50 years

Over the weekend we celebrated my In-laws 50th Wedding Anniversary.
I love my husbands family!
I love spending time with them and had a blast.
It was a lot of work, but it was worth it.
I hope my in-laws know how much we all love them!

This is the invitation that my SIL and I made.
Not too Shabby for my first time in photoshop, eh?

So I was in charge of the center pieces. Whatcha think?
These took 30 plus hours to make. Probably because there are 10 kids!
I made one for each family
and because they were the centerpieces they are double sided.
It was fun and I couldn't have done it with out my sister-in-law DeAun and my
wonderful friend Joy!

Halloween 2010

So I gotta admit, Halloween is not my favorite holiday.
But this year was a BLAST!
Kent and I hosted an Halloween Murder, mystery party.
I have never been to a Halloween party, let alone hosted one and we had so much fun! It was 80s themed and I had a lot of fun dressing up. I think we will do it again next year~
The BEST part? NO KIDS!!! :)

I must also say that I LOVE trunk-or-treating. Especially since it makes it much easier to please the kids! One stop shopping. NO dragging kids door-to-door. So we went to the park for the community party. Chandler was a storm trooper with Deegan as his commander-Darth Vader. Then Kezalee was a cat and Aly was a bunny. Sooo cute! I am not sure, but my attitude towards Halloween might be changing!
