Papertrey Ink bloghop time!

This months challenge was to gain inspiration from any of your holiday decorations and transfer them to paper! My family made tons of our own ornaments this year and we had so much fun doing it. Some of the ornaments went on the tree and some were gifts to family and friends. For my project I took some of my favorite wrapping paper from this year and the inspiration from the ornaments and I made a giftbox to match using the Get a handle Timeless templete. I used some sparkle modgepodge to adhear the wrapping paper to the giftbox and then I used the Holiday button bits stamp set on a Lables One die and pop dotted it the the front, added some ribbon to the top and whala! Merry Christmas!

Our family had a wonderful Christmas this year. We were able to spend time with family and daddy was home this year so we were very blessed and our holiday was so much fun! I just want to wish everyone out there a very merry Christmas!

Peachy Keen Challenge 18

Moxie Fab All Creatures Great and Small Challenge!

Well here is my entry for the Moxie Fab Challenge! I recently bought the Cricut Pagoda cartridge and fell in love with the panda image, so I chose to use him for my card. I also cut a poinsettia from the winter woodland cart for him to hold. Once I had my panda assembles i stickled his ears and the bottom of his feet and I applied crystal effects to his eyes. I also stickles the poinsettia. I then added some ribbon and embossed my sentiment across the bottom. The little guy is attached to the card using some pop dots for added dimension. I think he is the cutest! Let me know what you think and thanks for looking!

Peachy Keen Challenge 17

Well here is my entry for Peachy Keens Challenge 17! You had to combine polka dots, stripes, a border and a stamped image. I have not participated in challenges recently because our family had been busy and it is only going to get worse. My hubby in in the Air Force and we recently got orders to move to Louisianna! So after the holidays we will be doing some early spring cleaning and getting ready to move in March. I will miss New England. I am hoping to be able to participate in a few more challenges before I have to move because I will be MIA for a few months this spring.
