it's autumn and why is the weather still so darn hot!! fainted!! indeed, if not why would MEblourne be famous for the abnormal weather.. haha..

Weee.. Went shopping today! haha.. no lah.. just see see look look.. and sales here will never disappoint me! got a tube top for AUD$5!! originally AUD$15.. not much reduce but still reduced.. haha.. went Crown cafe to rest our legs and wait for XN.. heeheez.. we ordered Mud Cake.. Taro Gateau.. and Strawberry Cheesecake.. taste just so great! desserts here had never disappoint me too.. haha.. later we had dinner with nyp lecturers Zeyi and Cindy.. they treated us!! went Camberwell for "Sofia".. it's a italian restaurant and the serving portion is darn big.. that's what they're famous for i guess.. and nice too.. very generous with the ingredients.. we ordered "pasta mista for two" to be shared amongst 5 pax.. and we can't finish it.. how big appetite cAn the people here be?!



after dinner we went back school for this nite market thingy.. and we missed the train becoz we were busy toking! 20mins wait for that.. -.-" the nite market event was just about food fair actually.. and food doesn't look appetizing with a full stomach.. haha! so we went home after that..

haha! did blog for awhile.. wee.. 1 test down! 2 to go! 1 each week.. haikx! today one was kinda easy i think.. hope i'll get the full 5%!? haha.. ate subway for lunch just now! a treat for finishing 1 test?! lolx.. for the next 2weeks will be quite busy.. so less blogging! lots of homework and gotta study for test.. now i'm exploring this virtual learning programme thingy.. since we can't "play" wif real flies.. we "play" it online.. lolx.. "play".. that's also part of my homework ok!? and it's isn't easy.. genetics always kill lots of my brain cells.. haha.. ok! endz here!

Arghhh!! it's so hot today!! Heehee.. after school.. Bernice's parent treat us lunch at Mekong! it's a vietnamese restaurant.. as usual i'll definately order something beefy.. kekez.. my first time trying avocado "smoothy".. that's how they're spelt in the menu.. haha.. it taste like custard ice blended to me?! haha.. no idea how to describe that taste of avocado..



Too much of science make us freaks.. haha.. yesterday nite.. while i was refilling my water bottle.. this daring mosquito land right infront of me.. on the wall of coz.. 1st thought that came to my mind.. was that dengue mosquito!? haha! so observed the mosquito.. it've strips.. but no it's not.. dengue have black white strips.. but this daring one have brown white strips.. but be it dengue or not.. kill no merci!! rofl!! so i ask sughim to get something to hit while i stay still if not it'll escape.. haha! it tried to escape.. but sughim's note pad was kinda big for that tiny weenie mosquito to avoid hitting.. so haha.. best part was sughim actually go dig for those facial hair trimming forcep to pick that mosquito up! and so we both squart there and analyze the mosquito.. rofl!! >.<"

ok.. right now i've this 5% assignment which really cracks my head.. i'm gonna conquer it now.. byebye!!

Weee~! today was a fine day! beautiful weather with the sky so blue.. and i've made new friend today! Lyanne, a local vietnamese.. very pretty and clever ger.. taking double degree! and i think she's rich too.. haha.. we have 3 common genetics module.. sort of my human genetics khakis.. haha.. and she's also libra.. 26sept! that's close to my bdae.. haha.. within that 10mins or so conversation we found out quite alot about each other.. haha.. hmmz.. well i almost get to talk to that good looking guy i mentioned previously.. but.. haha.. shy lah!! we just smile to each other.. heeheez.. there's lots of chance.. no worries! haha!

Cooked chilli prawn and fried noodle for dinner today!! we used the premix for cooking chilli crab to cook.. haha.. premix and it taste quite nice loh!! recommended.. haha.. no crab prawn oso good lah hor?! kekez..

ohohohoh!! ah jim modern tw drama on air now!! 放羊的星星 kekez.. it's something like Initial D.. about racing.. haha.. i'm helping to advertise.. =X went youtube to watch a little of the show.. still that handsome as ever!! lolx!! aiyo!! why is there people like him grow in age but not in look!! kekez.. there's 1 ost sang by him.. called 对望.. not bad lah.. i don't like the female lead of that show.. coz ah jim and her got kissing scene!! GRRRR!! haha.. must support ah jim ok?! go watch the show.. =X

