Hee.. Enjoyed the rest day tremendously. After a hectic month where had 1st half closing and replan it was nice to have a day where can just take things @ a slower pace. Woke up@ 11.30am and started the day by spending time in the presence of God than had family lunch. It's always an enjoyable time when can sit down and eat together with my family.

Took time to read Dr Cho's book on successful Home cell groups, it's wonderful reading and learning how Dr Cho build the largest church in the whole of the world. Truly there were many things that inspire me and challenged me..

Than took time to watch Heros, it's really a well-written show with a good storyline about different people with different special abilities who come together save the earth, found common grace in the story.. Truly each of us have gifts & talents and the beautiful thing is that these gifts & talents compliment each other as we work towards a common goal.

Since i had the time went around looking for blogskins.. Haha.. Found a few nice and unique ones and eventually settle on this one on London. nice rite...:-P

Had a fun but packed Friday nite to Sunday:-) Although was running around quite a bit but nevertheless enjoyed it.. Expanding my capacity and also spending time with different ones doing things that i enjoy... Here goes....Let's start off with Friday.:-)

24/10-Friday

Had work than went over to Kasthuri's place @ Bukit Panjang to lead CGM.. It's the 1st time I was leading a CG Meeting on friday and moreover it was in the far west... In spite of the accumulated tiredness ,I had a wonderful meeting with the people. Thank God for His presence and strength that sustained me. Truly it's not by might nor by power but by the spirit of God...It's nice having CG @ kasthuri's place her parents are very open & nice and they always prepare yummy food for us when we go...:-P

Reached home around 11 plus.. Was still feeling quite energetic so decided to go for a midnight jog.. In the end went for a 3.5km jog... It's nice jogging after midnight the streets are quiet and there's no one around can even pray and talk to God while jogging... Hmm can do this more next time...:-P

25/10- Sat

Had CG meeting with those who couldn't make it for Friday CG and also 3 others from the zone who couldn't make it for their own CG.. In spite of the fact there was only 8 people we had a wonderful time worshipping & praying..

Took time after CG to give FT1 BS to Des, Yixing & Larry. It's always good to share and impart the Word of God.. Always when i prepare God will show me new insight... Had a wondefuls v today.. Pastor shared and emphasis on the 3 pillars of CHC- The Great Commandment, the Great Commission and the Cultural Mandate.. It's always good to come back to the basic core values and to be reminded of the things that build up CHC to become a church that is impacting society. Truly let's rise up to be the light of the world & salt of the earth

26/10 -Sun

Went over pitstop cafe with Chris and the youths-Des, Larry, Sam, Kathuri, Viknesh & Kel. We had lotz of fun screaming ,laughing and grabbing the cards as we played different games like Game of Life, Imagine if, ugly doll, etc... that we did not notice that we had played for over 3 hours...Really great to see the youths enjoying and building stronger bonds with each other...

After that went over to Expo to help with POM, basically going to be part of the SOT contingent to help out with and welcome the foreign delegates who are coming for the Asia Conference.. Than rushed down to East Coast for Ling's 22st Bday BBQ, good time catching up with the people from W16 whom I have not really had the chance to fellowship for quite some time...

Decided to max out the weekend since got no work on Monday so decided to go for a midnight jog .. amazingly i ran the same route but was almost 2mins faster than on friday.

Woke up at 11am, slept for almost 11 hours...but felt extremely recharged. Took time to commit my day to the Lord before going out.

Went down to Admiralty to spend time with Mingwei, Vino, Xiuwen and the W16 kids. Bought some chocolates, sweets and jelly to bless the kids as it was children's day. Played bball and cards with them for about 2hrs before heading for a BBQ @ changi V.

Took the train with xiuwen & had a nice time chatting with her.. Time really passes v.fast it's almost 1 & a half year since i started to lead CG.Believing by the grace of God to multiply CG by end of this year...

I believe as i continue to pray, sow and believe the increase will come. Truly it is gonna be a team effort.. N241 let's go for it

Every day of my life i desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Didn't need to go down for service today so i was pondering on what to do today. Just happen was chatting with an old friend, Yvonne she happen to want to go down Bugis for shopping and I was intending to do down to the gym @ bugis.. so we manage to meet for a while after my gym to go shopping.. Bought 2 tops which was quite nice.

Went down to AMK to catch the movie Mama-mia, long time never seen a muscial type of Movie, it was very interesting for a change. Think my parents will really love it as it has a lot of ABBA songs which are from the 70s. Pretty good choice for a movie if you are looking for something to relax and laugh. Had time to sit down over dinner & chit-chat which is verygood. Always like times with friend where can just sit down & enjoy fellowship

Was tempted to go out but in the end decided to stay @ home to relax. Had a fruitful time just taking things @ a slower pace and relaxing. Truly in the midst of doing so many things, it's always good to just sit down and reflect.

Took time also just to go into the secret place, was thinking of how to breakthrough in some areas of my life. As i was reflecting, felt a thought coming into my mind in order to have a breakthrough there must 1st be a breakthrough in my own personal life.

There are still many areas i need to work on, many areas i need to grow in.

Dear God,

I pray that you help me become a better man, mould me & shape me to be the son u desire me to be. At times I know my attitudes, my values and thinking will be challenge, but i'm willing to got through this, truly not my will but yours be done.Amen

Had a wonderful CG meeting today. Could sense even before the meeting that something special was going to happen. Decide to take time to play game b4 CG, so we played polar bear, it was fun to see the people debating, discussing and pointing @ each other as the polar bear.

Had a great time in the presence of God worshipping, as we worship i really sense that God wanted to do something in the heart's of every single member.. Was really excited as i shared the word on the altar of God. Truly it's the word of God that changes life!!!!

Had a wonderful time of ministry, prayed for many of the members and many fell under the power of God. Truly a touch from heaven will really change their life. Glad to see many of them really receving and leaving the place filled with the anointing & strength that enable them to breakthrough

Just realise how long i have not blogged. Hopefully with my new broadband account i can blog more often.. Hmm... now still stuck in office waiting for reports to be submitted so decided to take some time to update.

Was just taking time to reflect recently, just realise been working quite hard and perhapes it's time to take a short break, probably 3-4 days out of the country to recharge myself. I believe rest is essential and every few months should take a short break from work. I'm thinking of just going out of Singapore , enjoy the scenery, chill & relax on the beach..

Truly with rest, you can last longer and do things better. It also prevents burn-out & exhaustion.
