This week was an eventful week. Monday we spent time with Dan and Jillian going shopping at the University Mall. I bought my first pair of snow pants for 50% off!! That was exciting!! Jeff bought a nice green plaid collared shirt and swim shorts, which he desperately needed. We also went to a BYU women's soccer game. J
eff's first day of school was Tuesday and my fourth. So the most eventful part of the week was deciding to start thawing our Wedding Cake. We honestly wanted to do it for kicks but as the week went on every night we would stare at the cake and say to ourselves, "Is it safe?" Well....... on Tuesday night we took our first bites into that cake and WOW!!! It was so good!! The cake was still moist and the frosting like any other frosting was a little too sugary, but man oh' man was it good. eird how excited I was about it, but oh well...all I have to say is this cake is AMAZING!! I wish all of you could have tried it. I don't know if it was because of the way it was wrapped or the way I thawed it. All I did was put it in the refrigerator for a couple of days and took it out maybe 20 mins before cutting it. I even had a second piece Wednesday night, but this time I didn't take it out 20 mins before cutting it and it taste even better because the frosting was thicker.
