No cards but a cj entry instead

I am taking part in a circle journal on UKScrappers which is a story theme and basically we all start our own story book and each person adds their bit to our story, anyway the latest one I have is a story about a boy and a cat who have set sail as pirates, met neptune who gave them a map met some pirates in a big boat and gone with the pirates to treasure island so they can find and share the treasure and they have all set off up the hill 'when out of nowhere appeared ... ' then its my turn! Well this has taken me forever as nothing would come to me for my part of the story until finally tonight this is what I came up with. The papers digi from Sweet Blossom (background) Miss Mint Tropical Popsicle freebie (palm trees), font is Arr Matey! and I've added some epoxy stickers and peeloffs and some little hearts from my stash. Enjoy and TFL

Dotties World Challenge - Red, Gold & Green

Hello all, hope you have all had a lovely Christmas and had loads of lovely pressies. We had a lovely Christmas even though I worked but we had our dinner on boxing day and had some of the family over which was nice, apart from the fact that Ria has come down with a terrible cold and is really not feeling good at the moment :( anyway the reason I came on is to post my card for the challenge over at Dotties World . Nicola laid down the challenge this week which went like this ... My challenge this week is going for the end of our festive juices.RED,GREEN AND GOLD....Ofcourse it doesnt have to be festive, it can be any card or thing you like, aslong as you use a downloads from Charmed Cards and Crafts, if your new to the site, click on the blinkies, you'll be in for a treat!!!! Loads to choose from! Also i'd like you to use as much RED,GREEN & GOLD as you can. Well seeing as there is no need for Christmas cards (unless I start on next years!lol) I thought I'd make mine a thank you card. Paper adhesive stones and stamp are Pm, gold cs and red coredinations cs, image of Dottie dressed as a flower is coloured using wc pencils, sakura pens and glitter. Just a quickie for me but I was determined not to miss the challenge! Will hopefully be back tomorrow to catch up more fully. TFL

The Dragons Have Landed

Well as you can see the dragons have indeed arrived but what a saga it was! I will tell you the story another time. Ria wanted me to post a pic of them so that any of you who are following could see what they are like and she is planning to make a scrapbook of A Year in the life of ... they dont have names yet and we are hoping we have a male and a female but as they are still quite young it is difficult to tell. Anyway I am now going to play santa and put the stocking in her room and go to bed. Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and I'll be back in a couple of days no doubt. x

Some challenges I didn't post in time!

Well i managed to complete a couple of challenges but unfortunately work and christmas preparations got in the way of me putting them on my blog in time but I thought I'd put them up anyway! The black/grey/sparkly tree one was for MTTC challenge which was a contmeporary christmas card - now sometimes I really like this one and sometimes I wonder what I was doing! not sure this one will get sent!lol The other tree one was for 2 challenges PTW monochrome madness and Friday Sketchers one (just realised I'm in time for that one!lol) The stocking one was just one I put together quickly. As always TFL. I hope to get online sometime tomorrow but if not can I just wish you all A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS, I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A WONDERFUL TIME. xx

Need to make more cards ..

about another 9! Just realised I didnt have quite enough!lol Been busy today putting all the decs up, Ria did the main tree and I took some pics for the christmas scrapbook (when I get time!) Tomorrow the Vivarium for Rias dragons arrives then we have to go and do some food shopping, the extra treat bits for christmas then its home again to do the outside lights and set the vivarium up so that it gets warm ready to collect the dragons either Tuesday after work of Wednesday morning. I cant believe I have had a week off work it has flown by and I dont seem to have stopped, so its back to work Mon & Tues, christmas eve off late shift christmas day then 3 days off so at least I've got those to look forward to. We dont have our main christmas dinner til boxing day when I'm working on christmas day otherwise its too much of a rush and I never feel like going to work then! Got Adrians mum, brother, sister-in-law and her daughter joining us on boxing day so it should be a good day (not much chance of popping on the pc though!lol) Anyway I have managed 1 card so far tonight its PM papers, various bits of coloured cs, peeloffs, glitter glue and a quickcutz die. This is actually for our neighbours who keep chickens and we buy our egss from them - delicious! thought the 3 french hens was quite apt! TFL

SCSC #11 A Sketch

Lovely sketch for the challenge this week over at SCSC and some fantastic DT work. I really enjoyed this sketch and I couldnt resist using one of the new Girls About Town download at Charmed Cards by the mega talented Louly. This one is called 'walkies' and is a precoloured image. The papers are Raspberry Road Designs Rose Manor Freebie kit, the sentiment circle is part of the download too and I added a prima and brad from my stash, plus some coredinations cs and brads from my stash. TFL and I love the new images and yes I still love Dottie & George too who couldnt!

