It has been much too long since I last recorded my life for all of you to see, but I will try to make up for it in this post.
Life has been so busy. I usually leave the house around seven in the morning and I don't usually come back until around 9:30 or ten at night. It's typical of my life though. I always seem to find myself involved in far too many activities and responsibilities for my own good, but I don't really know any other way to do it. haha.
Although school and work consume the majority of my time, I have had time to have some fun. I am enjoying Utah and life here quite a bit in the social aspect of things. FHE on Monday night has been one of my favorite parts of living here. There aren't very many people that show up to FHE so it's so much fun to get to know the few that do. I am a little bit sad because this next Monday, I have to work so I won't be able to go to FHE. I think I will be asking to have Mondays off so that I can always go, because I have grown to love socializing with the people there.
This week has been an eventful one. Liz, Emily and myself all have September birthdays so we joined the Tucano's birthday club, and wen to Tucanos to enjoy our free birthday meal. :) It was fun to have Kimberly as my date!
These people are the greatest, and I love being able to hang out with them all the time!!! :)
Emily, Liz and I were so graciously given birthday Sundaes at the restaraunt. Unfortunately, Brazillian food is delicious, and I had already eaten waaaaaay too much to even try and eat this Sundae so I gave mine to Brant. At least I got a cute picture from it! haha.
Tuesday night was a blast, and such a nice break in the middle of the week from the hustle and bustle of my busy life.
I had to work Wedneday, Thursday and Friday night, but Wednesday night after work, I went and decorated Emily's entry way for her birthday on Thursday. It was a fun way to wish her a happy birthday because I knew that I wouldn't be able to see her on her actual birthday.
Friday night was a little party for Em's birthday. I headed over to Sam and Emily's house after I got off of work to join in the festivities. We had a bunch of fun playing Apples to Apples, talking and laughing. I just love being with friends and having fun!
This is the birthday girl and me. Love her to death!! :) I am so happy I get to see her all the time. Three years living so far away from each other was a difficult time. haha.
There were a lot more friends there, but we kinda forgot to take pictures until the end of the night. This is the crew that was left at the end of the night. We definitely had a fun last few hours being silly and taking pictures.
We decided to line up tallest to shortest, and of course I was at the short end. I would like to publicly thank Kendon for his belly display. I appreciate that. I think the readers of this blog will be greatful to be spared having to look at the other belly pictures that were taken that night.
It has been a fun week for sure! The BYU-UTES game is today in Provo so I am going to do my absolute best to stay out of Provo this evening after Amanda and I go to see The Lion King in 3D! After the movie my day will be filled with lesson planning for this next week. I can't believe I am a quarter of the way done with my student teaching already. Time flies by so quickly. Love you all! I can't wait to come home for a short visit in a just a few weeks!
Loves and hugs,
Jenny :)

What a fun weekend!
Well, the past two days have been extremely eventful and very fun! :) Friday I finished all of my online training at Sears so this Monday I start training on the floor. I am very excited about starting something new, and I can't wait to get into the action of it all. I have never REALLY worked in retail before, and I am a little nervous, but it will be good! :)
Then, Friday evening, my ward had a service project. Unfortunately, we got started late so I didn't get to stay very long, but I helped pick up the branched after a rose bush was trimmed, and then I headed off to pick up Erica to go to Brooke's surpise baby shower! (A little background.... Erica came to Utah to visit her Grandma that lives in Orem. It's been so wonderful to have her here for the week. I have missed her soooooo much! And Brooke came for her husband Keith's Grandma's birthday!) Brooke's surprise shower was wonderful! It was so nice to see all my girls and reunite with old friends. We had fun playing games, eating food and catching up. :)
It was so good to have all these girls there! :) :) I love them all!
This is me with the mommy to be! I am sooooo excited for her and Keith! :) I just can't believe my Brookie Face is having a baby! It basically blows my mind! I feel like just yesterday we were sitting in Sister Tippett's basement doing something crazy! :)
Here is Brookie with the shoes that I got for Baby Farnsworth! :) They are too cute! I can't wait until he can wear them! :)
When Keith came back from his boys night out, he had the privledge of re-opening ever gift that we got for his little boy. :) hahaha.
AHHHH! These girls! How I looooove them!! :) We will see each other through it all! :)
Brookie's shower was a big success, and fun fun night! :)
Then, today, I had the opportunity to go with my new ward to Lagoon. I was really excited and hoping to be able to meet some new people, and make new friends, and I did!
So, I did ride the majority of all of the roller coasters, but the only ride I got a picture of me on was the carousel. We had fun re-living our childhood. :) haha.
This is Amanda and me with our two new friends, Shayla and Mckensie. It was fun spending the day with them, and am glad I got to know two awesome girls in my new ward! :) The rides were fun, and we enjoyed one another's company, but it was HOT HOT HOT so we called it a day around 5:30.
Amanda and I came back to Spanish Fork, got some Chinese food, rented a movie and had a fun girl's night in together! Overall, it has been a great last weekend of summer! School starts on Wednesday, and my life is going to get sooooo crazy so I am happy to have had a very fun weekend before all the craziness starts and to have been able to see both Erica and Brooke before I start the semester! :)
I hope you all are doing fabulous! :) Love and miss you soooo much!
Loves and hugs,
Jenny :)

