hello! Yes i'm still reminiscing about the Christmas Concert and all the fun i had, and all the fun getting to know everyone working backstage, and all the performers of course. There was some Crew dinner yesterday but i couldn't go ):

MOVING ON, 26th Dec Weds. Lunched with Emms, Collected present from AX, bought new shoes from Everlast. Met up with one-tenth of the Christmas Concert Crew (Haha) at Coffee Club before joining my mum for Golf at sicc. Dad joined us for dinner there.

27th Dec Thurs. Breakfast with Ferlica & Shushu at kap before heading down to school for hockey meeting. EMERY LIM MEIYING OVERSLEPT. okay so we got our hockey fixtures for the Under-21s and our first match is on 5th Jan, against VJC. omggggg.

got back home to nap for a while before meeting Joyce, Jill & Winnie at Clake Quay for dinner and drinks :D Dinner was at some Jap restaurant inside Central. we queued for almost an hour ! but we had really great pasta and all.

TODAY. woke up damnnn early to meet L to get a present for a friend. Town was deserted like Sahara. HAHAH, SERIOUSLY. so we ate/drank at Starbucks to wait for the shops to open -.-
Yup yup, then i met Emms & Vally at Wheelock coffeebean to STUDY! and we caught up abit more on each other's lives. haha. we met laur and her family too ! Briya joined us around 4. emmsy gave the gingerbread man to skinnyjeans boy. LOL, i hope she doesn't kill me after reading this.
we walked to Taka to have a light dinner at Yoshi before we bus-ed home,yo.

Anyways, terrible night. Some people ask me how i bear with everything for so long. but you know, at home i just cry it all out and the next day, it's perfectly fine. Yea so i've been living like that for a long time. just sleeping my worries and fear away. I got LiLin's christmas card today. and the words she wrote really cheered me up. God will never let us go. Thanks for reminding me, Lilin !

It's really horrible how you try to bottle up but end up suffering even more in the end. It sucks huh. Some things are just not meant to be but we fantasize over these so called dreams. We shouldn't, we really shouldn't.

Emmsy let it all go just now and i totally felt for her cos i've sadly been in the same situation before, so has Val. It's really damaging to know that one of your best friends is feeling so lost too, just like how you are, and you can't do anything. Well at least i'm glad i've got Emmsy & Val to help me pour away my sorrows! I mean it! Emmsy i hope youre feeling 10 times better okay.

And Valerie Quek Hui Shan, that was an awesome email from you that totally made me cry not from anger, but from happiness ! i don't mean to sound cliche here but honestly, it was. and still is the perfect thing that I, or even emms, need to read at this heart wrenching moment. Thanks so much for everything Val.

Only 3 days left of 2007. Time just went by like that.

allright, i just got back from the Orchard Concert with my Sis in law. We were stage managers working at the backstage ! Damn fun i tell you !
And all the performers were so friendly ! i love the indonesian choir. they're like how cool yo. HAHA.

and we got a last minute emcee, Lena Ng to fill it in with Shannon. Poor Shannon fumbled at the end and i felt so frikkin bad cos i think i told him the wrong cue ): and Clement, who's our producer, got so pissed off with the script and all.
SHANNON IF YOU READ THIS, YOU DID A GREAT JOB OKAY, WE ALL LOVE YOU TO THE COREEE!

and then there are the Brazilian dancers, Taiwanese Dancers/Singers, and our very own locals doing back up vocals and Acting/Singing. Love them all !
Not forgetting my helpers, Kimberly & Yuni ! :D:D

HAHA. it was so funny, Shannon and Lena running down the stairs and me screaming into their mics and telling them to thank the various countries.
After the concert, i was so stunned :S Like, the music and excitement suddenly halted and i kinda lost it all.

We didnt manage to talk to everyone after the whole concert cos we were all tired.
But miss them all!
i hope we do it again next year, cos the Indonesians, Brazilians and Taiwanese are the constant artistes.
AND, i sure do hope no one had a bad impression of Shannon! Cos HE'S A DAMN GOOD EMCEE, it's just that he couldn't come for the rehersals =X

All in all, i think everything ran smoothly :D Lead Singers Matthew and Huiming were fully recovered today,so thank gdness !

not just that same issue, i've got a whole lot more things to worry about. And, i've yet to submit the geog stuff to Nick. Oh shit.
This seriously can't be going on when it's 2008. And that's in about a week. Shit.

I would love to live the life in 2006, even if it was worrying for o levels everyday. Mum says 2007 totally sucked to the core for her. So i'm not alone.
We're all putting an act at home. No one cries, no one shows it. But i look at everyone, and all seems to have this little frown at night. It totally sucks. And i mean everyone. Just as how much i prefer being in school and worrying about exams, my sister would also rather stay in the office and worry about the paper work.

The worst time is when you can sit back at home, and think through about everything. Cos it's the only chance where you ponder, and realise how bad it is.

Cabs are hard to find in town, which makes you call for a cab and wonder what has risen taxi fares gotta do with helping passengers get cabs much faster.

HELLO EVERYONE ! I HAD A BLAST YESTERDAY !
5566's autograph session with VANNY! hahaha. we had like sore butts after about 10 hours of queueing :S
it was held at Bukit Panjang Plaza, Garden Plaza. Thank Gdness they had the shelter with Air Con ! In the past it was ALWAYS open air and we always had sun burns and what not.

ANYWAY, when we arrived at BPP, it was SO EMPTY ! vanny and i were wishing it there was no one, LOL! We were quite near the front actually :D but then people starting cutting their friends' queue and whatever -.-

we took like SEVEN toilet breaks to kill time and on the last one, on our way back from toilet, one shopkeeper starting squealing. so i turned to look. this big mass of people walking in and i was like, ok no big deal. then some malay man was like asking me not to block him in a rather crude tone. whattt the. AND BEHIND HIM, IT WAS SHAOWEI ! whooooa this was like seriously the best. Vanny and i were SO FRIKKIN SHOCKED ! all of them just walked past us like that and we stupidly gave way to them. AND, the fans queuing outside didnt know they were here yet (except for those who went to the toilet) cos they came in from some secret escalator ! HAHAHAHAH ! WE FELT SO HONOURED !