Girls about Town

Morning all! Have you seen these new downloads by Louise at Charmed Cards and Crafts? They are the Girls About Town and it is an amazing collection, and yes I have downloaded it! lol well I could not could I, been waiting so (im)patiently for them to arrive and here they are now just need the postman to deliver my ink cartridges and I'm ready! There is just so much here THANK YOU LOULY - you've done it again! x Right back later got to get some hw done this morning, take care out there in blogland.

Sketch Saturday #29 + 1

Ok so I did do another card, but just look at the time! This time I made one for the Sketch Saturday Challenge PM papers again and this time a stamped image (Anitas) that is heat embossed and then painted with sparkly paints. The frilly borders are a multi-shaper allDeco Punch and then I added some little green adhesive stones. The other card is just one that fell together and again is PM papers, ribbon from my stash and a peeloff - but hey thats 4 cards tonight so I'm not complaining seeing as some nights I struggle to do 1!lol TFL and now I am going to bed, maybe I'll have a lie in in the morning? Til tomorrow or should that now be til later, goodnight/good morning!

Friday Sketchers #32

Lovely sketch this week over at Friday Sketchers just a shame I left it to the last minute! lol Due to a lack of printer ink I am finding myself looking more closely at my peeloffs and dies which I have used both on this card. Used PM papers, edged all the papers with green ink added some ribbon the die is a quickcutz one and I used some self adhesive gems from £1 shop! TFL I've got another card to load up when I've taken the pics then I may just try for a 4th tonight but not sure if I'll manage it! Thats got to be a record for me!lol

Crafty Muse challenge #3 Christmas Card

Well I had had every intention of using some of Sammis very own designs that she has been giving away over at Crafty Muse and I sat down ready to print them off and guess what no ink! Now I know its been getting low and I've been meaning to reorder some but somehow everything else kinda took over and I couldnt believe it today as I printed 2 other pics off then thought right now for Sammis and it just wouldnt play so I ordered some straight away so they should be here real soon. But that has left me feeling rather put out as I couldnt do the card I had intended :( But I have made a christmas card for the challenge this week as I missed the one before! Have used PM papers from last year, dark blue cs for the tag with a little wire thru the hole and decorated with a peeloff then I've added a snowflake in red and blue and added a self adhesive gem from the £1 shop (stocked up on them on Tuesday! lol) TFL Hope to be back in a while with one for the FS challenge!

Camper Van card

This is a card I made the other night which was a request (I got paid for it!lol) The camper van is cut on the CraftRobo from a template designed by someone on UKScrappers known as 2 magpies, its a great template and cuts beautifully. The main body of the van is cut from shiny holographic blue card as are the numbers and text which I stuck in the 'windows' the rest is white cs and a little bit of silver for the VW badge, background paper is Pm and the little peeloffs and the camper van inside are Anita's. I am pleased to say that the recipient was extremely pleased with it which I am chuffed with as it cant be easy to please an 18 year old with a card! lol TFL

Dotties World Challenge - Tags

Over at Dotties World this week Louly said ... Oooh Christmas is nearly upon us and I'm starting to feel Christmassy now! However!.....I have to confess to being a tad tired of Christmas cards so this week I'm challenging you to make tags. Nice and easy eh? That's what I thought. The Tag doesn't have to be for Christmas and if you really wanted to make a card it could be the main feature on the card, you might even fancy making a tag book. As long as you use one of the Charmed downloads and have a tag as your main feature the rest is up to you. Great idea and as I need to post presents of to my mum, dad and sister thought this would be a nice idea instead of just a normal christmas tag so here they are, the tags are cut from mountboard using the BS then covered with papers, the papers are a mix of digi ones from Raspberry Road, Walking in a Scrappy Wonderland collab kit and Love and Joy collab kit and of course Charmed downloads. These were done digitally and I used drop shadows to try and give them a bit of depth. Hope you like. TFL

PTW Dawnys Sketch #4

Another fabulous sketch by DawnyP over at PTW again this week. My attempt uses Pm papers, coredinations cs put thru BS with d'vine swirls embossing folder which I then sanded and ripped, a little bit of gold ribbon from my stash and the cute Dottie dressed as a Robin, also added a couple of self adhesive stones and a gold holly peeloff. just for a change this card came together really quickly mind you it did help using the pre coloured Dottie! TFL as always and I really appreciate your comments, my mum enjoys reading them too when she pops in but she is having trouble with her internet at the mo so doesnt pop in as often as she would like! Only a few more days to go mum! x Right I'm off to bed now, gotta sort the decs out tomorrow so that when I go shopping on Tuesday I can get some new ones if I need to. Night all.

