For the third time in our life together, I got Dan to go running with me. Yes, that's right, he paid money to run 3.2 miles. We did the Dirty Dash with Jimmy. I thought the 10K was so great Dan was excited enough to do the 5K. I promise we are dirtier then we look, we were the first wave and didn't get the really thick mud.
Our friends the Kellers came for a visit, which was awesome. It made us homesick for all our friends from pharmacy school.
I felt that a child's first Fun Dip was photo worthy.
We went to Dairy Days at Thanksgiving Point Farm. We made our own butter by shaking that little cup of cream for a super long time. I have to admit that it tasted amazing.
Brotherly love, they thought they were so cool with their backpacks, even though they were empty.
Mark came for a weekend visit and we went on a hike at Temple Quarry.
For Independence Day we went swimming at the Legacy Center. They have a big slide and the boys wanted to do that very first. I thought for sure they'd be too scared, but we ended up going down ten times.
We did fireworks with our neighbors. This is such a genuine smile on Dan that I had to include it.
Backyard swimming pool fun with their best friend Carter.
