Summer Fun

Washington isn't known for being hot....but every once in awhile the thermostat rises inching closer and closer to triple digits.

so...what do you do in the summertime when the days are really really HOT?

You stick your baby on his bath seat in a Tupperware bin full of water...

...and let the kids have at it with a slide and a blow up pool.

instantly refreshed and hours of fun.

Dance Recital

From September 2012 to June 2013 Bella was involved in a hip hop dance class.

Every Wednesday night from 6-7pm she would strut her stuff.

Her final performance of the year was at the end of June

She did a great job. We are so proud of Bella and her willingness to try new things.

Father's day weekend 2013

Jared is a great dad...hands down...no doubt about it. 

He loves his kids and works really hard for them...and they can hardly contain their excitement when he walks through the door.

On Father's day weekend we headed over to a local livestock store.  They were having a customer appreciation day complete with free hot dogs, pony rides and hay rides.

As you can see the kids had a really great time and it was so fun to get to spend the day with their special guy!

Proof

This is a reminder...

A reminder that these two can in fact get along for longer than 30 seconds.

Because most days...they try really hard to prove otherwise.

Arms Full of Love

I may loose my cool a bit too often...

Sometimes my words are not so kind...

At times it seems like the stress of life will consume me...

This is when I have to remind myself just how sweet I have it.

My home and my heart are overflowing with love...and at the end of the day that simple fact is all that really matters.

Super Dad

I'm giving a shout out to one pretty awesome dad.
