One Year Down...

Wow! It has been a VERY long while since I have last posted. I promise I'm still alive. Life has been super busy but very exciting this past year. I thought I'd do a little catch-up from this past year. Here are a few pictures to recap.

Trip to Costa Rica:
My first time skiing:
Visit to 'This is the Place' Christmas village:

Fall trip to New England:

Surviving my first, and last, bobsled ride at Olympic Park:
Not 'surviving' our first annual Hunger Games Party: (I was killed off pretty quickly)

A few REAL Salt Lake games:
Valentines trip to Logan:
Hot air balloon ride over the beautiful Utah Valley:

I couldn't have asked for a better first year of marriage! I'm looking forward to many, many more! And I'll try to be better at blogging!

Trip #2 of the summer: Newport Beach

The last weekend before school/meetings began, Lee took the day off of work to just hang out with me. We were going to go to Salt Lake but he a proposal for work to drop off first. So we left the house at 9 a.m. and headed into SLC. On the way there, he asked me to grab the folder off the back seat because he forgot the address. So I opened it and found this inside...

Two airplane tickets to LA! We were actually heading to the airport to spend about 3 days in Newport Beach and Balboa Island. He already packed my suitcase and everything!

We visited Laguna Beach...

Our rental car was a convertible Mustang...super fun!!

We rented giant, floating, lounge chairs that had a small motor. Can we say awesome!

We bought and ate frozen bananas on Bolboa Island. Love Arrested Development!

We rented cruiser bikes and rode the ferry over to the island.

While cruisin' on our bikes, Lee spotted this beach house! Go Cougs!

Overall, it was the perfect trip! What a fun, relaxing get-a-way before school began. Thank you Lee for all of your detailed planning and sneakiness! Love you tons!

Trip #1: Moab with Ashley & James = Super fun times!

I think we were the only people in Moab that weekend that spoke English. I've never seen so many people up at the Delicate Arch.
Love you little sisso!

Ladies Night

For Ladies Night Lee and the girls and I went and floated the Jordan River...

Made Amazing crepes...

warmed up and stretched to get ready for a little Just Dance...

The winners of Just Dance received pedicures from Lee =)
And in return, Lee received one too!!!

They all decided to sleep in one bed...and yes, there are 3 girls in there somewhere!

Thanks for the fun filled night, Ladies!! We'll do it again next summer!
