Running late today as I forgot to shedule my post and  we were travelling back from our holiday and we had a lovely relaxing break, one more day to go then back to work on Sunday.  So on with my post, it's time for a brand new challenge over at Crafty Catz and this week our host is our wonderful Boss Lady Aunty Sue and along with our regular theme of Anything Goes, Aunty Sue gave the DT the additional twist of 'Make it Cute' which was pretty easy really as our fantastic sponsor this week gave the DT some gorgeously cute images to play along with.  Our sponsor is ...

For my card this week I have used the image 'Bunny Christmas' which I have coloured with Copics and Chameleons then I added some glamour dust to his hat and I found a very old bottle of some glitter writer which I used for the snow (crossed my fingers it was still going to work and thankfully it did! lol) Kept the card nice and simple so as not to distract from the  gorgeous image.  The background is embossed with snowflakes, a simple sentiment and then while I was looking for some embellishments I started playing around with some Prima flowers and wanted them to sparkle so I thought I'd try colouring over them with some SN Sparkles and I was pleased with the result, for this card I added clear sparkle over white flowers then finished off with some green gems.

Crafty Catz Challenge #438 ~ Anything Goes

Good morning, well I'm getting a little excited as tomorrow we are off on a holiday, we have rented a cottage near the sea (Adrian hopes to get a bit of fishing done) complete with log burner, so I'm looking forward to some time curled up with a good book or maybe a bit of knitting but definitely NO WORK! lol

I have used Cup of Cocoa, coloured with Copics and Chameleons and a little glamour dust.  I have used Kraft cs and teamed it with a paper from Bearly Mine Designs.  Washi tape with the stars on and Sizzix die cuts for the mittens and sentiment.

Crafty Catz Challenge #437 ~ Anything Goes

The DT were very generously given some wonderful images to play along with.  I have used the beautiful 'Peace' and this week I have coloured the image with SN pencils, (still need plenty of practice! but I think it came out ok) papers are from my stash by Flair Designs.  I have added glamour dust to her hood and then inked round the edges with vintage photo and peeled paint as the white card just seemed way to harsh. The sentiment is a freebie stamp from a magazine, again inked to take away the harshness of the white cs.

The sponsor gave the DT some lovely images to play along with but this time I have used a sponsor image from my vast collection (I used to be on the Crafty Sentiments DT!) The super cute image is called 'Snowman and Friends' and I have coloured with copics and chameleons and a little SN Sparkle.  The paper is from an old Christmas pad but I'm not sure what make. The sentiment is a PTI stamp and I have used a new die for the snowy scene in the background.
