the barricades begin
I had to start doing this.......
because my kitchen looks like this.....
way different from when we first bought it and it looked like this.
It is getting better. Some progress every day. Thanks Jesse.
I know someday we will have a kitchen.

popsicle baby
I think we are getting more teeth. Ryker gets so excited when I feed
him a popsicle. I am sure they feel so good on his sore gums.
I have learned the best place for him to eat them
is in the tub!!

Wicked in SLC. It was so much fun. I loved it.

We have progress
before
after
It actually seems like a real house in this room.
The fireplace needs a makeover, but it works for now.
before
after
Jesse has worked so SO hard over the last two weeks.
He is really handy, and can everything himself. So far he has
done demolition, tile, reframed walls, installed recessed lighting,
installed a new disposal, remodeled my closet....and the list goes on.
Thanks babe for all the hard work you are doing. I am sorry I complain
about the dust!!

a little dirt never hurt
We aren't going to get to our yard this spring, so I had to plant a few flower pots at least. Ryker thought it was way fun to play in the dirt(and taste it too). It was hard for me to just sit there while he got so dirty, but it was cute watching him have so much fun.

Grass, pickles, and Grandpa
We decided to have a picnic one Sunday dinner at
Grandpa and Grandma's, but decided it was a little
too cold so we had one inside in the floor. It was way
fun. The food we ate made it really seem like a summer
picnic. Ryker got to taste lots of yummy new foods and
decided he liked the PICKLES the best. No sour face,
he really loved them.
I just thought these were pretty cute pictures.
He loved feeling the cool grass on his toes