MTTC #39 Daisy Days

Over at MTTC this week the challenge was 'Daisy Days'! We would like to see cards with a daisy on it, or lots of daisies! Paper daisies, stamped daisies, punched daisies- whatever takes your fancy! A lovely bright challenge on a cold winters day. My card uses Pm papers light and dark green cs and white cs edged with yellow ink. The daisies are cut using a thin cuts die, brads are from my stash as are the little fabric daisies and the slide mount is cut using the xyron pcs on its largest size then added some stamped swirly bits and a peeloff sentiment coloured. Dotties World Challenge Textural Ribbon & Lace

Well I am really sorry to say that I have just quite simply run out of time this week and was feeling really annoyed and fed up that I hadnt managed to complete this weeks challenge which was As well as using at least one Charmed Download there must also be some ribbon and/or lace on your creations. When sat staring me in the face is the card I made last night for the SCSC challenge which was embossing! Well embossing is texture but I had also added some ribbon and used a charmed download so this one qualifies for the challenge (I think I've only missed one so far and thats coz I was away!)and now I dont feel so fed up apart from the fact that I have to go to work so for my card for this challenge please see the pic of the adorable Scruff in th e post below. Come to think of it the other card has ribbon and download too! lol Have a great weekend everyone. TFL

2 challenges, 2 cards

Well I have been hard pressed to get any crafting done this week and missed out on several challenges but tonight I have managed to complete 2! the first one is for SCSC which was embossing this week dry or heat, I went for dry and used my BS texture plates on some coredinations cs which I then lightly sanded, the image is Scruff from the animal magic downloads at Charmed Cards, ribbon from the cheapy shop, peeloff and adhesive stones are pm and the little wooden flowers were in a tub in my lcs 12 for a pound so I got the brown, black and white ones (there werent any other colours!lol) The second card is for the Sketch Saturday challenge and its a fabby sketch by Mariska, liked this as soon as I saw it and will definately use it again. my papers are from a digi kit by Vicki called Primary Grunge and the addon by Sara, ribbon from cheapy shop (think I'm going to have to get back there pretty soon for some more!lol), flowers are pm, brads from stash, sentiment printed on pc and the image is another from the animal magic downloads. This is for a work colleage who is in the process of moving house at the moment. TFL I hope to be able to visit a bit more next week as I'm on leave Yipee!

Spoon Full of Sugar #28 Thank You

This week over at SFOS the challenge was; this weeks Challenge - We would like to see you create a thank you card, this was perfect timing as we had our works Christmas Do this Saturday and instead of going out for a meal we all went to the managers house where she laid on a fantastic buffet and we took a bottle. It was a brilliant night out (didnt get home til gone 1 and conusmed rather a lot of alcohol but we wont go down that road!lol) and I thought her and her husband deserved a little thank you for having us rabble round! It was much nicer than going out to the pub/restaurant. My card uses Vegas George part of the rock 'n' roll colection from Charmed Cards & Crafts. I coloured him in using wc pencils and sakura pens, the papers are digi the diamond pattern is from A Work In Progress called Primary Grunge by the very talented Vicki and the dotty paper is by Sweet Blossom Designs and is an addon to the Primary Grunge kit by Sara. I have only recently discovered these talented ladies and I am lovin' all that they are producing and I hope to be using their kits very soon in my scrapbooking (when I get some extra hours!lol) But back to the card I have used more ribbon from the cheapy shop and some gems and adhesive stones from my stash. Can you believe that when I was planning this card it was actually going to be b&w with a little splash of colour!

