Elvis Tribute Concert

There was an Elvis impersonator playing at Hale theater that Emmy really wanted to see. So we got tickets for her and Jamie and I. We ended up on the front row and had an absolute blast!!! It was so much fun that Emmy wanted to go back the next night so Jamie bought her and TJ and Evie tickets and she got to go again.

Gilbert Days Parade

Since Evie is a class representative in her school's student council, they asked her if she wanted to walk in The Gilbert Days Parade. She was excited to get to do it.

She was a little too busy eating her candy to be bothered with pics.

Evie Volleyball

Evie is playing on a YMCA league with Coach Guymon. She looks so small out there compared to some of the other girls, but she definitely holds her own.

Temple Openhouse

We had tickets to the Mesa Temple Openhouse on the first day they offered tours but everyone was busy and so Evie and I went by ourselves. It was fun to get to go with just her, but I wanted to take the rest of the kids. So we made appointments on Veterans Day when they had off of school. I was amazed at how beautiful it is on the inside. I loved how they stayed true to what it was before and the color scheme and the history but just made it so much prettier.

I love how good of friends these two crazy kids are and I am so grateful for my beautiful family and for the knowledge that we are sealed together for eternity. I will always love the Mesa Temple because it is where Jamie and I were married.

Homecoming

Even though Emmy isn't 16, she decided she wanted to go to Homecoming with her friends. She looked beautiful as always and I think she had a good time.

Evie's 10!!!

I can't believe she's double digits! She wanted her own bag of dad's popcorn, some rainbow high dolls and a Hello Kitty Cake.
