KATE IS 6 MONTHS!

Not sure where the last 6 months have gone - but they have been
the best 6 months of our life! Little Kate is not so little anymore! Of
course I don't really notice it until I hold someone else's baby
and then say - really? Kate was this small? hmm...
Kate's rolling everywhere, sitting up like a champ, on all fours
doing the rocking "thing" and starting to move the legs but doesn't
quite have it figured out yet. She's teething...but no teeth yet.
She has a MAJOR tickle bone just above her waist on either side
and will giggle on demand when you tickle her. Seriously, the
sweetest noise for a mommy! Enjoy the pics from the last month!

Mom, Kate and I took a road trip to ND in mid August to visit the Boll family. Had a TON of fun as usual - we ALWAYS do! Avery ADORES Kate - she says, "kate, kate!" Avery is so good with Kate and as they grow older - will be like a big sister to her - we already can see them getting into lots of trouble together. So glad they have each other!

Loves taking baths! Now that she can sit up - she no
longer lays in this position. She's gotten smart and starts
gulping water as soon as you lay her down so of course
she then gets to sit up again. Little turkey.

We so adore her ... can't imagine life without her.

5 months - the sequel

Kate and Daddy...we took a trip out to see the crops and stopped

and snapped a few pics here and there. :)

came over from ND to join the fun at the fair! Nathan came Friday

and we ALL got to enjoy a fun weekend together....with deep fried belly aches. ha.

Kate's growing like crazy...time flies and with the busy summer,
being back to work AND being a mommy..I've gotten behind on our blog!

Kate is 3 months! ...and other random pics...

  

Kate is 3 months...stats are 12lbs 5oz. and 24 1/2 inches...
I know, I know...it's been a while since I've posted. We're
a little busy these days! Back to work - which is GREAT.
Kate is at daycare and doing great as well. Kate is busy
playing with toys, belly laughing and she has rolled over about
5 times...but now since she found her hands she's busy playing
and chewing with them. Which means...DROOL and lots of it!
 
     

Attempting cereal...trying to get used to a spoon at the moment
but we'll get there! Right now she just makes a funny face and spits it out.

and she fell asleep...in the baby carrier!
   

Hanging out with daddy...we've had TOO MUCH rain
this year...but the bright side is more daddy time which she LOVES.

Kate is 2 months!

Kate is 2 months already! WOW - time flies! :) At her
two month appt, she was 10lbs, 10oz and 22 1/2 inches long!
 
Yes - she has started smiling and cooing...she's lots of fun! No
belly laughs yet...but we're working on it! She enjoys
her play gym, bumbo and just playing on her back...
  
And she loves hanging out with daddy! I think she looks
forward to this all day...they are buddies at night. :)

Easter & Kate's Baptism (6 weeks)

Kate was baptized on Easter - what a wonderful

day to be baptized! She was such a good girl - no tears
although Pastor Todd did say he had trouble drying off
her head...since it was the most hair he could ever remember! :)