What a day~! somehow i'm always pairing up with inconsiderate people for pract class.. grrR!! for this semester it's sughim.. i'm so darn pissed off by her!! so what she's a merit student?! don't pin too high an expectation with that "M-E-R-I-T" word.. just her luck.. or maybe hardworking.. she can complain about this R-guy which i wondered sometimes does she thinks about herself?! there's something called instruction from the lab manual stating to isolate SINGLE colony for innoculation.. and the the lab tech did show and explained how streaking should be done.. 3 sets of 5 streaks followed by a s-track.. and somehow this person just "draw" a few s-track on the plate that's not even enough to dilute out into single colony.. i think there's only 5 bands.. she just simply told me she's LAZY to streak.. u can be lazy but do it right.. at least streak few more s-track lah.. that's my maximum tolerance for her.. worst of all.. 2days later gotta pick colony and streak onto agar.. those who done streaking before should be able to imagine what's the result.. she can even say out she can pick single colony from the that s-track.. WTF!! if a simple s-track can do the work.. what for bother to streak for seperate "dots".. hello! there's mark for ur pract result!! dun pull others in if u're lazy to streak.. even the E-gal was a least, slightly, better than her.. in the sense she know how to follow instruction!! f**k!! if u got the ability to scream at one.. please note u urself gotta do the right things in the 1st place.. merit isn't a big deal.. so forget about that merit she had.. but there's working experience!! i seriously cannot believe she would do those "stunts"..

In the noon.. went over to unilodge to do some printing.. they also discussed some honours year issue.. is it that important to do honours? even a bachelor degree is a crapz thingy? that's another year here for me if to do honours.. but it's step nearer for me to get PR here.. lolx!! they oso mentioned about loan thingy.. loan from ntuc can delay the interest payment till graduate!? hsbc allow 1 shot pay all be it the loan was 10yrs repayment contract.. therefore can loan with low interest payback monthly and after graduate payback 1 shot?! haha.. this will just give my mum heart attack eh?! also shock to that pig.. =X well.. i've made up my mind to finish all study related stuff after this mid-year.. sound safer now!? ok.. time for dinner.. endz!

Weee!! i played, shopped, watched through my weekends!! just no READ!! LOLX!! kekez.. i played midnite no-$-mahjong with CMC housemates, Alan/Billy, Martin, and his friend, Justin.. kekez.. it's a "romantic" mahjong session! we gotta play at the balcony and there's no light! so martin took his spotlight lamp out.. haha.. 4hrs for 1 round of mahjong.. and only managed to win 36.. if there's money then i'll win AUD36!! haha.. just too bad..



Heeheez.. went shopping!! grocceries shopping and also personal wardrobe renewal shopping.. lolx!! it's sale time! gotta shop! u know u know.. haha.. that Nike yoga tote with map after sale price was AUD24.50!! which original price was AUD89.95!! how can dun buy hor?! and the best buy is this denim jumper skirt at Jayjays (something like SG 77th street!?).. after sale! AUD7.50!! original price was AUD39.95.. haha!! what a great deal yeah!? =X



Had dinner at this chinese restaurant called "Lan Tian (Blue sky)".. hmmz.. serving here as usual that big portion.. not bad lah.. i know what XN like it.. coz it's kinda salty for her fav dish!! lolx!!



Went Yarra River for this Moomba festival thingy after dinner.. basically it's a large carnival thingy.. like the very large version of "Euro Funfair".. there should have a fireworks display at about 9.30pm supposedly... somehow we waited till 10.30pm and there's not even a spark!! >.<" so we gave up and went home..



So tired.. gotta start revision.. i'm 1 leg into the "beautiful coffin" F.O.C prepared for lazy slacker like me.. sleeping time!! it's a new week tomorrow and a new me.. no more slacking!! hope so.. =X

Weee!! 2years had passed since the day me and pig got together!! time flies!! without knowing.. it's been 2years.. it was like yesterday when we just got together.. haha! anyway.. happy 2nd anniversary pig!! and it's 15years passed since i luv Jimmy!! muahaha!! even better eh.. hmmz.. happy 15th anniversary?! lolx..

Had practical class today.. i seriously wondered why some people will have this big "WAH! oversea uni cert" idea when i felt that SG education standard is way better.. the lab stuff are really cheapo loh!! recycled bottles.. broken spreader.. limited pipette tips and tubes.. no test tube to hold those supposedly to be kept very aseptic media!! anyway the students here doesn't practise proper lab technique.. in another words.. i'm buying oversea cert in short time.. than to be in the competitive environment in SG uni.. and spending much more time! anyway both kind of certs will still put us on the same salary scale.. but 1 thing to note.. SG will polish up ur lab skill while will "de-prove".. haha.. i self created the word..