MTTC #38 Becky's sketch 1

MTTC have given us a wonderful sketch by the very talented Becky and I just couldnt miss this one so ... the image is one that was sent to me PB I think, colured with wc pencils and sakura pens, papers are Pm and some mulberry, coredinations csflowers, gems, brad and charms from my stash, a little bit of wire and some ribbon I bought the other day at the cheapy shop. Friday Sketchers #30

Very nice sketch over at Friday Sketchers I have used some more digi papers this time from a collaboration kit called Walk In A Scrappy Wonderland which is a collab of 4 great designers, the papers I have used for this are from the part of the kit designed by Snowsmoons Designs I have also used a Tanda Stamp from the christmas set 10 after stamping it I went over it with a quickie glue pen then sprinkled it with ultra fine glitter, matted on to some silver holographic cs and little bit of ribbon I got yesterday in the cheapy shop (5 1mt lengths for £1 look very similar to the Pm ribbon sets you can get!). Well I've got the night shift tomorrow so will be heading off to bed in the afternoon after taking MIL to the vets (for the cat you understand!lol) then Saturday night is out staff do, thankfully I've got Sunday off, I'll need it! TFL and goodnight to one and all. x

Dotties World Sunday Challenge and Free Image

Here is this weeks challenge from Karen over at Dotties World "I would like to see a download, or downloads, interacting in some way with a picture of either the recipient or "something else". So it doesn't have to be a picture of a person but it must be a real photograph, and not just clipart etc. You could of course just do a layout and that would cover the requirements; it's up to you." Everyone who plays will also get the free Fantastic Karaoke Dottie - shes great! not available elsewhere. Well I opted for a scrapbook page as I have seriously neglected my scrapbooking recently and I have a lovely christmas album that was given to me sometime ago (when I first started!) and my aim was to fill it with christmas stuff from different years to see how things change over the years, well so far it has one and a half los! well now it has 2 1/2! I used Pm papers and tiny adhesive stones, the snowflakes were in my stash, the title is cut using the Extended Cuts Neon mini alphabet thru the sidekick and I used George as Santa in his sleigh with all those presents. The photo is from last year and its the local Lions/Rotary clubs doing their rounds with Santa in his sleigh all lit up and going all round the different areas, collecting money and giving the kids sweets, anyway I thought George was perfect for this. TFL

Bedtime Dottie

This is actually a card I made the other day for the challenge over at Spoon Full Of Sugar, but I didnt manage to get it uploaded in time but I thought I'd share it here anyway! The backing paper is part of a freebie collaboration kit called Love & Joy by Amber LeBau aka Stolen Moments (and Digi Designs by Nicole) the whole kit is delish and I just love this text paper which I teamed with some coredinations cs and Dottie in bed having a quick read before Father Christmas comes! coloured with wc pencils and sakura pens with the addition of 2 vellum stocking stickers and then a vellum sticker sentiment, flowers are Pm, and the ribbon and gems are from my stash, its a great sketch and one I can see me using again. Please excuse the angle of the pic, not sure what happend there! It was late when I took the pic! lol

Papers are digi from ShabbyPrincess called Holiday Magic, light blue cs, the fabulous pre coloured Dottie dressed as a Christmas tree available at Charmed Cards to which I added some glitz using sakura stardust pens, some gold thread and blue tree brads from my stash, oh and a vellum sentiment. Dotties World Challenge - fabulous flowers

Ok so Louly set the challenge this week over at Dotties World - I want you to make something (it doesn't have to be a card) and embellish it with flowers of some description. You can use flowers in your image or in the pattern on your paper but there must still be a flower(s) forming the main part of the embellishments, it could be silk or paper flowers, brads, buttons you get the idea right? As always Dottie's World challenges must have one of the Charmed downloads on them somewhere. Well yet again time has run away with me so I am just in time with this one as I have to go to work this afternoon and still have to find and iron something to wear! lol but cards must come first! So we have George with his barrow of flowers, which are little metal ones I picked up somewhere a long time ago! George is coloured using wc pencils and sakura glase pens mounted on to blue cs with daisies punched out, backing paper is Pm then I added a peeloff sentiment mounted on paper then cs and the final touch was a few daisies using the same cs and punch with a tiny bit of sakura startdust (blue) added. TFL now to find some clothes wish that was as much fun as card making! Til tomorrow then. x

