last day of MC, back to reality.

i've been down with fever since last thursday. didn't really bother much because i usually take less than a day to recover but this time round, i guess i have overlooked my own health. went to visit the doctor yesterday and was given three days of MC straight but i asked for two instead. rarely see me rejecting another day of MC huh? i want to return to work ASAP. my dearest xiaomeinus is having fever too. i'm kinda worried that my supervisor won't be able to handle 3 person's workload. moreover i'm still under probation. in other words, i won't get paid for my absence. how pathetic can that be? have been working in this company for 7 months yet i still need to go through 3 month probation upon confirmation. there goes my medical fee and salary :(



feeling much better after getting my blood test results. i was so worried that i was infected by some other who-knows-what viruses. oh well, maybe mommy's homemade barley somehow boosted up my recovery? super ♥ yummy!

despite feeling unwell, i accompanied my little cousin to S.H.E concert at indoor stadium last weekend. i was staring at how those youngsters sing along and sway their body. envy the enthusiasm they have; got to admit that i have surpassed the age chasing after celebrities, singing along wildly during concerts and queuing the whole day just to get a damm signature. awww those were the days!

i hate customers who have this 'customers is always right' thinking. shouldn't they first find out who is at fault before accusing anyone? fck them! cause i'm one of them muhahahahas!

wasn't feeling well since this afternoon but i endured all the way til i knock off at 6.30pm. thinking that cabbing home would ease the uneasiness as compared to buses and train, i was sooo WRONG!

i asked the taxi driver if he accept NETS before boarding the cab because i don't have any cash with me. he nodded his head so i assumed it's a yes? but NO! he said he don't accept NETS when i've reached my destination. so i suggested driving me to the nearest ATM machine but he refused! i asked him to wait for me while i go home to get the money, he REFUSED TO LET ME LEAVE WITH MY HANDBAG. he wants me to leave my belongings with him cause he's afraid that i'm might run away. i even suggested leaving my mobile number with him but he refused too. lame shit! he said he wants to follow me to my place to get the money, knowing that nobody is at home. hello? i might be feeling unwell, but i'm not stupid okay. after some arguments, i was feeling nauseous already. so i raised my voice and threatened him to send me to the nearest ATM machine or i'll just leave. urghs dammit! should have taken down his name and license.

lesson learnt - never hire a cab without cash!

blogging on my bed now. i'm going to sleep early tonight. i want to get rid of my dark circles but it's almost 12:30am now - mission failed!

couldn't stop laughing the moment i recall how my superior, xiaomeinus and i reacted when we saw the new temp boy. shan't elaborate further. *giggles*

went shopping alone after work and spent a bomb at tampines. bought lots of stuff from challenger and a hairdryer for mommy (cause i don't want to share with her) woahahahas! and and and i finally bought my havaianas flip flop! i've been searching for it since last year, you know!?

happy birthday my dearestestest bestie! ♥ you many many.

it's been a long time since we had so much fun eating, watching movie, laughing out loud together. feels like we're back to our secondary school days. it has indeed brought back lots of memories especially when everyone starts reminiscing those unglamorous days, especially mine. bestie never fails to laugh at my silliness, clumsiness and stupidity. she laughs at the way i sleeps, talk, walk, run, roll, etc. too many to be mentioned. basically, she laughs at anything that is related to me. shrugs!

dined at marina square parris international buffet for dinner. goodness! everyone there was literally snatching the dishes especially the strongly recommended chilli crab. thank god monkey, sebastian and i was observant enough to spot the waiter coming from the kitchen with a tray filled with yummylicious freshly cooked CHILLI CRABS! being a typical singaporean, they took all the pincers ignoring those stares coming from the back. muahahahahas my love! want good food, don't bother how others look at you. just enjoy HAHAHAHAHA!

movie aftermath, ju-on 2. shall not comment cos i covered my eyes and ears throughout the whole movie, not even peeping through my fingers for a second. horrible! i'm soooo not going to watch horror movie anymore. phobia! anyhow, really glad that everyone made an effort. hope we'll have more gatherings like this in future (not only during birthday celebrations). shall we? how about a short getaway?
