My precious daughters birthday card!

Hello Everyone

My Beautiful Daughter Ashleigh is 21 Today and here is the birthday card that I made for her.

I didnt see her reaction as she is in Preston at university, but I knew that she would like it, as I used her favourite colour, can you guess which one he he!

I called her this morning and she is thrilled with her card and she is having a great day with all of her uni friends!

I used Celebration Tilda and a key to the door charm, as it is tradition and I used my precious daughter sentiment which is just perfect. I bought the Precious Daughter paper to use on this card.

Its a different style for me, but I like how it turned out

The flowers are from WOC and the papers are from L&L Crafts - as always!!!

And Here she is!!! The Birthday Girl herself, Happy Birthday Sweet Heart xxx

Have a great week, Crafty Cuddles Jay xxx

Hello Everyone,

I am a little late with my post as I have been to see my poorly almpost 90 year old gran in hospital. She is on the mend, so I am in a good place with her recovery.

Today at Marvelous Magnolia Challenge is the easiest theme of all...

This has proven to be very popular, we had so many beautiful entries last fortnight and we love to see all of your beautiful creations this time around.

Here is my card, using my favourite colour way deep pink, using Bubble Tilda and Pink Lemonade Glass.

I have added frantage and stickles to the bubbles of the champagne.

A closer look at the base and the beautiful vintage roses papers by Reprint from L&L Crafts so scrummy!!!!

Enjoy your evening and please pop over to see if you are a winner or top three!!!

Take care,

A Little Bit of Vintage with Bohemian Peony Tilda

Hello Everyone,

Here is a vintage style card that I have made featuring gorgeous
Bohemian Peony Tilda, she is beautiful isnt she! I adored her from the moment I first saw her!

As I am sure you know, I have mixed roses from the ribbon girl, WOC and Berries and rolled roses from L&L crafts.

The beautiful Lace on the bottom layer is from Jules House of Ribbons and the top Lace is from Live and Love Crafts, I also used a couple of tickets behind Tilda. They are elements from Pion paper also from the the same store.

The chipboard double lamp light is from Scrap and Craft on line store.

I have coloured her with copics and distress inked the edges and frantaged the die cut frame in shabby beige.

A closer look at the beautiful florals and below I have used Gesso and DI's to age a brass heart frame with some ideology wording and one of my build a bees!
I also hand cut the burgundy/brown border and die cut matching decorative elements.

Hope that you have a lovely week, its nearly the week end and you have lots of time to craft.
Also pop over to Marvelous Magnolia Challenge, our theme is anything goes, cant get any easier than that!
Take care,

Masked Chic Fringe Tilda

Hello Everyone,

Here is my card featuring Chic Fringe Tilda, masked with one of my Magnolia Backgrounds.

I thought that she would match the stone pathway background as the flower she is holding is very similar in shape.

All coloured with Copics and I have also used Joy Craft Dies for the grass and clouds.

As always, roses, apple blossoms and sweetheart blossoms are from WOC and beaded sprig, pink pearl trim and frosted berry are from L&L Crafts.
The chipboard happy birthday are from Unique Crafts.

I dyed my own lace with several different greens, sorry that it isnt very obvious, all three papers are from my Wet Paint papers, they are absolutely gorgeous!!!

I think I must have used roughly 3 dozen copics colouring this image, but I really enjoy the colouring aspect the most, so I enjoyed doing it.

Have a great week and I hope that you have a sunny day where ever you are.