SCSC #8 decoupage

Well over at SCSC they challenged us to use decoupage, its not something I do a lot of but I remembered I had these cute Margaret Sherry Collection teddies that were a magazine freebie quite some time ago so I thought I'd use one of them, mounted on some dark green cs teh background paper is another freebie, the ribbon and snowflake brad are from my stash and I added some glitter and I'm actually quite pleased with the result! (makes a change, lol) Ria had hoped to join this challenge too as she has been putting together some dufex decoupage but time just ran away with her this week due to lots of homework! I really must have a count up of my christmas cards and see how many more I need to make! TFL

Friday Sketchers #29

I loved this sketch at Friday Sketchers as soon as I saw it and will no doubt use it again and again but for this challenge I turned it around as it gave me the purrfect opportunity to use Lady Pusskins from the Animal Magic collection the papers are pm (2 different xmas collections) some red metallic card adn some starry vellum, I have trimmed a skeleton leaf adn cut quickcutz snowflakes edges inked in a coppery ink and some pm adhesive stones added to finish it off. Lady Pusskins has been coloured using wc pencils and sakura stardust pens. TFL Hopefully more time to craft tomorrow as today kind of disappeared! lol

(can you tell I'm excited! lol) My other camera which has been fab is only 3 megapixels with 3x optical zoom.

Drumming George

Here is the card I made for Adrian, papers are pm, silver peeloffs and the awesome drumming George and into the large drum I added the fantastic circle sentiment that the very talented Karen very generously made available to us over at Dotties World it really made me smile and was timed perfectly for me use here - mind you not so sure Adrian agreed with me! lol Right my paperwork is finished so now my time is mine!

ABC and Spoon Full of Sugar challenges

the ABC Challenge this week is R is for Ribbon and over at Spoon Full the theme is Blooming Marvelous. For this card I have used Raspberry Road Designs paper Sassy Lass, the ribbon is from my stash, the vellum quote is from DCWV nature stack which I then embossed with BS texture plate mounted onto coredinations cs with eyelets from my stash and the 2 flowers are made with coredinations cs cut with Daisy thin cuts die held together with tiny flower brad (pm I think). TFL Hope you have all had a good weekend, I didnt get as much crafting done as I had hoped but at least I got some done! 2 late shifts and a days chrsitmas shopping coming up at work this week then off Thursday and Friday Yippee!

MTTC #36 Its raining its pouring

Over at MTTC the challenge this week went ... This week's challenge is called 'Its Raining, Its Pouring...! We have had such wet weather lately we thought it would be very appropriate! We want to see your 'Rain' cards! The DT work is wonderful as always and here is my attempt, its Dottie & George puddle love and I diamond glazed the puddle (as I've seen done so effectively by others), I added glizt to the hearts on the brolly with sakura stardust pens and matted it coredinations embossed with a fiskars texture plate then sanded, ripped along the bottom then from some freebie paper from a magazine I cut the daisy from a 'thin cut' and added a heart shaped button cut from the coredinations card using a sizzlit die and finally added a gold peeloff, background paper is PM. TFL

Dotties World Challenge - fur or feather

Well Nicola set the challenge over at Dotties World this week and it went like this ... My Challenge is:-Fur or Feather.Using a download,i want to see either fur or feather, it could be from Animal Magic, dress up dottie or the reindeer etc,but if you dont have a set with one in, you could just add a feather or make something furry!!but be sure to add a download too. And with some absolute stunners by the DT how could I not have a go but as per normal I'm cutting it fine! Well I used Angel Dottie and substitued her wings for feathers mounted her onto blue embossed coredinations, cut some Quickcutz snowflakes from the same card and moutned this onto a gate fold A4 card which is shiny and embossed with Merry Christmas and Christmas trees (I got it at a craft show in Exeter a few years ago!), then I added some blue organza ribbon and the card is held closed with a little BG magnetic closure (I bought these recently without really thinking about how I would use them!) and finally added some blue gems. TFL

Crafty Muse challenge #1 Angelique

This card I have made (just in time) for the challenge over at a new blog challenge by the very talented Sammi called Crafty Muse go on over and check it out. For the first challenge Sammi gave away a lovely downloadable image called Angelique as the challenge was to use Angelique (you can also buy more images of Angelique to download) so here is what I came up with ... paper is Artylicious Filigree Fusion, paperpieced her dress using some handmade paper with metallic design in it (sort of reminds me of indian stuff) then added ribbon, flowers and brads from my stash and coloured a silver peeloff with orange permanent whisper pen to make it the same colour as the brads. TFL. Right thats me done for tonight I am feeling somewhat tired but looking forward to the fact that I have the next 3 days off but must try and fit in a little bit of housework between crafting sessions!

