and make it work. It is finally done! It is not perfect, but it is a Barbie house and it was my first big DIY project. I think I might be addicted. It was such a nice feeling that I accomplished something like this.
Madi turned 6!
I can't believe Madi is 6... I know we all say it, but it seriously has gone by sooo fast! She has grown up a lot these past 2 years. And we've enjoyed her and her sassy personality. She had a busy day! First we had 3 of her friends come over for a pajama party. They all came dressed up in their pj's and I served pancakes, eggs and sausage for breakfast. Then we decorated pillow cases and played pass the pillow (whoever ends with the pillow when the music stops, they got to grab goodies out of a bag in the middle). Then we sang happy birthday and ate monkey bread and opened presents. She had a blast! Breakfast is her favorite food, and so easy to prepare. We rested for an hour. Then headed to Gresham to Skate World for her family party. FUN! I haven't done that since High School. I do admit it wasn't as easy, and I was a little sore.. okay, I was VERY sore. We did that for a couple hours and then went to my parents house for pizza and cupcakes. Needless to say, she was exhausted! And so was mom and dad. But it was worth making her day special.
