So it's 4 am and I am working in my home office. Pretty much my only time to blog now days. Right now I am LOVING my new Iphone. It has become my camera, video camera, Ava entertainer, mommy entertainer and so much more. All these pics/movies are from it.....
This was Ava before Church yesterday. I love how she is such a good mix of princess/tomboy. She loves to be crazy, get dirty, run around, skin her knees but then wear princess dresses, crowns, jewelry and watch all the princess/barbie movies ever made. In both pictures Ava has a nasty black eye courtesy of my knee. A few days ago she was running circles around me and I would tickle her as she ran past. On our last one she just fell on me and her eye collided with my knee. It was so sad. She cried for a good 20 minutes while having my jean imprint on her little face. During nursery at church my friend came and told me Ava was crying which she never does in nursery so I went to check it out. Apparently a little boy hit her with something and gave her a fat bloody lip. My poor princess is all sorts of black and blue right now.
This is what I like to do when needing to get anything done or just a few minutes to myself. Ava loves to do crafts/arts stuff. We take a special trip to the dollar store, get some paint and a wooden toy and she is entertained for a long time.
Zach is seriously the sweetest baby boy. He is a big mommas boy right now and it is so cute. He is always watching me. I was cleaning up dinner and he kept leaning way over in his high chair so he could see me behind him. He would just look at me and smile so when I gave him a little attention he loved it and started laughing. So cute! I love to cuddle him and tickle him. I can't believe he is almost 9 months old already.
This is Zach's crawl. He does an army slide sort of thing. It is so cute to watch him go.
Ava's Joy school has been a lot of fun. For the top two pics we went on a field trip to the dentist. Each kid got to ride on the chair, get their teeth counted and brush the big teeth.
I had W last week so I based it on "Where the Wild Things Are". It was so much fun. The kids loved the book and then we acted out all of the scenes. We rowed a boat, made a fort, rode the Wild Thing (above) and had a wild rumpus.
This was them on Valentines with their boxes. The kids loved passing out cards and candy.
This weekend we went to our friends cabin for a little get away and four wheeling. This is how the ladies looked when we got back. If you look close you can see we all have dirt unibrows.
Ava loved to ride with Jeff. She would laugh when he went fast or would go over a bump.

Here are the invites I made for her party. I can't believe she is already 3. Ava is my little princess for sure. She is so smart and so sweet. She loves having "special" time with me just one on one. She loves to laugh, color, play princess, read, help me cook, play at the park, roll down the grass hill and pretty much anything with her friends. I feel so blessed to have her. I really could not love her more!
Ava had her first day of joy school today. She was so cute in her little backpack. I was worried at first because I was babysitting a little friend of hers and didn't think she would want to leave him. At first she kept saying she didn't want to go to school but when we got there she saw all her little friends sitting on the floor doing puzzles she said ok I'll go to school and took her shoes off.
