A VERY Nice Surprise!

I hadn't gotten to see Brenley since she was here in September and got to throw her a baby shower. She surprised me by coming with her husband and little guy McCoy. It is a long story, and I won't tell it all but it does have a part where I got very excited and said, Oh my Heck!" really loud in the chapel right before church started.

It was so great to see her! I hope/wish she moves back soon!

Love ya Bren!

Thursday

HOME AGAIN!

HOME AGAIN, HOME AGAIN, JIGGITY JOG!
WOULD HAVE GONE TO LONDON, BUT IT WASN'T ON THE WAY TO KENTUCKY, MISSOURI, OR TEXAS!

My parents will finally make it home from their mission today. They have been visiting all of my brothers and their families in the before mentioned states, they will end now in Utah with my brother Brian. SO EXCITING!

I wish I could be there, but I get to wait 20 more days till I can get them all to myself, I guess I will share with my kids!

Anyway Welcome home Mom and Dad, you are definitely returning with HONOR!

WE LOVE YOU!

Micah loves her Daddy!

Mine and Micah's conversation yesterday:

Me: Micah, I like you.

Micah: I like you too, mom.

Me: I like you a lot Micah!

Micah: I don't like you a lot mom! Because I like Daddy more than you, so I like him A LOT!

Monday

Sunny Days Sweeping the Clouds Away!

HERE COMES THE SUN! DO-DO-DO-DO!
President's Day was so nice for us, the only way it would have been better is if Daddy had had the day off too. The sun was out and shining and we got to explore, see the birds and play on the playground. I am hoping the great weather is here to stay!

Sunday

Daddy Horse!

Our kids would do this every night if there daddy was willing. It is quite an ordeal. Looks like we can't have anymore kids, where would they sit?

Friday

Other Valentines Day Favorites

I'm not very creative with foods specific to certain holidays, but Noah was excited!
This still is by far the favorite part of my day. It was thee perfect Surprise!
She held on to that rose forever. I thought this was adorable of the two of them.
This is a tradition, but usually the hearts are all over John's car. This year sadly, I don't even know where the hospital is he is working at. So the kids and I opted for this. They had fun and Dad loved it as well.
Packages from wonderful grandparents were greatly anticipated and appreciated!
You got the right ONE Baby ah-huh! Hope everyone had a wonderful Heart Day!

Thursday

HAPPY LOVER'S DAY!

To My Wonderful, Extremely good looking, Sweet, Father of our children and Husband,

I LOVE YOU THE MOSTEST!
I woke up this morning to these beautiful Roses waiting for me on our kitchen table. Just last night I said, Valentines is just going to pass us by this year... SURPRISE! When John came home I was having a presidency meeting at my house and John had to park on the street. I thought he took along time to go move the car, but nowhere in my mind did I think about him doing this. I should've! He is wonderful like that! And his words always touch just the right places in my heart (I know it is an organ, but you know what I mean.) I love how this note happens to conveiently be on a drug notepad. CLASSIC! Micah's Preschool has a Daddy day on Valentines. I mentioned it to John, but he says I never told him it was special for Dads. Why make him feel any worse that he couldn't make it, right? I made arrangements for Deeken to stay with a friend, and made it a few minutes late and Micah was waiting at the door for me! Luckily there were two other moms there, but ten minutes later I looked over and saw the door open... SURPRISE! I immediately started to tear up, and then I saw the rose. He had one single beautiful rose for Micah! the teacher was surprised I was crying. Oh, is this a surprise for you too?

I love John George Farr so much! God truly gave me the better part when he gave me John. I don't deserve him. He is an incredible man who does a ton more than his share. That is why it is extremely hard for me when he is gone many, many hours. My kids adore him and run to meet him at the door. John is very goods at taking them outdoors no matter the weather. They LOVE that!

I LOVE him because he LOVES me despite my many faults and insecurities. He also thinks I am beautiful(I know it's hard for me to believe too), not only that he thinks I am more beautiful and sexy with every child and year of age I add! What a GOOD man! A plus, don't you think, since when we are fifty, and I look it, people will still think he is twenty-five!

I love you honey, Thank you for being my John Boy!

Sunday

Thank Goodness For Warm Tubs!

It doesn't really happen that often, but when John has to work all day on Sundays, it makes for such a hard day for me. I have known for a week now that he was going to have to work today. When he is gone it makes me SO grateful when he is around(especially at church). Not feeling well today, I turned to my trusty helper; a warm tub. My kids, especially Micah, loves the tub. As long as I keep the water warm they are content to play for up to an hour sometimes two. They are such great kids, but I am grateful to be able to turn on warm water, grab a few toys, and let my kids just go crazy for a while. Micah' s imagination seems to go wild in the tub, and I literally have to pull her out. I can't wait till we have a big jacuzzi or at least a large garden tub, but for today I am counting my blessings of a good husband, tub toys, and warm running water.

Monday

Heart Day Photo Shoot

This was a very quick Photo shoot with my kids. Sadly I had to use the flash because there isn't much natural light here in Oregon. (Can't wait till Spring!) Hope you enjoy!
I love these little monkeys!
Daddy's favorite had to be added.
They are quite the little trio! The LOVES of my life!