The last page of the chapter!
Well, this is the post about my last night in Flagstaff!! :) yay! It was a very fun night. I was excited to get to spend time with some of my very favorite people!! I am kind of sad because I forgot to get pictures with the Robles, but it was very fun! We had a big bbq at the house and played games and then we all went to a big field on campus to mess around. :) I love all these people, and I will miss them a ton!!
Stephen was such a great little healper cleaning up after we delighted in my jalapeno pepperjack cheese burgers. :)
Courtney, Stephen and I had fun in the car on the way to go play. I am going to miss these two so much. Two of my greatest friends ever right there. :) They really are the best.
There we are playing around. Apparently I need to be a quarterback. I am the best "pound for pound" thrower that Stephen has ever seen, or so he claims. Despite my massive skill with a football, it was a blast just being with my friends. :)
The lights on the field went out so we found some picnic tables close by and we sat a chatted for a while. Stephen and I had a tender moment apparently, we look so serious in this picture. haha.
Stephen and me! He's one of the greatest guys in the world. I appreciate him as a friend more than he will probably ever know. He's a person who from day one has always been there, and I know would do anything for me. Some times, Courtney and I would call him with silly little fix-its to do, but he always does them. :) He will forever be my friend!
The bestie and myself. You can tell that she is impressed with how cool I look in those shades. :) haha. Seriously though, that girl Courtney is the greatest. I know my college years would not have been nearly as fun as they have without her. She and I have grown together so much, and she has helped me to be a better person. I will miss being around her every day, and being a silly girl with her. We'll be best friends forever though. One day, we will travel the world together! :)
Joey, Joey, Joey! He is by far the funniest person that I have ever met. He makes me laugh every time that I see him, and I will miss his craziness so much. Please do not go around asking women crazy questions while I am gone Joey!
Spencer got home from Alaska the day before this little shin dig and drove up from Phoenix to see me! :) He is one of my best friends, and I love talking to him. He's a great listener! I wso happy that I got to see him before moving to Utah because I was afraid that I wouldn't!
My dear sweet Megan!!! I love her with pretty much all of my heart and soul. If I needed someone to vent to, megan was always there. She is such a fun girl to be around. We both share the characteristic of "happy glow" according to our friend David. She is such a joy to be around, and it's all smiles with her! :)
After we messed around for a while, and chatted at our little picnic table, we went and laid in the field and looked at the stars for a while. Oh tender moments with good friends haha. :)
This is Stephen and me on our way out to the middle of the field, we're always having fun! :)
Yay for all of my favorites! They really are the best! :) I will miss all of them, and I can't wait to see them again! I love them all!
TTFN!

My new life.
Well, my blog posts are going to be out of order because I am waiting for pictures from Courtney of my last night in Flagstaff so I will post about that after I post about the move.
Thursday afternoon, my family met me in Flagstaff and we headed up to Utah! The next day, we went with the Jensens to the mall, my parents and Dawnica did a little shopping. While we were at the mall, stuart and I did one of those bungie tampolines. I only have picture of Stuart on it though, and they aren't very good, but you get the idea.
After our bungie adventures, we headed over to the school that I will be student teaching at. My mom wanted to see it, and of course my dad wanted to get a picture. I get to meet the teacher I will be working with this Wednesday and I am pretty excited about that.
After seeing the outside of what looks to be any other elementary school (haha), we took the long way home down State street so I would know the way to go if I chose to ride my bike. Despite the fact that it is almost a 17 mile ride, I really would like to try it. All I have to do is change my last name to Emanuelson and I won't have any problems. Haha. We spent the rest of Friday evening playing games and enjoying one another's company. The Jensens have this awesome game called The Totally Insane Card Game. It's kind of like Uno, but you are supposed to cheat, and believe me, Stuart did his fair share of that.
Saturday the girls and boys split, and the girls went to an outlet store in Draper while the boys went to the church history museum in Salt Lake. That night we had the Opel-Jensen traditional steak dinner and everyone played games while I worked on my homework.
My new ward seems like it will be fun. I met my new bishop, and introduced myself in the fifth Sunday meeting. I am not going to lie though, sacrament meeting was a little strange. It was all about music which was great, but the whole time they were begging people to join their ward choir. Overall, the meeting was good, and I enjoyed the musical numbers, but their plee to get people in the choir was a little strange. Oh well, I guess when the bishop of a ward feels he needs to do something, he should just do it and not worry about how strange it might be.
Yesterday was my last day with my family. After we got all of their things packed and my room set up, My parents took me to lunch at Wingers. Here are some pictures of my room if anyone is curious... lol.
When I was finished setting up, my dad said that it looked like me, so hopefully, I will feel comfortable with the new room. :)
Stuart and I had fun in the back of the car on the way to Wingers.
When the Jensens got home from work, we all headed down to the hospital in Mount Pleasant where Dawnica and Kody thought that were going to have a baby. Unfortunately, a variety of nurses said a variety of things to Dawnica and Kody, and after a 22 hour day in the hospital, no baby Peter arrived.
Well, I am ready to get going today! I will hopefully keep up with this blog as time passes! Love and miss you all!

Nervous Nervous!
So, I move to Utah in seven days! I am both nervous and excited about this! I think it will be a great experience for me and hopefully I will learn a lot. I think the aspect that I am the most nervous about is the fact that once this semester is over, I don't have any idea where I will be or what I will be doing! It's all kinda crazy!
Well, Jana wanted to have a little goodbye shin dig before I left so next Wednesday we're having a little bbq at the house. It should be fun. It will be nice to get to say goodbye to the people that I would like to say goodbye to in Flagstaff. I am very excited because my friend Spencer gets to come! He has been in Alaska all summer, but he is flying to Phoenix Tuesday and then coming up to Flagstaff to say goodbye! I didn't think I would get to see him again before I left so that makes me very happy!
I am just working away this next week and hoping to get a good chunk of homework done before I leave so I can spend that whole weekend with my family! TTFN!
Loves and hugs,
Jenny :)
