I know this post looks like the one that's been sitting here for the last 8 months, but it's not! The deal is still the same but the house is bigger and better now! We've added a huge 20x20 master suite with a big bathroom and walkin closet, storage closet, and have done some more fixin up, especially on the outside. The only thing we have left is to tile the front porch, but that'll get done within the next couple weeks!
So, I've thought of a plan...one to benefit YOU and ME! (And I'm 100% serious about this too)
I will pay $1,000 to the person who finds me a buyer!!!!

If you want to sign a legal document so you can hold me to my word, I'm willing, but I hope you realize I AM SERIOUS! Find someone to buy my house, and when we sign the closing papers, I will sign a check for $1,000 to the person that found the buyer! HOW SWEET IS THAT?!?!

Everything's been updated and/or replaced,
There are 2 bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom inbetween. They are big rooms.
The master suite is 20x20 and has a walk in closet and big bathroom. It also has a door leading to the side of the house.
The living room at one point was a living room and kitchen, but now it's just one huge living room. We have the furniture set up so it's a living room at the front, and an office in the back.
The kitchen is HUGE. There's a big built in china cabinet, dining area, french doors out to the side yard and tons of cabinets/counter space.
Around the back of the kitchen is the laundry area. Theres another small bathroom, the washer/dryer, and a big space for storage. At one point we thought of either expanding the bathroom, or closing that area in and making it a huge laundry/store room. But as of now it's a big open area.
