Jude is one!

Happy Birthday Jude!

Jude loved his first birthday cake as you can see above. His first year stats are 25 lbs and 2 oz, and 31 inches tall. He is have so much fun. He is not quite walking but gets closer everyday. He is babbling a lot. Unfortunately, he may have a chipped tooth. He has brought us such joy!

Our next stop was Virginia Beach where we stayed with My Aunt Betsy and Cousin Eleanor. We even got to celebrate birthdays! Quite fun and so good to see them!

We really enjoyed seeing Sarah, Ryan and William in DC and had such fun being tourists in DC. We went to the new Air and Space Museum, toured the White House, the Capitol, part of the Smithsonian, and Terry Sewell's office. It was great! Best money spent was on renting those strollers!

We began Fall Break by traveling up to Waterford, VA for the annual Waterford Fair. We always enjoy doing this and were excited to see everyone in Jay's extended family. Virginia was a swing state so it was extra exciting since it was election season. This made me happy that I don't live in a swing state...