Weee!! MArch is the month where u'll see many ferraris in Melbourne!! haha.. coz of the F1 race thingy.. today Lygon street was closed for the F1 roadshow.. saw ferraris and the racing kart.. so noisy loh those car.. haha.. good cars make noise huh?!



anyway did some grocerries shopping today.. and rot my whole saturday away.. haha.. celebrated housemate's bdae tonite.. somewhat the cakes here are indeed, no matter what, nicer than SG.. >.<" haha..

so tired!! *yawn*! didn't had any good sleep recently.. no idea why.. body sleeping but my brain isn't.. i'm now like a living zombie.. dark eye ring getting worst too.. ahhhh!! today after class was thinking of going home for a fruity lunch.. just nice XN called when i'm at the doorstep of my house.. so we ended up decided to go out for lunch.. planning on eating "Saigon noodle" but the Union house was so packed!! so change of plan.. bump onto Craig at Union house.. since he's there for lunch also.. we asked him to join us for lunch at "Nandos".. surprisingly he's quite health conscious?! he ate salad only! while we 3 gals ate roast chix meal! which is alittle oily.. lolx!! i think he must be quite shocked by us for being able to take the extremely hot chilli sauce.. lolx!! japanese can't take spicy stuff afterall.. he just tasted alittle of the chilli sauce and i think he learnt the "i-shouldn't-try-it-in-the-1st-place" lesson.. not that i didn't warn him.. haha.. =X walked back from city and on the way we chatted alittle.. well nothing much.. the most shocking thingy was that i get to know that he's single again from this whole lunch deal.. i've no idea on the reason behind the breakup.. kekez.. dun be so kpo.. =X also he's going for a "beaching" trip setting off this evening with the genetics department people.. guess what! John Golz is in for that trip too!! ahhh!! >.<" that young cute genetics lecturer i had last semester.. haha.. note it's "beaching" coz it's more like something to do with sample collecting for their project.. haha.. that's for the day.. while at nite.. me and roomie went Unilodge for Yasmin's surprise bdae celebration.. i think i'm getting worst with my alcohol level.. just 1 small cup of champagne and i'm having headache from it!! fainted!! after the celebration they went ahead to club.. i didn't go.. if not i won't be here blogging.. haha..

Wah seh! i've never been so hardworking! haha!! semester just commenced and i'm mugging!! surprisingly i'm not slacking.. haha.. well.. i'm alittle exaggerating here.. haha.. just that i'll at least touch abit of work back home?! kekez.. normally i'll leave it to the last minute to complete them.. but now i've completed them!! haha!! miracle right?! somehow semester1 is more difficult than semester2?! which by right semester2 should be more difficult than semester1.. weirdo me?! not only me.. Yasmin agrees with me.. haha!! maybe becoz previous semester i got 3 easy modules and now i've 3 difficult modules!! grrr!! haha.. soon i'll be going crazy.. genetics really not a fun thing to mess with.. but i like genetics leh!! so no choice loh.. need to suffer!! haikx haikx!! nevermind.. 4mths to end of the semester!! 22Jun! and i'm looking forward to that day!! haha!! this will mark the end of my study life.. NO MORE STUDYING!! haha..

yesterday nite went vic market for the "suzuki nite market" event thingy with CMC housemates.. literally "high class pasar malam"?! haha.. people here really get high easily.. just a live African band performance can get the people to start dancing.. open air dance floor.. haha.. well.. i never join in of coz! haha.. doesn't like crowd.. standing aside looking at people dancing.. even the XL size people can dance nicely.. haha.. quite "cute" seeing their fats shaking here and there.. MUAHAHA!!



on the way back meet Craig to get his genetics stuff.. hmmz.. if compare his semester stuff with mine.. i think his is the minimal.. about 1/4 of all my notes?! i wonder will his stuff help me!? haikx! but anyway.. he got "iGenetics" book.. so i can save the $ to buy!! or save time to everyday go library to borrow.. haha.. but i just found out the stack of photocopied stuff that XN passed to me have chapters from few different recommended texts which is even better.. haha.. anyway.. a thought of mine.. i think most gers will go "gaga" over him?! be it alittle or over "gaga".. haha.. no exception for CMC housemates too.. haha.. he's such a good looking guy.. who wouldn't?! haha!! *bleah*