Friday Sketchers #28

CCT challenge #36 Red & Green

Ok the theme this week at CCT is Red & Green so I thought Dottie Claus was a good option, I used a pre cloured version and also added some gifts just behind her all from the Chrismtas Bumber Collection available at Charmed Cards then I used my new PM wonderful christmas time papers, the border along the bottom is punched but cant remember what its called and finished it off with a merry christmas greeting cut out from some of the paper. TFL

Spoon Full of Sugar #25 Childs card

Only just made it again! Blame DOH as I had planned to craft my Monday to my hearts content but NO! he got rained off and had other plans so we spent the day sorting Rias room and moving it all around in readiness for her vivarium and bearded dragons, so I have spent tonight trying to catch up. Anyway I have completed a card for the challenge over at Spoon Full of Sugar and the challenge was to make a card for a child so I thought I'd have a play digitally with a lovely kit from Raspberry Road Designs called Bubby Collection, it is a freebie kit and I had fun with this as I havent done much digitally recently. I changed the opacity of the clouds so they have the appearence of vellum (well they do look a bit more like it IRL!) added drop shadows for more depthand printed it onto photographic paper. The pic is taken without the flash as I had to much glare with it! Am quite pleased with the end result. TFL and now it really is time I went to bed! Goodnight to you all. x

MTTC #36 Snowmen

Great festive theme of 'Snowmen' over at MTTC this week and I'm not sure if I got mine finished quite in time but I have done it, I've used PM flower and background paper, mulberry paper on the tag, buttons from my stash, a bit of wire through the tag, ribbon from my stash and a little tree fastenator. The snowman is cut using the xcut impress die through the sidekick. I think I should have edged the tag to make it stand out a bit more but its too late now coz if I try and do something to it I will end up making a huge mistake! TFL, hopefully back a bit later.

Sunday, 16 November 2008

TFL and now to bed!

Dotties World Challenge - colour me silly

The challenge this week is inspired by fireworks and, as we were limited to one colour last week, this week I want to see LOTS OF COLOURS on your cards - the more the merrier! As usual, you must include one of the Charmed Downloads too, so get those papers out and start creating!!! So said Juliet this week over at Dotties World. What a great challenge! I used Raspberry Road Designs Kaylabugs paper, black paper pre coloured Goth Chick Dottie from Charmed Cards, an old flower from my stash cut in half, black glaze pen and red metallic pen with pink peeloffs. The white funky rectangle was cut on my xyron pc after I had printed Dottie, I keep forgetting about the shapes on there so I really must make some templates and have a bit of a play with them. TFL

SCSC #6

A great sketch again over at SCSC and lovely work by their DT. My card uses PM papers from the Wonderful Christmas Time paper pack (got it yesterday even though I'd said to myself no more papers! well you can never have too many papers can you ?! lol) circles cut using xcut circle cutter and xyron pc machine, tree is a sizzlit, sanded the edges of the papers and added a peeloff. TFL and now I'm off to bed, I've got an early shift tomorrow then I MUST do my Dotties Challenge card! So until tomorrow, goodnight. x

Sketch Saturday #24

Another lovely sketch over at Sketch Saturday my attempt uses Raspberry Road Designs Snow Blue papers, silver holographic card, the snowman is actually cut from a piece of glossy photographic paper which I then embossed with swiss dots, tag, gem stone brad and peeloff as PM and ribbon from my stash. Right must dash need to get another card done before I go to bed tonight for Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge as I'm on the early tomorrow! TFL and bye for now.

StampSomething challenge - simples somethings

What a fantastic challenge over at Stamp Something this week - Simple Somethings. Make us a card using only one layer of cardstock. You can embellish it, stamp it, color it, do anything you wish, but you must only use one layer! That's easy right!!?? It wasnt that easy as I couldnt get it right til my 3rd attempt! but I got there eventually, so - white card blank embossed with CB winter scene folder, small silver peeloff at the bottom and a circle sentiment from Dotties Bumper Christmas Collection available at Charmed Cards which I have recoloured and resized in PSE5 then I added some ribbon and a small silver heart brad. Not sure if the photo really does it justice but I am quite pleased with this one for its simplicity, so thanks for a great challenge. TFL
