Jack's Canyon

While we were at Nana and Poppy's Canyon we decided to hike Jack's Canyon again. We hiked a little, climbed a little, built a fort, and most of us had a good time.

Golden Scholars

I think Emmy, TJ and Addy all should have been golden scholars but neither of their schools had an awards ceremony because of Covid. The junior high was the only school to give out certificates but I am super proud of all 3 of them.

TJ's Birthday and Mother's Day

TJ's birthday and Mother's Day fell on the same day this year. TJ is such an easy going, fun kid and I'm so grateful to be his mom.

Uncle Bill's Funeral

My Uncle Bill died on the 5th of May. They had his funeral at the graveside because of covid and then we had lunch at Uncle Lonnie's house. I thought everything went really well and it was nice to see family.

Good teachers are irreplacable

When the kids left for spring break, they didn't know they wouldn't be back for the rest of the school year. It was not super easy on them or their teachers. Evie's teacher went above and beyond to let her know that she was missing her students and providing them with fun stuff to do to finish out the year.
