We have a very smiley boy on our hands!!! He gave his first smiles on the day that we blessed him, of course to his Daddy but now he won't stop and we are in heaven. He was five and a half weeks old.

I got this new Nursing chair for Drew's room as an early Birthday present from my parents. I'm a little obsessed.

Cousin time

Tuesday's are pretty good days around here. The garbage truck drives down our street about 50 times, so he is glued! Ha, I just noticed my boot on the couch.. Those are also Wellington's favorite item of mine.

Nailed It!

Jamey took Wellington up on the lift and down a real hill. He loved it and ate lots of snow in the process.

Oh and that's the day that Jamey was wearing jeans and boots. He got pretty wet.

Wells looks homeless but at the same time he looks so old it's crazy to me!

Drew's Blessing

Sunday February 2nd We blessed Andrew in the Winder 5th Ward. Yes, the day after we moved we blessed our baby... Crazy, I know but we didn't have a choice. It was our last week in our ward so we wanted to do it. So sad to get released today, especially Jamey. He has been serving in the bishopric and has honestly loved it. We love this ward so much, they are like family and we are so sad to say goodbye.  Jamey did an amazing job on the blessing and it was a wonderful day though. extremely emotional for all of us.

 I started writing in this book and I love it, thank you Melanie!

The food spread was delish, thank you everyone who helped and brought food. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. Thank you Mom for hosting all of us and doing so much, you are so amazing!

CHANGE

December and January came with some HUGE changes in our life. 

December, Jamey graduated from the University of Utah and we had Andrew on Christmas Day.

January 13 Jamey started at a new job, the company's name is Qualtrics and he loves it. Then if that wasn't enough we decided to MOVE. This is the first move since we got married. It was so bitter sweet.. Bitter to leave our neighbors, ward, and callings. Not to mention it's where we brought both our babies home from the hospital. But, sweet to have lots more space, a yard, a playroom, a dishwasher, a car port, and to live next door to family. Devin, Josie (Jamey's sister) and their 3 darling girls. 

The week of moving was one of the worst weeks of my life. I had a toddler who unpacked everything that I packed, so any real packing had to be done while he was napping. I had a newborn who needed me and needed to be fed often. Jamey couldn't take time off of work cause he just started a new job. So it was up to me to have everything completely packed.. to much stress on my hormones. I was still sleep deprived so I had no patients for Wells and pretty much every single night that Jamey would call me on his way home I would just have a mental break down. Oh, and my mom was out of town! Disaster.

I kept praying for help but it didn't come, now looking back I know why it didn't come. I needed to know how hard this was, so I can be ready to help when people need me. I need to serve others better. I can't say I didn't have any help because I did have a little and thank you to those people who did help me.

Thursday January 30th Jamey came home and took us to McDonald's purely so Wellington could play. We have never gone there with him and we hadn't gotten out of the house all day. We were going stir crazy. He loved it!

Our empty apartment, so many fond memories were shared there. Almost our first 4 years of married life.

We officially moved Saturday February 1st and had so many people come and help, we got it all done in about an hour. It was so great! Thank you everyone for helping us!!!

So happy that week is over in my life. Time to start a new chapter!

Andrew 1 Month

Saturday January 25th Andrew turned a month old. Quickest. Month. Ever. He is such a sweetheart and we are so happy that he has joined our family. We love you Drew.
